Due the bomb attacks Catherine Kendall has sent these letters out to all Nobles.
To Whom it May Concern:
My young son and his fiance to be have run away from home a little under a year ago today. We have kept this bit of information quiet so as not to alert the rebels to their presence. However, due to the recent bombing this can no longer be ignored; Sofia and Harvey are still missing, and with my husband now deceased I worry for their safety. If anyone knows of their whereabouts or has seen them, please contact me immediately.
