Pokeballs are 50 Pen each. 50 x 30 = 1500, not 1000.

<Oh, well, thanks~> The spider-like Pokemon was quite happy to have been given such a compliment. However, at the offer of a battle, he looked rather bewildered. Well... why? <I... don't know. I have to protect my daughter. Getting myself and possibly her hurt in a pointless tussle just for fun isn't very smart...> He shifted slightly to give an interested look at the woman who had offered. Slowly, he started to walk away, but kept his gaze on the two humans to make sure he could stop if they said anything.
<I... I, actually, yeah... Yeah, I do,> the Mothim admitted bashfully, hanging his head in shame. He was not manly, that was for sure. <I'm just a bug, though! It's understandable to get frightened by bigger Pokemon, right? Trainers are sometimes scary too, both because they often do have big scary Pokemon and because I've heard a lot of them attack wild Pokemon with no warning.> He shuddered at the thought, his wings rustling a bit as he did so.

Ninca! Da, da -tap tap tap- DA!' Jemma simply grinned when he heard the sound he'd recorded for his text messages. Devi never really liked electronics, but it was the perfect message tone... not because of the alert itself, but because of what followed.
<AH! There it goes again! It stole my voice! How dare you, you evil contraption? Moon... MOON! Help me punish this thing,> the oddly-colored Nincada immediately started to remark. The Lunatone she was requesting help from... didn't move. She was napping in the corner of the living room. However, some of the other Pokemon were quick to offer their help (including a Cryorunt, a Combee, and a Budew). The starting chaos prompted by Devi's reaction to the phone playing her voice back was always noticeable without question and no matter where the phone was, she seemed to be able to find it.
And so, before the other Pokemon could "punish" the poor electronic, Stephanie was quick to pick it up and bring it to her trainer. "Thanks, Steph," the cross-dresser offered his Jigglypuff. The moment he was done wiping his hands off from rinsing them (as he had been preparing a little bit of a light-night snack), he took the phone and flipped it open.
Oh! Delilah~<3
'Hey! Not too much, just hanging out at home. How's it going?' Send.
"Okay, everyone, calm it down," he finally decided to mention to the Pokemon in the living room. Thankfully they listened for the most part at least.

ooc ;; Err... before I actually put up a response: the arrows (< and >) mean Pokespeech. It's just much easier to do that than babble in whatever the Pokemon's name happens to be. If she can't understand her own Pokemon, she's unlikely to understand the Gyarados. (Sorry this took so long.)
The Karrablast nodded again with vigor, his eyes glittering with his new-found determination. With the assurance from the Lucario, he grinned brightly. <Yer durn tootin' I weel,> he responded with a fist-bump into the air... sort of, anyway. Upon hearing Orion ask him to help find the girl, he brightened even more and turned around to scuttle off a few feet. He sniffed the air at first but... bugs aren't really known for their sense of smell, per se. Then he looked at the ground, trying to find tracks... but there isn't quite enough dirt for an amateur tracker to be successful. So, tapping his 'chin', he let out a loud buzzing noise.
It probably seemed odd at first, but he was concentrating so deeply... and for good reason. It attracted three Pokemon: a Clefairy, a Burmy, and a Ledyba. An... orange Ledyba. All three converged on his spot from different directions, peering curiously at the man and Rigel. Immediately, the Karrablast asked for their help, describing Alia to the best of his memory (which, in truth, amounted to something akin to 'this short girl with bright pink hair and... and she's skinny... I think'). They seemed perfectly fine with helping him and the Clefairy began to concentrate. After a moment, it seemed she'd been able to sense, at least, which way the girl had gone and pointed in that direction. All four Pokemon headed off down the hall, the Karrablast giving a pointed look back to the prince and his escort for them to follow.
The sea serpent Pokemon nodded her head. <Of course he is more comfortable with me... He doesn't have to learn if I am caring for him. He simply survives because I make sure he does. He needs to grow, and you can give him that opportunity.> If she realized the girl couldn't understand, she didn't let on. If nothing else, the other Pokemon understood what she hoped for the young Pokemon. The Togepi giggled a bit at being nuzzled by the Rapidash and seemed to relax a bit now that he realized that they weren't all that scary! Still a bit intimidating, maybe, but not nearly so much anymore.

The Flygon rolled its eyes. Humans... what the hell was wrong with their heads? He'd given plenty of warnings to stay away, and yet that little brat had the audacity to glare at him? Attention was very quickly drawn back to the man, though, the second he spoke and the dragon's eyes simply narrowed on him. Oh yeah, sure, like he hadn't heard that before!
...
Releasing a Pokemon after that? That wasn't exactly the best way to prove he meant no harm. He didn't even listen to what the fuzzy creature said before breathing a small gout of flame in her direction. It didn't touch her in the least, the most the Audino would feel was a little warm... and possibly afraid. Then he pressed himself farther away, though that was actually next to impossible as he was already pretty much against the wall. Only then did Grace's words register and he simply gave a short, unamused laugh. <What do you know, pet? He let you out, didn't he? That's as aggressive as it gets for humans, especially those ones that call themselves 'trainers'.>
The Staravia continued to wobble away, not even realizing he was being followed. However, as he got farther down the hall, a Fearow peeked its head out of a doorway and blinked in surprise at seeing the human. As the other bird came closer, the Fearow stepped out and spread his wings. <Can I help you in some fashion?> he wondered toward the boy and his Riolu as the Staravia made his way into the room behind him.

1: You're welcome, Jay. 2: Oh my god, you make me so happy, SG. *clings to and loves on* I adore that Woofetch'd, but Arcadie wouldn't be as enthused. X3 So, shall I post Arcadie's reaction or should I wait until I see what I'm going to swap to her and post her as having that egg all along? :U

... I want a Farfetch'd. :U I don't even... just... I do. I've actually really been wanting one for a while I've just been too lazy to go searching. XD (Also, I'm just going to add eggs to this post as I go. :B) Egg one: Rubi stared at the egg silently for a long few moments. She'd finished her "masterpiece" a little while ago but... eggs were a lot more difficult to paint than skin was to tattoo. It just looked so... silly. Oh well. What was done was done. She wasn't about to paint over what she'd already worked on. Hopefully it wasn't too unrecognizable. Egg two: Ruka excitedly looked over her cute little egg before giving it an affectionate pat on the top. Spots~ Blue spots, of course! Did anyone expect anything else from her? If so... well, they're silly! Egg three: Tom was not pleased. This was completely absurd and... "You can hardly see the yellow, Tom," came a curious voice from beside him. Turning his attention to the girl, he sighed. "I know, Rosa... Discreetness is sometimes a good thing," he tried to explain. "Oh... Okay then." Clearly she still thought he should be more colorful but... this egg was finished. He'd just make the next one more flamboyant to please her... Why had Lance left him? ;-; ((Also, this egg was done by my boyfriend. X3 If that disqualifies it, that's alright. I just wanted to include him in my craziness and it was appropriate for Tom. XD)) Egg four: Arcadie grinned mischievously as she looked over her finished product. It wasn't eastery at all... but it was HER egg and it was eastery enough for her. She loved it. Just creepy enough to properly portray her own interests while not... really being creepy enough to disturb anyone. Wait... was she being... caring for the feelings of others? She decided to add more eyes... Egg five: Jemma had taken a while to actually calm down enough to hold a paintbrush straight enough to paint his egg, but when he'd finally gotten his giddiness down to a minimum and started, he got excited again! This was just too much fun~ When he finished, he actually made the mistake of hugging the egg and had to repaint the majority of it, anyway... but he loved it, regardless<3 Egg six: Jemma got a little lazy with his second egg. After all, that first one was just so much work that he decided it was best to just... go easy with this one. Stripes. Simple, yet elegant~ Egg seven: Tom stared at this new egg. "Colorful enough, Rosa?" he asked, showing it to her. "Oh, that's much better. Why the random blue stripe, though?" Pulling the egg back, he peered at it. "I figured it would be too plain without it," he explained, to which the princess looked quite amazed he'd thought of it. Still... it was pretty random. Egg eight: Arcadie grinned at her next masterpiece, extremely proud of it. Will-o-wisps, which Flambeau was observing excitedly. Incredibly well done, an amazing idea. Not eastery, of course, but of course that was her way of doing things. Egg nine: Ruka giggled slightly when her Leucistic Dratini held up his finished egg. She'd chosen a blue egg (well, duh) and let him do whatever it was he wanted to it. It was cute. Quite appropriate for the little sea snake, too. Egg ten: Rubi shook her head at the second egg. It was even worse than the first one, though a bit more holiday-appropriate. That is, if anyone could determine what it was supposed to be. She needed a fine paintbrush and she didn't have one, so it just looked horrid to her. Egg eleven: Jemma put the final touches on his third egg and sighed gleefully and with relief. He had almost thought he wouldn't get to finish this adorable masterpiece! A little double-sided tape went a long way for those fuzzy ears and he currently wore the headband they'd previously been on. The damage done to them to get the ears off was mostly minimal; he'd just have to add some cloth to it later to make it immaculate again. Egg twelve: With the previous, more serious eggs, Rubi had decided that a more light-hearted one was in order. "Haha, look. It's corny," she expressed to a random passerby, receiving a strange look before the person was quickly retreating. She snickered. So worth it. Egg thirteen: Okay, so admittedly, Arcadie was a little crazy but this egg she at least attempted to be a bit less... creepy. It wasn't entirely void of strangeness, but at least it wasn't outright Halloween-like. Egg fourteen: Ruka simply smiled at the last egg she'd done. Simplistic, random designs. That's what painting Easter eggs was all about, right? :D Regardless, she loved her eggs and just couldn't wait to see what was inside of them~ Egg fifteen: Tom just... gave up at this point. Colors. That's what was required, so he just randomly splattered red and blue on a yellow egg and was done with it. It wasn't until this point that he peered at the eggs a bit more closely. ... Pokemon eggs. Wait, he'd need to feed more mouths? His head promptly met the table, startling the princess next to him.

Especially considering the Charmeleon had turned away to start walking away, he was certainly hit but the moment he heard the other creature cry out, he was quick to wrap around his body as well as he could around the Rock-type. After letting the Eruption wash over him and gritting his teeth against the pain, he set down the Roggenrola and turned back to face Dawn. <Look... I understand your frustration, but if you go through with this, you're no better than the Houndour you yourself said isn't well behaved. If I stood here and said this Roggenrola only said those thing for your benefit, would you believe me?>
If the answer was 'no', his response would be to nod his head and say, <Exactly. We have no reason to believe your human cares for Pokemon after watching him let one harass a Flareon who had done nothing to any of you. He could have returned the Houndour. He could have even spoken up and told it to behave first to give it a chance. He didn't. He let it beat up on another Pokemon.>
However, if the answer was a solid 'yes', he would look a bit surprised before shaking his head. <Then you really are too trusting. It's not quite normal to trust the word of someone you've just met and it seems like a dangerous habit. Regardless, I politely suggest we all take a moment here.> With that, he'd spew a long stream of black smoke from his mouth, creating a Smokescreen between them to hopefully force the moment to think just in case.
The Slugma still fiddled around nearby, seeming not to have even noticed the entire situation with the Flareon. The Torkoal and Fearow, however, seemed to have moved on during the chaos. New faces were a Magby and Roggenrola peering over (and around in the case of the Rock-type) a rock nearby. It appeared they had heard the commotion and come, curious, to see what it was about.

<If you don't know why he does things, then don't be so quick to trust him. He's a human. Humans only care about themselves. He lets the Houndour do whatever it wants because it benefits him. He takes care of you because you fight for him. If he didn't take care of you, you'd be useless to him. Besides... obviously what I'm saying is true, otherwise you wouldn't be in such a huff about it. If what I said had no base, you should've been able to just laugh it off,> she stated bluntly. Sore spot or not, the Roggenrola clearly felt she was just stating the truth. The Charmeleon uncertainly shifted before emitting a quiet noise somewhere between a growl and a grunt before he started to wobble off, apparently feeling it was best to separate the trouble-making Rock-type from the poor Quilava.
The Pokeball rocked gently a few times before dinging in capture.
Name: Species: Flareon Gender: Male - Bi; prefers males Ability: Guts Personality: Cocky, self-centered, and something of a diva, this Flareon thinks he is the best thing that's ever graced the earth. Think of him like a high school jock. He's a battler, but a pretty boy. While battling, he won't whine or complain about the dirt, but as soon as he's won (and had time to gloat about doing so), he will begin to groom himself. That being said, he will never give up and will fight to the death... er, until he's fainted. Outside of battle, however, he will get irritated at the slightest ruffling of his fur, especially if it's intentional. Do NOT mess with his fur! D: Besides this, he is generally rather sociable, if a bit obnoxious in his endeavour to find a way to talk about himself in some way. If attention is brought to this, he'll end up confused and ending up asking something along the lines of "You don't want to talk about me? Why not?"

In case either of the two males had forgotten, the closest room was the one the Staravia -- who hobbled farther away; who would trust human?! -- had come out of before. As a result, they could probably assume that it wasn't them that had whatever 'it' was irritated, per se. Though... assuming someone actually looked into the room (both of you just said "looked around", so I'm not sure), they would find a Flygon huddled up in the corner of the room glaring at them. Its first reaction was to Screech at them without moving an inch. Upon close inspection, it would appear to be huddled over something.
The Screech was enough to send the Wingull flying away while the Staravia still stumbled down the hallway, fearing that if he tried to actually fly, he'd get more injured. Hopefully the confusion status would wear off soon enough.

Sitting in the water a little ways out farther was a small gathering of Pokemon. Two Politoed were very clearly arguing, though it thankfully didn't seem they were outright yelling at each other just yet. Just having a very heated debate regarding some disagreement. On either side of them, though, was two other Pokemon. A Horsea on one side that looked like she was about to cry and a Goldeen on the other, who... looked apathetic at best.
