It was a nice sunny day in the Tanglethorne Jungle. It wasn't as busy as one would think since most people didn't come down to this southern part of Era unless for a specific reason. Although that is exactly what Brianna St.John Hayes and her Cherubi were doing down here. Since she was a big fan of grass types and figured she needed a larger team to get to her goal.
As the two walked through the forest they came to a denser part of it so Brianna took out her sword to chop through vines as her Cherubi moved it's way through smaller openings because of her size. She was looking for basically any type of pokemon she could find but what she was most interested in was a Snivy as she heard they were out here but hard to find. So she kept her eyes peeled and told Cherubi to keep her eyes open as well. Then they continued to move through the dense forest.

As they walked, two little eyes could be see staring up at the girl from the ground. It appeared to be a little Oddish staring up at her. A Mankey was seen up above them, swinging through the branches of the trees quickly. A Tangrowth was seen marching through the the vines like they were nothing. ._. It was kinda scary looking, since it seemed angry and about ready to attack anyone who got in it's way. There was a tree that appeared to have fallen down and made into a little bit of a shelter. Something was in it, but it was hard to tell. All you could see was green. A Slakoth was sitting up in a tree, moving ever so slowly. A Nuzleaf was running across the ground to the left. A Lombre was laying in a bush, asleep.

"Wow..." said Brianna as she lucked at all of the grass type pokemon who lived her in somewhat harmony. She looked at all of the pokemon who were around her and saw the Oddish first. So she gave it a wave and a smile before moving past it the two things that interested her most was the large Tangrowth who seemed pretty mad at something and whatever was in the fallen tree ahead of them. So as a result Brianna turned to Cherubi and said "Okay Cherubi...you check out what's in that tree...I'll talk to the Tangrowth and see what's up." Cherubi nodded and began to dash over to the tree and peeked her head to see what was inside. Brianna on the other hand was slowly approaching the Tangrowth with a pleasant smile on her face and said "Hey! Why so mad Tangrowth?" she asked cocking her head slightly to the left

The Large Tangrowth glared at Brianna with complete and utter hate. It probably wasn't safe to approach this pokemon without a pokemon of your own to protect you... It might snap at any moment.
A Servine turned around to see the Cherubi looking in. He seemed to smile and waved for the small pokemon to come in. The Servine had actually made somewhat of a house out of the fallen trees and branches. He seemed rather nice, since he didn't yell or glare like that evil Tangrowth.

As menacing as the Tangrowth looked Brianna wasn't one to give up on a pokemon that easily. So as it gave her a death stare and continued to move on she walked up to it and took her sword (which was sheathed) and poked it in the back saying "Hey! Just because you have some sort of problem doesn't mean you need to take it out on others! I'm just trying to help!" she said as she crossed her arms and tapped her foot on the ground impatiently. She wanted this Tangrowth to tell her what was wrong so she could help.
Cherubi saw the friendly Servine and smiled a little bit devilishly. She knew Brianna wanted a Snivy or something along those lines so she looked at the Servine and used an Attract move to make herself appealing and softly called to the Servine <Perharps you could help me with something big guy~> she said with a wink hoping this move would work.

As the Tangrowth was poked, he suddenly whipped around with a Vine Whip Attack flying out at the girl and smacking her. "Tang Tang Grow Tang!" he shouts out angrily. Apparently he was just trying to say that he hated Winter and wanted to be left alone. He then started to walk away again, wanting to be left alone.
The Servine listened to the Cherubi and facepalmed. <Not interested.> he says rather quickly. Either the move failed, or he just didn't like women. He then went back to decorating his little hut a bit more.

Being smacked in the face with a Vine Whip Brianna went reeling back and fell straight on her but with a large smack. She rubbed her face and could feel a big red mark forming in it. As soon as this happened she just sat in the spot she was sent into thinking about things...was it really right for her to enter a territory of pokemon to just take them out of their home? Well..was it right for anyone to do that as a matter of fact? She simply slumped down slightly and looked pretty depressed her first chance to start her dream and she had failed.
Cherubi saw the Servine reject her and simply puffed out her cheeks a little frowning when she heard the smack and cry of the Tangrowth so she said <Excuse me!> and ran out of the tree in time to see Brianna hit the ground after being hit by the Tangrowth. A pokemon dared to hit her friend!? She would not stand for this...not one bit! Almost fuming Cherubi ran forwards and yelled <Don't you DARE hurt my friend!> she ran forward and sent a powerful and speedy Tackle attack into the large vine pokemon.

The Tangrowth was just walking around when he was suddenly hit by a screaming Cherubi's tackle. He fell forward, but soon sent out vines that smacked at the Cherubi. <Leave me alone!> he calls out angrily. He had to attack that girl. She was bothering him when he just wanted to be left alone. The Servine walked out of his tree and watched them. <Tangrowth, you need to stop hurting people like this. Just move on..> the Servine says. He then began to help both of them into his hut, wanting to stop their fight before it got bad.

Brianna rubbed her face in pain as Cherubi attacked the Tangrowth "Hey Cherubi...it's fine...you can stop..." she said looking down again getting herself more depressed than she was before. As the Servine came out to lead them into his sheltered home she reluctantly and almost silently moved into it. It was a bit cramped but for a pokemon of the Servine's height it would've been perfect. Once she entered she sat in the corner and crossed her arms over her knees and curled into basically a ball being unresponsive to the things around her.
Cherubi dodged the Tangrowth's Vine Whip and was about to counter with an Energy Ball when she saw Brianna and the Servine enter the Servine's home. She looked up at the Tangrowth and spoke with a narrowing of her eyes <Hopefully you get in a better mood buddy...> she said as she dashed into the hole with the Servine and saw Brianna all upset and bunched up in the corner. So she waddled over to her and nudged her on the side with a sad look on her face. She hoped Brianna would be okay....

Tangrowth let out an angry shout that ... couldn't really be translated. The Tangrowth then began to walk away from them. Servine looked at Brianna and the Cherubi. So that's why Cherubi tried to charm him. He looked at Brianna once again and walked over to her and tapped her on the shoulder. He made a somewhat goofy face to try making her happy. ._. Come on.. things could be that bad.
