Flynn Rider Maxwell ‘Click’, ‘click’, ‘Blahhh…’ That had been the sound the hover bike had made when Rider attempted to to turn over the engine. One of the generators had blown most likely due to a faulty piece. Not that he could complain about it too much. Most of the pieces he had found for the bike had been scrap metal. He knew it would be needing a lot more work but he had been hoping what he had put together would have least lasted until he made it to the next city. Mother luck had been all but kind to him. The generator had not lasted and that was one of the pieces he couldn’t continue on without. He had attempted adjusting parts around but what he really needed to do was build a completely new generator. He was pretty sure this one just wasn’t going to be revived anytime soon. At the most he could at least keep it’s shell. But for now it was what he had to work with and his tool box didn’t have the proper pieces in it to fix the thing.
“Now where am I supposed to find parts for this thing all the way out here?” He asked himself as he stood up and stretched. His shirt was small enough that it was clinging to skin and lifted up past his belly button as he stretched his arms. His pants were no better for clinging but they at least covered everything. Once he finished stretching he rubbed his filthy hand onto the back of his neck, his blue eyes scanning the land around him. If he could find his way to the nearest town or city then he could hopefully get parts from them before returning for his bike and stuff. The only problem was, he didn’t want any of his babies getting stolen! *Tear for his tool box and bike* But it was a risk he was going to have to take.
“Maybe I have a map in here… somewhere… just…” He began picking up and setting things aside as he attempted to lift up the seat on his bike. One of those ‘things’ had been a pink Cleffa who was sitting perfectly still. She had let out a tiny squeak when he picked her up and set her down but that was about it. Eventually he had managed to lift the seat up revealing a small compartment filled with junk. Part way through searching in it he found one of his many bags of liquorice and shoved a piece into his mouth. Sadly no map was found and he once again stood up and began to look around. It was starting to look like he would have no choice but to walk.

After having fully started shadowing pokemon after pokemon, he'd spent all of his time devoted to such... Well almost all. Kali had been pressing him to regulate his eating and sleeping schedule as well as press him on other matters <_\.....
Anyways, it had actually been a rather unsuccessful morning, and instead of taking his smiling rage out on lab equipment and the assistants, Yue had finally decided to take some time off and get out to catch some pokemon. Thus he now rode Faya, his Shadow Flygon out into the Savannah area.
Speaking of Faya, the Flygon had gotten progressively more violent as of late and had entered Hyper Mode several times already in the last few days. Though he hated to admit it, Yue knew the signs of the 'door to the heart' being slowly opened. Though he was positive that she was far from purification, Yue was still just a bit worried for his Flygon.
Grazing over the savannah area, Yue leaned farther forwards on his sand dragon causing her to actually fly up a bit higher as he continued to look around for pokemon that held any sort of interest for him. However, it was as he turned his head back forwards that Yue noticed there was something not far off in front of him now.
As they continued to draw closer, Yue raised his eyebrow but retained a smile as he noticed that it seemed that someone had had some sort of motor trouble. He didn't get quite a good look at the person but got a good enough view of the situation from the motorcycle. In truth, Yue actually stopped to debate whether or not he actually wanted to stop and try to help, yet Yue found himself in a good generous mood and decided to see what the trouble was at least.
Slowing and lowering Faya as they flew closer, Yue finally had the Flygon rear a little as he looked over and slowly got off his dragoness. "Something wrong?" the white haired man smiled. [/scrolly] |

Flynn Rider Maxwell Rider had let out a huff and a turned to gather some things so he’d be set for the walk to the nearest town. Hopefully it wouldn’t be too far. His scrawny legs were made for walking long distances. It was why he had built the bike in the first place. It seemed he’d have no choice though. He had finished packing himself a few things in a small bag and was just about to pull out a pokeball when the sound of beating wings grabbed his attention. Turning his head, he watched the large dragon pokemon landed and reared. Rider hadn’t noticed the human right off the start and was almost wondering if his luck had brought him a rideable pokemon to capture. It was enough to bring a small smile to his face. When the white haired man came off the Flygon… Oh everything sweet and tasty! His luck had ten folded within moments. The great powers of the land had granted him the most gorgeous savour he could have ever dreamed for. Now he just had to try and not ruin it by rambling on about his bike. “ Well, angel, I’m glade you asked,” He began, unable to keep himself from giving the handsome man a nickname, “ You see, my bike here blew it’s generator. Don’t got the equipment to repair it. Unlike normal motorbike, this baby needs a good generator to run. It’s lost residual magnetism which I was hoping would be fixable with a good kick start but some of the windings are damaged. Whole thing needs replacing and well, not going to find on of them out here. Guess that‘s what I get for building the thing out of scraps.” Ah crap he had rambled. Oh well, nothing he could do about it now. Might as well see if the beautiful creature would help him out. Maybe ask for a date while he was at it. “ So what do yah say angel? Think you could help a fella out? I don’t have much in cash per say but I wouldn’t mind treating you to a home cooked dinner.” He wasn’t too shabby of a cooker. Learnt everything he knew from his mother. Ah how he loved that woman.

Angel..... Ok. Breathing in, Yue half smiled and breathed out. However, before he could make the correct reply that had come to mind, Leon found himself listening to the ramblings of the mechanic, parts of which he understood in full while others were possibly just a breech of wording rather than actual stupidity.
As Rider went on, Yue found his eye sliding sideways and instead focusing on Faya, his dearest being, who was actually quite readily leering at Rider already. Though one could claim the shadow had no emotions, Faya had something still in her, possibly just cold logic and a readiness to shred anyone who happened to get too close to her. "Ah yes, may I ask your name first though?" Alias asked after a moment keeping a light air about himself despite a slight edge in his mind. [/scrolly] |

Flynn Rider Maxwell “ Flynn Rider Maxwell” Rider replied with a magnificent grin as he set a hand on his hip, “ Though you can just call me Rider. Now, who might you be?” They guy seemed nice enough. He was offering to help him at least. Or so at least, that’s the impression Rider had gotten. Hopefully the man would know where the nearest town was, or perhaps he could lead him towards a junk yard or something. Heck maybe if he was really lucky, he could get a ride on that Flygon of his. It looked like it could handle the weight. The stern aggressive look in it’s body postures told him that at least. Or was that hatred? Eh, Rider was never too good with reading one’s emotions. Mostly because he rarely cared. He was an easy going guy with an easy going mid set. Unless of course someone tried to eat his liquorice. “ I’ll tell yah what though. You help me now, and I promise if you ever need anything around your place to be fixed, stove, car, computer, lightening, anything at all. Just call me up and I’ll fix it. I come in handy for those sorts of knickknacks.” It was true, he did.

Then again, he rarely had any reason to doubt as such anyways. At the question of his own name, Leon smiled lightly. "Yue Alias," he answered back easily. At the offer that came after that, Yue found himself thinking over one of the shadowing machines that had been having a few problems as of late. However, this thought was put away rather quickly. The list of machines obviously wouldn't include something like that unless someone had actually worked there. Despite the fact that Yue's luck seemed to somehow bring him his previous lab assistance by some twist of fate or another, he doubted that this would be the case out here.
"As for your predicament... the nearest town wold probably be Lexicon," he stated changing his sight towards somewhere father off. Would he really get anything out of this? He was supposed to be catching pokemon... "What pokemon do you have?" Yue asked lightly turning his sights back to Rider after a moment. Yes he was thinking critically.... [/scrolly] |

“Ah, Yue Alias.” Rider repeated the name in a thoughtful tone, “My friend, you truly are a savour.” The tight clothed, long haired man probably would have said something more but his eyes instead shifted towards the direction Yue’s eyes had gone as the city was mentioned. Lexicon. Figured. That had been where he had come from and he already knew how far away that was. It was defiantly going to be a pain if he had to walk all the way back there. Perhaps he could hitch a ride with this man. Get to know him a bit more, have some dinner, maybe some late night movies and… Pokemon?
“Oh ah, well… I have Daisy over there. She’s the tiny Pink thing. Also have myself a Drifloon, Raichu and Ampharos. Oh and this little thing.” His hand slowly reached down to his belt, opening a small pouch attached to the belt and retrieving a pokeball. Clicking the button twice, the pokeball grew and released a flash of light. When the light faded a small, oddly coloured Klink sat before them. “Dang thing is cute but I swear to my grandmothers grave it defies all logic when it comes to mechanics. Can’t for the life me figure out how these pieces of metal stuck together form life. I have many theories mind you, but hands down it’s got to be the only device I haven’t been able to figure out.” Somewhere amongst his spill about the pokemon, he had managed to grab hold of the Klink in one hand. As he spoke, he waved it around, flipped it over and so on. The poor thing was looking rather dizzy yet it didn’t seem to complain. “I can tell you one thing I do know though, it certainly hopes I die before it does.” Ahh the experiments he would have the body. He couldn’t help but laugh at his own words as if it were a joke. The Klink laughed a little as well, though it didn’t sound like a heart felt laugh. More nervous than anything. Mostly because it really wasn’t a joke. He’d have that creature taken apart and dismantled the moment it gave it’s dying breath.
“Haa, sorry, angel, I got a bit off topic, didn’t I?” Oh yes, that name was going to stick for as long as Rider knew Yue. “Anyway, as you can tell, non of my pokemon are really equipped to help me out of here. Yah know?”

That was not what he was intending to do that day, but if things went that way, he'd simply see what he could get out of it. As the man went over the pokemon he had, Yue remained silent and kept his light demeanor rather easily. Mostly electric types, then... If anything, he could probably take them, yet Yue had enough electrical pokemon as it was, so there wasn't much to gain there. The Klink was interesting, especially being shiny, yet it wasn't that much to go with seeing as Yue didn't really see the same appeal towards shiny pokemon as a certain someone did. However, as Rider added that none of them were really good for being out in the desert... or savannah...Yue nodded before his eye slid to his beautiful desert rose dragon. "Indeed I see," he answered back rather lightly nodding his head more to simply acknowledge than anything. Well...there was certainly nothing to gain, yet as Yue found himself looking around the Savannah, he found himself thinking that there weren't many pokemon in that particular area anyways. If he did fly towards Lexicon, there was a chance that there would be something of more interest anyways. Alright, why not? Taking out a pokeball, Yue released a Salamence who quickly seemed to leer at everyone before singling out Rider, the most new of sights, to leer at. "You can ride him," Yue offered lightly wearing his smile as if he had offered something of an easy ride rather than the ... yeah.
