1 point = 1 token or $200
Tokens will be capped at 15 for any one character; points beyond that can be exchanged for cash at a heightened rate of $300/point.
Characters who did not reach over 15 points still have the $200/point rate option listed in the original rules.

I'll cap everyone except for Jalicia (who already has enough tokens) off at 5 and convert all of Jalicia's tokens and the extra on the other chars to cash
