Name: Sync
Species: Zorua
Gender: Male
Ability: Illusion
Personality: Calm, clever, a natural leader. When not in a neutral mood, emotions vary wildly. Somewhat violent, very opportunistic.
As a young Zorua, Sync was a wild Pokemon, happily making his own way in the forests and occasionally venturing into the outskirt of towns. However, he wasn't content to just live as the rest of his kind, hiding in the forests, and started trying to mingle with humans.
This backfired epically when he was captured. On being given to a shy and submissive mute girl, though, he quickly established himself as her superior and began to use her to get a leg up on interacting with people. He has become fiercely loyal to her, and even has a bit of a crush on her, though he'll never ever tell anyone.
When not keeping up a calm manipulation of Yana, hiding his emotions is a foreign concept to Sync. His mind races, and his emotions are as unpredictable as a storm in a tense situation. He's very aggressive when in a negative mood, and very opportunistic at all times. He still isn't completely used to being a captive Pokemon after all this time, even with his attachment to Yana.

Name: Sigma
Species: Shiny Porygon-Z
Gender: ...okay I don't really think Porygons should have these, being living computer programs, but if bred would function as male
Ability: Adaptability
Personality: Helpful, quirky, hard to understand sometimes, excitable, loyal. Perfectly content to follow orders from Yana and Sync. Can use human-speak.
Sigma was made as a Porygon by Silph Co., as a present to the head of Devon Co. due to their partnering up on a project. It was evolved so that it could be a stronger and better Pokemon, but it was never once called out of its Pokeball. As a newly created creature with no experience, it didn't recognize anyone as its trainer. How could it? Born, shoved into a Pokeball, and physically matured without even being let out once. It was constantly absorbing information, but never consciously recognizing anything, being in mental learning stasis.
As an unusual coincidence, Sigma was given away, still never once released, and brought to Era around the same time Yana and her family moved there. It was kept by a wealthy but low-status noble, and its Pokeball was kept on a shelf. The noble's house was later abandoned in the chaos of the war, and still Sigma slept in its Pokeball.
Eventually, when Yana's Zorua was looking for things to bring to Yana, it found the Pokeball. Seeing that the Pokemon inside was rare, and nobody seemed to claim it, he proudly brought Sigma to Yana.
She was the first thing it ever saw since its creation that it hadn't merely registered in a distant way, and being programmed to register the legal holder of its Pokeball as owner, and it had no way of knowing that Yana was not truly its legal holder, it became attached to her, and even friendly and loyal towards the Zorua who it noticed even Yana followed directions from.
Sigma is very subservient and loyal, and its greatest desire is to be useful and loved by its owner in any way they want, even if it involves self-sacrifice. It does love music and computers, and has a secret love of obscure Japanese music.

Name: Jade
Species: Shiny Archen
Gender: Female (though acts more gender-neutral and doesn't care if accidentally called 'he')
Ability: Defeatist
Personality: Snarky, clever, a bit lazy. Misses nothing, but only shares knowledge if asked directly. Has little interest in battling, but is an excellent tactician when forced to.
Jade was not directly resurrected from a fossil- she was the result of an Archen sold to a trainer getting a little too friendly with their shiny Pidgey. This trainer got rather hard on their luck, though, and ended up selling her to a black-market trader along with her parents for food and gambling money.
Being separated from the trainer who had cared for her, then from her parents, Jade grew very independent and self-reliant. She was sold multiple times, and somehow ended up at the Summer Festival being owned by a random shop owner. She starred in a carnival game where she would spin a wheel, and the player won what was shown on the spot the wheel stopped. She didn't like it, but it got her what she needed to live and kept her in favor with her owner.
One day, Yana and her two Pokemon arrived, and on playing a few rounds, Sync could tell that the owner of the game was cheating them. So that night, he stole Jade from her perch as recompense.
Jade does not exactly approve of how she came to join Yana's team, and harbors disdain for the Zorua. However, she is quite fond of Sigma, and doesn't mind Yana, so she never attempted to leave.
Jade is very book-smart as well as street-smart, having taught herself to read human language despite being unable to speak it or write coherently. She hasn't had to fight much, but her cool temper and quick mind make her able to handle herself and use complex strategies even without trainer help. When a trainer offers unhelpful commands, she'll ignore them.
