"More like... I do not wish for anything to harm her, but yes," he sighed quietly at the end of his own statement. As Jade changed the subject, Felis brought a hand up and set his index finger on his cheek and his chin on his thumb making an L of sorts with his hand as he thought this over. It wasn't like he hadn't given the rules on keeping pokemon in their pokeballs, he'd allowed a few fire pokemon roam the castle ... but that was for his Elayne... yes his Elayne. She was his special cousin and could stand above that. After a few seconds, he managed a half smile and nodded. "I see," he hummed a little. "Then please keep them in their pokeballs while working here." [/scrolly]

JADE WEST

Jade nod when he spoke, but waited for his response to the fire pokemon. He seemed to think it over and finally stated that they needed to be kept in their pokeballs. She wasn't surprised and had planned on keeping them locked away around the castle anyways. Though he said while working here, now that got her thinking a bit. She wasn't sure if he had said that part without thinking, or if it was hinting that he would hire her. Wanting to keep a level head she decided to wait until he confirmed it or not. "Of coarse, I don't have any trouble with that."

"Now then.... the main maid job will entail taking care of the rooms of the castle and keeping them in order," he began rather slowly but keeping his tealish blue eyes on Jade. "The entire castle itself will need to be cleaned over fully during a course of time, but there are major and minor rooms and such and such. Have you had any full experience with using cleaning chemicals and the like?" he asked. [/scrolly]

JADE WEST

Keeping the rooms in order, that was something Jade could do. Though she hadn't cleaned anything over then a camp site in a few months she was sure she could remember quickly how to clean a room. Besides now at the bar she was always having to clean the floor from the drunken idiots spilling anything they could on the floor. That was one Jade always thought she was lucky about, she didn't have a problem with germs and therefore some of the gross duties of cleaning didn't bother her. He asked if she had any experience with cleaning chemicals, "yes I do." She paused for a few seconds before adding, "I'm a quick study so I'm sure if I don't understand something I'll pick up on how to use it quickly." In the back of her mind she wondered if the last statement was the best thing to say, and thought that it might make her sound like an idiot.

She seemed like a rather strong minded girl just from her tone if anything else, and yet that left him wondering if she would really actually be happy with simply doing maid work... well, then again, people wanted jobs now a days, and he was able to give them. "Ah, very good," he smiled gently back nodding his head a bit. "Thank you for your time," he smiled lightly. " Everything seems to check out, you're hired. If you wouldn't mind giving me a day or two, I'll call you as to when exactly you'll start work." he chimed lightly. [/scrolly]
