Well he should be do that to!! So the little mouse then jumped off Justice's shoulder and ran to catch up with Duke. two pokemon on the look out was better then two. Besides he it was his job to make sure Justice was safe. Zarah giggled as Poe took off. He was such a prideful pokemon, but has a good heart. <3 the skitty then looked at what Justice was drawing and smiled. So she was drawing Seles and Duke. How cute~ Justice had not really noticed that Poe had jumped off and ran ahead. She was to busy drawing. Though when Seles spoke outloud the young girl looked up at Seles and smiled." New knights don't walk right?" Justice asked and giggled softly and went back to drawing.

Green eyes looked confused for a brief moment as Justice spoke. Don't walk? Maybe she wasn't understanding the question, but Seles had no exact answer. "I... they..." she stopped a moment still trying to figure out exactly what to say. "New knights?" she asked trying not to sound stupid even as she questioned.
Meanwhile, as Duke found Poe in closer proximity to him, the Ditto smiled and continued to look around.

Sitting quietly in a tree nearby was a Chatot. Nothing too interesting about her, except maybe the pine needles it seemed she'd intertwined into her feathers for whatever reason. It almost looked like there were just as many or even more needles than feathers.
Apparently having napped through the storm, an Ivysaur was just barely visible under the snow. Just the tip of her flower peeked a bit through it, along with a bit of her snout a little farther down. She didn't look to be in trouble, but one might assume otherwise.
Lastly, but quite possibly the most notable thing was the awful smell wafting in the air. Just... ew. DX

Justice then stopped drawing and looked at Seles again. " You said something about training and teaching new ones how to walk right. I was guessing you meant trainee knights?" Justice said and hoped she had not heard wrong. How embarrassed she would be if she was.
Poe looked back at Duke, smiled and nodded. he then went back to looking for anything. His ear's twitched at the sounds of the Chatot, Eh nothing to really worry about there. And due to the Ivysaur being covered in snow, Poe did not notice the grass pokemon at all. Though he did notice the smell that was now going through the air. " Pika!!!" Poe cried out in disgust. " Ewww!! That stinks!" Zarah then picked up on the smell and covered her nose with her paws. Justice then also caught the smell in her nose. " Oh my goodness!!" Justice cried out and with a free hand covered her own nose. She then notice that Zarah was suffering from the smell, so she moved her hand and took out Zarah's pokeball and returned that cat pokemon. She then plunged her nose again.

As Justice started to explain, Seles understood and nodded her head. "Well...most of the training consists of dealing with rough situations... so I was just thinking aloud that this would prove a rough situation for newbies," she explained as she fell somber again.
The Ivysaur did happen to catch Duke's attention, and he suddenly tense. Had the snow hurt trapped that pokemon?! "Hello?! Are you alright?" he asked walking rather quickly to close the gap between himself and the grass type. His knightliness refused to allow him to just walk past someone who looked to be in trouble! No sir!
It was only when Justice reacted that Seles found herself suddenly breathing in the smell. A green eyelid twitched rather violently, and the blond haired woman quickly wrapped her nose with her hand. "What in the world is that..." she hissed a bit harder than intended. Though he probably should have noticed the smell, Duke seemed to be too focused on something else to even register the smell... either that or he simply couldn't smell which was actually a high possibility.

The Chatot promptly flew off at the call from Duke, scattering pine needles as she went. The Ivysaur didn't respond. However, another creature waddled out from amongst the trees. A Ludicolo. She promptly paused, tilting her 'head' somewhat at Duke before looking down to notice the covered Ivysaur. Letting out a quick laugh, she shook her head. <Ah, don't worry about her. If she were in trouble, her nose would be covered, too. She likes the cold for some reason,> she explained and idly started to waddle away again. She had a bit of difficulty travelling in the snow, but she didn't seem like that would stop her.

Poe blinked and stayed where he was still trying to get over the shock of the nasty smell. But he was able to shake it off after a few moments and walked over to Duke and the sleeping Ivysaur. Poe looked at the grass type and blinked, though when a Ludicolo came out. Poe tensed up and sparks came out of his cheeks. Though when it seemed the Ludicolo was friendly, the little mouse pokemon calmed down and looked over at Duke. Justice getting over the small as well looked around to see Duke worrying over a pokemon. She then started to walk over to him, when she reached him she looked at the grass type under the snow. Aww it was a Ivysaur! How pretty, " Oh, a Ivysaur. such a pretty pokemon." Justice said softly. She then thought about the small, " I think that smell was a passing Gloom. I read somewhere they live around here." Justice said to no one in peculiar.

The sudden appearance of the Ludicolo caused Duke to look sideways, yet as she explained the nature of the Ivysaur, he relaxed. "Ah good, that's good then. Thank you," he called as she seemed to leave as quickly as she had come. Stepping up and back away from the Ivysaur, the Ditto looked as the younger of the two women had walked over to look at the Ivysaur. "Indeed," he agreed after a few seconds before wandering sideways and walking towards Seles who was walking towards him. The blond haired woman finally noticed the grass type and frowned a little mentally cursing the weird weather that Era seemed to be faced with constantly. "Maybe," Seles stated to Justice's comment.

Upon hearing Justice's comment, the Ivysaur's ears twitched beneath the snow, causing some of it to fall from around her head. Pretty? Her head lifted from the snow, leaving some stop it as the dual-type Pokemon peered over at the girl curiously. She said nothing and just... kind of stared.
Oddly enough, at this moment, a vine snaked down from the branches above and tugged at her petals. She yelped in surprise and jumped, tripping a little bit on the snow which caused her to tumble forward awkwardly, but at least she was away. Upon looking up, one could see a Carnivine, who quickly started to withdraw his vines as he gazed around at the humans and non-wild Pokemon alike.
Less noticeable, since they weren't doing anything destructive nor really interacting with the group at all, was a second Chatot that fluttered down onto a branch to start preening herself. The other was a Parasect that skittered along in the snow.

Grass types where all so pretty, though before she could say anything to the Ivysaur the poor pokemon yelped and fell forward. Concerned expression came to Justice's face and she knelt down next to the grass type. " Oh goodness Ivysaur!! Are you ok? I hope your not hurt!" Justice said as she looked the poor pokemon over. when it seemed to be ok Justice stood up and looked up into the trees and saw the Carnivine pulling back vines. A angry expression came to Justice " What was that for!? That was not very funny! You could have hurt Ivysaur! Justice said rather hotly at the Carnivine, frowning as she spoke.

Seles smiled a little as Justice addressed the pokemon. Though she was far more fond of Fire types and Normal types for whatever reason, the grass pokemon's actions as well as Justices were rather cute. However, when a vine came down and the reaction was sparked, green eyes narrowed and stared up towards a-... Wow... yeah... that... was a pretty ugly creature. Though Seles had always been one to admire physical strength and endurance over any sort of beauty, there was something to Carnivine that simply just wasn't appealing....Backing up a little to get a better view of it, Seles found herself reaching for her sword. "What was that for anyways?" the question was posed.
Duke tensed. Blue eyes shifted and looked back and then upwards, and all at once the Ditto had found himself starting to change not into the Carnivine but into the Ivysaur. "Don't act so rude," was the order given to the Carnivine. Upon taking that for, he raised a vine of his own and made to Power Whip the Carnivine out of the hangings.

The Carnivine simply took the over-powered attack from Duke and glowered at him. <Who's the rude one here? That's my wife you're copying,> he grumbled. The Ivysaur righted herself with some difficulty and, blushing, looked around at each of the people and Pokemon.
<As for you, little lady,> he then mumbled toward Justice as he hovered down to the ground, <What's not funny about sneaking up on a loved one and tapping them on the shoulder? Are you blaming me for the snow that she accidentally tripped over? I do not have the power to see into the future, so there was no way for me to know she would be so shocked she would try to hop away like that. If you're going to blame anyone, perhaps you should blame yourself for being the distraction that allowed me to sneak up on her so easily.>
It didn't seem as though he cared so much that she couldn't understand the Pokespeech. All he seemed to care about was walking -- er, floating over to lightly brush his leafy hand over the Ivysaur's head in apology and to make sure she wasn't hurt. The worst injury she seemed to have suffered was a light bump on the nose and an adrenaline burst.

Not knowing if the pokemon was going to attack her she reached for her kendo sword. Just in case she had to use it. Though when the pokemon did not attack she did not take it out. But she still kept one hand on it all the same. Poe mean while glared at the Carnivine. How dare it talk to his trainer that way!! " Pika!! Pi pi pikachu!!" " Hey, she was just worried about your wife ok? You should be happy she was willing to stand up for her!" Poe said to the grass type.[/scrolly] |

O-oh... Duke's entire face went red, and he ended up reforming into his more human form and continuing to blush mostly in embarrassment. "I...Oh... forgive me I thought you were attacking..." he said bowing repeatedly. Oh Arceus ;3;'' What a silly mistake... "P-please forgive me I'm a knight and I was trying to defend and-..." whatever else was said ended up collapsing into mulled broken speech. As Poe suddenly seemed to get angry, the knight-Ditto looked sideways and tried not to face/palm. "Please don't start a fight it was just...." he said stepping between Poe and the Carnivine as best he could.
Seles, meanwhile, watched Duke's motions, and though she had no idea what the Carnivine was saying, she could at least tell by Duke's behavior that it seemed there was a misunderstanding. Sweat dropping, she relaxed a little and took a calmer stance.

The Carnivine just nodded to Duke first. He could actually understand the mix-up. He just hadn't appreciated the sudden attack. Of course, there was the Ditto transforming into his wife, which was a bit disconcerting, but... that was neither here nor there. He'd apologized and the Grass-type was not about to continue an argument over a misunderstanding. As a result, the only thing he offered to Poe was a glare. <If she needed 'standing up for' or protecting, she likely wouldn't be alive anymore. That's how it works in our world. I do not know if you were born into a human family, but in the wild, things don't work the same way. As a thought, how would you feel if she was the one insulted that you all even felt the need to protect her? Also note, however, that I said IF your human felt the need to blame anyone. I did not suggest that she was to blame or that I felt she should be blamed. I ask that we both move on from the initial misunderstanding that caused this situation now and find something more bright to talk about. Can this be obliged?> The Ivysaur, meanwhile, just settles down and, still silent as the moment they first noticed her, just looked at each of them.

Justice then stood in a more relaxed and rubbed the back of her neck. When Poe seemed to get angry, Justice bent down and picked the little mouse pokemon up and petted him. Not being able to understand she thought he was just grring at the Carnivine for what happened before She petted her pokemon and just smiled. " Whats the matter Poe? It just seems like we misunderstood something." Justice said and with that she gave a bow to the Carnivine. " I don't know whats going on... But If I was in the wrong I'm sorry Carnivine." Justice then looked over at Seles, " Well shall we get going?" Just said with a smile and walked around Duke and the Carnivine. Seeing as there was nothing wrong there was no reason to stay. After all Justice wants to get home to see her brother.

A sudden very exhausted look came to Duke's face, yet he pushed it away and offered a smile back towards the Carnivine and the Ivysaur. "I wouldn't know much about the wild honestly," he chuckled a little weakly. "I was raised to serve as a knight," he laughed a little before his entire form seemed to reforge itself into armor, a sword, and a helmet. Making a sort of obscure but 'knightly' pose for a moment, he stood there before quickly shifting back to his previous form and laughing a little. "...And... oh yes, m'lady is Seles and my name is Duke," he said after a moment still doing his best to keep the peace. Seles slowly breathed in and breathed out again before finding herself smiling. Duke was... something else, sometimes. Upon hearing the introductions of sorts, she stepped forwards and gave a residual nod.

The Carnivine peered toward Justice at her comment on leaving before his attention was drawn back to Duke. Nodding his head in understanding, the Grass-type smiled faintly. <It's wonderful to meet you both. I imagine knighthood is rather difficult as well, though I'd hope you were proud of your lifestyle. I believe your companion wishes to be on her way, however, so... I suppose I should wish you farewell. I wouldn't want to keep you longer than necessary.>
He was quick to bow his head and start to usher his wife into the forest, but she stopped him almost immediately. "I, uh... am sorry... about all this. I did not know how to say this before. Sorry for... taking so long," she admitted rather bashfully, but in English! The Carnivine simply sighed, turning back toward the humans and gazing at them carefully. Her speaking their language would assuredly grab attention again -- or at least he thought -- and he didn't want to lose her. She seemed completely oblivious to this concept. She just wanted to apologize.

The Ivysaur spoke like a human.. Justice turned to look at the grass pokemon and smiled sweetly. Making no move to try to catch her. Justice then gave a bow to the Ivysaur, " Its ok my friend. Seles had yet to meet another pokemon that could speak English -or rather any other human language- outside of Duke, and thus, she blinked surprised by the Ivysaur. She had always assumed Duke to talk because of the training that he went through to become her servant of sorts, but here was a wild pokemon who knew how to talk as well. After a moment or so, she half smiled and nodded her head. "It's fine," she said placing a hand on her chest and bowing only a little before standing upright again and slowly starting to walk away. Duke noticed Seles's motions and quickly bowed as well and started after his trainer.
