He was still fighting himself about being banned from the south, so he wasn't there when it happened. Since he was close enough to get there, as soon as he was able to, he checked out how the capital was now. He had heard that those who had nowhere to live, or were injured, might be in this shelter themselves. He was completely shocked when he heard of this, but he was now on his way to check it out. He had just gotten in and was looking around to see what was in there. He would make his way to the desk and ask about anyone in here if he wasn't stopped.
