Bec was born not only as albino and Shiny (or at least, his fur was very shiny and...well, that's about the only indication they had before he evolved and had electricity the color of a shiny Jolteon's fur) which normally would have made him very valuable--but also without eyes. Lucky for him he was born at a breeding facility, and didn't insta-die like he would have in the wild. He was bought by Grandpa Harley for Jade and has been her best friend for basically her whole life.

He can't see obviously, and had trouble with this fact for the first several years of his life, but somehow learned a way around it and now reacts as well (if not better) to things as if he could. Jade and Grandpa have no idea why this is, but they haven't taken him to a doctor/veterinarian/whatever to try to find out (not that they likely would find out why from that, anyway).

There is something very... odd about this Croagunk. It's very hard to put your finger on it, but something about him seems very... otherwordly. It doesn't really help that he can speak English (though he's a very silent individual so he doesn't do so often) and when he does he sounds almost exactly like Morgan Freeman.

Likes pranking and scaring people, destroying/defacing property, and in general being a little jerk. He'll back down if caught and scolded harshly, though, and is also in general rather cowardly. Named because Jade is pretty sure the "gem" he ate and is sticking out of his chest is uranium, or at least radioactive. He appeared in the jester outfit from the clickthrough image one day, and Jade has no idea where it came from. He likely stole it, and would have reimbursed the shop owner if she did know, but as stated she doesn't.
