AGAIN, Elayne, THAT ISN'T AN OPTION. We already explained this to someone and it's written in the rules.
You can only give 5 Santa tokens to any one character, plus the guessing tokens if you want. Which means you specifically can give 9 to Chizuru but the other 5 must go to someone else.
