Personality: An upstanding member of society, this little weedy Pokemon, despite his size, will stand up to any bullies that he comes across. Someone getting mugged in an alley? He's there! Someone has to stand up for others, and seeing as everyday chivalry has slowly been dying out in modern years, he's chosen to take up the cause. He will even try to hold open doors for people, women especially, but generally this is only possible if it's an old Japanese-style shop with the cloths. He's polite as can be, and actually quite proper (using wonders like 'yonder' rather than 'there').

He's not the best battler, though, as moves such as Fake Tears and Attract are sure-fire ways to, at the very least, get his attention. Whether or not the actual effects of the moves succeed, he will often start apologizing profusely (as per Fake Tears) or flirting endlessly (as with Attract). He does have a less chivalrous side to him, as he loses his cool around women. Whether they're Pokemon or human doesn't matter; he's just a ladies' man deep down and often feels horrible when he thinks back on how badly he flirted.
