Time today to celebrate the fact that the passage of time is difficult to measure both accurately and precisely, as well as the fact that it totally wouldn't hurt the calendar to have two more 30-day months to give February 30 on a normal year instead of having so many 31-day months but whatever~! :B
Despite my mild mockery, I love Leap Day if for not other reason than that it's rare (and by 'if', I mean that's pretty much it x3).

Because really, since when has VC needed an excuse to party? |D (Anyone who knew me from ED, shut up; I don't care if this is only like our second actual promo and we used to have at least one a month on past boards, ssh. We don't even need promos to party here; I'm just being nice. |D)

(Note: If you really, REALLY want an unevolved form of a Pokemon that only has evos listed, you can have that too; count it as Rank 1.)
(Note 2: These lists are sorted trying to account for both how good a jumper the Pokemon is (or how closely it resembles a super-hopping animal) and how desirable it is. Therefore, occasionally, a moderate jumper will be Rank 2 while a really great one, like Dodrio, is only Rank 1, because really.. who would pick Dodrio if it was Rank 2?)

- Your choice of "Leaping" Pokemon! Options will be listed below. You can have two Rank 1 Pokemon, or one Rank 2 Pokemon. You choose trainer and info.
- Evolution items, to help your Pokemon take a LEAP in power! XP You'll get each of the following:
- One normal evolution-inducing item, such as Fire Stone or Upgrade. Items which normally require trading or level up to work will be replaced with an Instant variety (for example, Instant Upgrade, Instant Razor Fang), currently only available through this event. It will work just like a stone and evolve your Pokemon with no hassle.
- One 'Super Ultra Kawaii Awesome Mega Fruitpie Deluxe'. One bite of this and your Pokemon will be in such bliss it won't be able to help but evolve, assuming Happiness-evolution is normal for its species. Even the most sour-puss Pokemon won't be able to resist. (Note: the full pie is bite-sized. :B)
- One Super Rare Candy. This option may also be traded for EITHER: two more normal evo items; two more Fruitpies; OR one more normal evo item and one more Fruitpie. With any option, the exchange rate is two items of some sort in exchange for the Candy; the inverse cannot be done for additional Candy.

- Your choice of "Leaping" Pokemon, same as described above. The only difference is you don't get to pick a color. ;P To be a liiiittle special, it'll have a 1 in 3 chance of being alternate color, but mods will roll dice to see if it is and which color if it is.
AND - EITHER one Super Rare Candy, OR your choice of two total items or Fruitpies. (2 of one, 2 of the other, or 1 of each.)
