Okay, guys, just going to tell you why choosing the winner might take a while, other than time: I hate judging things.

I mean hatehatehateHATE judging, reviewing, critiquing, or nitpicking regarding anything someone else has done. It's not so much that I don't want to give my opinion but I don't like to be in a situation where my opinion affects something or has more weight to someone than I think it should (I once gave someone a chewing out years ago online because people were trying to get me to critique their writing and his request was the straw that broke the camel's back; I apologized quickly and we became pretty good buddies after the fact but I still don't like that I did it in the first place).

But I find it fascinating to find out how people interpret my descriptions of characters, which is why I didn't just have a reaction similar to "*squeak* N-no, it's okay. Tere can choose the character and judge." (it's also why, when I was on briefly in the morning on the 2nd I wanted that doll taken down from the front post because I really wanted people to make her completely from scratch, but between SG not being here and me not being here it never happened and in hindsight I should have just posted saying 'don't use that' but I didn't).

Of course, actually assigning values and judgements kind of wrecks the point, because there isn't a picture to try to emulate so 'accuracy' is nonexistent; how are you supposed to know what the picture is in my head? You're creating what my description conjures in your head, within the limitations of Tektek, of course. So I end up loving people entering and gritting my teeth at the idea of actually having to have somebody win, which I have entirely brought upon myself. Just handing you both first prize and letting you decide who judged the next contest (by coin flip if need be) crossed my mind at one point.

However, I am going to try to judge this, but don't be surprised if I don't really say how I made the decision.

TL;DR? My brain is not, and has never been, compatible with judging things, so it might take me a while. Please bare with me.

So, what do you do to judge when you hate judging and consider accuracy to be nonexistent when the entrants are working from a description and their imagination. Why, you just pick the one you like the most!

Yeah, you have no idea how ridiculously hard this is for me.

I love the makeup and eye colour of Tere's, but far prefer the expression on Elyane's. I like the necklace Elayne's is wearing, since it looks like it could represent the Keystone Necklace in her inventory, and am crazy in love with that coat (I never really thought of Trish owning long coats like that but now it just seems so natural and perfect), but I like the little cross and the skull belt buckle on Tere's and I absolutely adore the hairstyle and little black skull-and-crossbones hair accessory. Not to mention we have Trish at an awesome drumset on Elyane's up against the Terrible Trio surrounding her on Tere's.

In the end, Tere's squeaks ahead. Barely. Very barely. So barely that I think Elayne should be able to pick any unevolved pokemon she wants for her prize as well instead of being limited to the 'weaker' list.

No problem at all, Song~ Elayne and I were talking about it soon after we saw your first post and we felt bad. XD Thank you~ and good job, Elayne. :3 If both of us can't choose an unevolved Pokemon without it being weaker, you can just have the one from my prize, Elayne. :U I'm not sure what I'd pick, anyway, so just in case you want it~
