Jade had just been thinking out loud, not really expecting an actual response, since there were no humans around. But the explanation made the woman cringe. That was just...horrible. Jade knelt down, pulling out some berries and some bandages; not great but it was all she had. Then, she pulled out three Pokeballs, releasing a Granbull, an Albino Wartortle, and a Kangaskhan. "Zander, stay where you are, Lacy, keep watch from the left, Kingpin, the right, and Xena, you keep watch from in front of us." The Pokemon took their posts as commanded, keeping watch as Jade gently began to bandage what wounds she could, then handed a Sitrus berry to the Hydreigon. It wasn't much, but it was all she could do. Good thing Miguel taught her a little first aid, no? [/scrolly]

The Pidgeotto chuckled softly when she saw the woman jump and watched as she started to patch up the Hydreigon. Not very many people would dare to approach the dragon but this woman hardly seemed like a typical human.

The Hydreigon remained where she was, not wanting to move lest she hurt herself again. When the three other Pokemon suddenly appeared, she tensed considerably but relaxed when it seemed they were there just to guard. Pfft, she could take care of herself ... but in this state ... ah who was she kidding ... she was as helpless as a new hatchling. Taking the Sitrus berry without complaint, the Hydreigon did feel slightly better as the woman continued to tend her. Perhaps humans weren't all that bad after all ... .

After several minutes passed, she sighed, stepping back. "That's all I know to do...." she murmured, admitting that she was no expert at first aid. Those blue eyes looked around, almost paranoid that something bad was going to happen. [/scrolly]

The Pidgeotto looked around warily when the other Pokemon continued to guard the dragon. She didn't think that any others were going to come charging out any time soon ... but it was better to be safe than sorry now wasn't it.

The Hydreigon nodded and lay her head back down, uttering a small sigh of relief. She did feel at least somewhat better now but it was certainly a far cry from being fine understandably. She ... wouldn't mind going with this woman now, certainly not after what had happened and to be honest the Hydreigon didn't have the strength to fight if anything else did happen to attack her.

She pulled out a Pokeball, an empty one, and looked at the dragon. "I could probably do more for you if I could take you back with me," she explained before lightly tossing the Pokeball at the Hydreigon, hoping for the best. [/scrolly]

The Hydreigon looked at the woman blankly when she spoke and simply nodded as she threw the pokeball. For whatever reason she trusted the woman and who knew ... perhaps she wouldn't be so bad. The Hydreigon disappeared in a beam of red light and almost immediately a DING was heard indicating that the Pokemon had been caught.

Gender: Female
Ability: Levitate
Personality: This Hydreigon is rather suspicious of everyone to say the least of things. After a bad run in with other dragons (namely a rather vicious Flygon), she is very standoffish and doesn't allow any males to get close to her Pokemon or otherwise. She seems to trust Jade enough to let her get close to her but only because she believes she owes Jade a debt. As a result, this Hydreigon is fiercely protective of Jade to the point that she will attack anything in sight if they were seen as even the slightest threat (especially if said 'threat' happens to be male). In battle she is rather vicious and does what she sees is fit ... after all, she's made it this far without a trainer so why would she need to listen to one now.


The Pidgeotto relaxed when the Hydreigon was safe and nuzzled up to the woman once again, if she could get her pets well everything was just fine~.

Not to far away a Leucistic Ariados scurried away as if scared that she might be spotted while a Red Gible seemed quite intent on following her. She was just so white and pretty and o3o well ... of course he had to follow~.

A little further away, a Shiny Pidgey was flying lazy circles in the air, not really caring if she was spotted or not.

The Ariados, the Gible...those mostly got her attention. The Pidgey....well she already had a Pidgeotto, practically. Jade knelt down and pet the bird again. "Did you wanna come too?" she asked, smiling. Meanwhile, Venus, the ditsy Bulbasaur skipped over to the Leucistic bug and the red dragon. <Like, hi~> [/scrolly]

The Pidgeotto cooed and rubbed against Jade when she asked if she wanted to come along too and nodded. Of course she would come~ this human was certain to pet and love her and pay attention to her, what more could she ask for.

The Ariados skittered away from the Bulbasaur, afraid that she was going to be attacked. Others had played that 'nice' card too and then attacked for no reason, yeah there was no way that the Ariados was falling for that again. And then there was the Gible who by this time was distracted by the Bulbasaur (thank goodness)... the persistent Gible had been following her for hours and it was making the Ariados more paranoid than normal.

The Gible stopped when he heard the Bulbasaur's voice and waved, making sure that he knew where the Ariados was. White things were just so pretty and he wanted to tell her that but the Ariados kept running away... sad really.

Then, she looked over to the Ariados and Gible before returning her other Pokemon, except Kingpin, since the Albino Wartortle decided to make his way over to investigate the little red dragon. He'd never seen anything that sort of color before; it was....interesting. But instead of saying anything he stood there with his arms crossed. Venus smiled at the Gible. <Whatcha up to?> [/scrolly]

The Pdigeotto 'purred' and rubbed against Jade one last time before pressing the button on the pokeball and disappearing in a beam of red light. An instant later the pokeball let out a DING indicating that the Pidgeotto had been caught.

Gender: Female
Ability: Big Pecks
Personality: This Pidgeotto is very vain to say the least. She believes that she is the [i]most[/i] gorgeous bird ever to grace Era and anyone who says otherwise is just asking for a beatdown. She loves attention and will do anything to make sure that [i]she[/i] is the center of it all even if that means "accidentally" kicking someone out of the limelight. Though she doesn't talk very often this Pidgeotto is capable of speaking English and though she isn't against using her knowledge of the English language to get her way she doesn't like people gawking at her like she's an alien. They should be [i]admiring[/i] her after all, not looking at her like she just escaped from weirdville.


The Ariados watched from her hiding place among the rocks, curious as to what the Bulbasaur and Wartotle were doing. As long as they didn't see her and attack her (because she was so certain everything was going to try and eat her) this vantage point would work just fine.

The Gible didn't notice the Wartortle heading in his direction quite yet...he was too busy trying to find that Ariados again. She had been so pretty and he had wanted to tell her that and 8(... Hearing Venus speak again, the Gible turned his attention back to her<"Trying to find that Ariados again...she keeps running away from me and I don't know why D8">

However, the Bulbasaur didn't even notice him. <Oh...I don' t know either. But like...you can hang with us! Our trainer has lots of interesting Pokemon~> Kingpin gave a snort at the word 'trainer.' Yes, Jade was good to him, but...he still wasn't sure. He half expected her to kick him to the curb any second. [/scrolly]

The Gible blinked at Venus' words and tilted his head. He had heard of trainers before and not all the stories were nice... looking back in the direction the Ariados had gone, the Gible sighed. <"Maybe....but I really did want to tell the Ariados how pretty she was ;-; I don't know why she keeps running....">

The Ariados continued to watch the group of Pokemon from her hiding place. She was too far away to make out the words but she assumed they were plotting what the best way was to capture and eat her. Everybody seemed to be after her and she wasn't about to let some odd Gible, Bulbasaur, or...that Wartortle get the best of her!

Which...let's face it was pretty unusual. Meanwhile, Kingpin was looking off into space, not really caring or paying much attention. Whatever. <Hmm...Maybe she's just like...shy?> She asked thoughtfully. <Jade meets shy humans and Pokemon sometimes. Maybe you should do what she does. Like, just walk up and say what you need to say.> She gave a small smile of encouragement. [/scrolly]

The Gible had never thought of it that way...that just had to be it! Why else would the Ariados keep running away but...whenever he tried to get close the Ariados just kept running away... <Well...I could try that but whenever I get close to her she just runs away...did I do something wrong...?">

The Ariados just continued to watch the group talk, hoping that they wouldn't approach her. It didn't help that her leucistic appearance made her stand out like a sore thumb either...well, she had dealt with others before and she could certainly deal with these three! At least...that's what she hoped...

[KARP KARP!]

Venus thought some more. <Well...maybe if you can't from up close, maybe you could get to where you're just close enough where she can hear you. Then tell her. But like, don't go without your feelings being known, okay? Or it might be like, too late." She gave a sad nod.

<One day that cute Pokemon you have a crush on might like, evolve, turning into an amazing, powerful dragon, and then you really won't know what to say...> she said dreamily, almost as a whisper.

The Wartortle snapped out of his trance to hear the last bit the Bulbasaur said. <Wait...what?>

Venus blinked, blushing. <Oh...nothing.>

Yeah...right.

The red Gible's eyes grew wide at Venus' suggestion and nodded fervently. Yes, that was a good idea! Why hadn't he thought of that in the first place...wait...what... What had started out to be a good suggestion turned out to be some sort of story. Aaaand ok he was lost...a dragon and...waitwhatnow. The Gible had now completely forgotten what he was asking about as he stared blankly at Venus...this girl was crazy...

Meanwhile the Ariados just watched the conversation take place. Curiosity got the best of her however and she began to wonder what the group was talking about. Edging closer, the Ariados got just close enough she could hear what they were saying but they couldn't see her...hopefully...
