The Heat (Open/Mod)

[Jay]

"Um...." was the brown haired woman's responce. She didn't want to discourage the young girl, but in truth, Nami had no idea as to where any sort of treasure lay in the vast nothingness around them. There might be something in the sand or of that nature, but anything else....well who really knew?

[Ezio]

Raising a hand up to her chin as if it was her normal thinking pose, Tierra thought for awhile. "Hm... We've stumbled upon another mystery Nami, one the great Adventurer Tierra the Magnificent with new sidekick Nami must figure out! Quick to the PokeCenter!" She called out, running off in the direction which she remembered the poke center to be.

[Jay]

Nami laughed softly before following the child towards the Pokemon center with a relaxed step. Ken followed suit without any sort of word. As she walked, Nami found her eyes moving around the city with a careful motion.

[Ezio]

Charging ahead carelessly, Tierra had forgotten that it was actually her first time in Scorch City and she hadn't been to the PokeCenter yet. As per usual, she stopped abruptly, forcing her to turn around slowly to face Nami. Looking up at her, she seemed so caring, so protective, Tierra knew she had made a good friend. Curious as to what she was looking at, Tierra quickly glanced all around her, finding nothing of interest. "Um.. Nami? What are you looking at? And um... where exactly is the PokeCenter?" She asked, adding the last part quickly, embarrassed by the question.

[Jay]

Nami blinked a moment realizing she was being addressed and half laughed before rubbing the back of her head. "Oh sorry," she answered back. "I was just trying to make sure we didn't get lost... There were several sort of street signs and hah..." The brown haired woman found that she was rambling and soon enough silenced herself. "Also, the pokemon center is over there." Nami held up her index finger and pointed down the street towards a red roofed building. Ken rolled his eyes for one reason or another but didn't say much after this.

Turning around and facing where Nami pointed, Tierra found herself letting out a "Heh" as she scratched the back of her head, wondering how she didn't see that before. "Oh Nami, why are you so smart and thoughtful? Quick let's go!" Tierra asked with a sigh before grabbing her hand and tugging her along to the PokeCenter, not awaiting answer.

[Jay]

The compliment left the brown haired woman standing there blinking for a few seconds before she simply smiled and looked towards Ken before proceeding onwards. Soon enough, they were walking into the Pokemon center. The Nurse Joy was there at the front as if she was always there. Nami found herself rubbing her arm with her hand as she walked in. Nurse Joys... were slightly... odd... to her considering that they all looked the same and well.... ya.

[Ezio]

Reaching the PokeCenter with a determined smile on her face, Tierra let go of Nami and got out her pokeballs, all 6 of them. Even though she knew a few were actually all full of health and well rested, she still wanted to give them all a check-up. "Um.. Nurse Joy? I would like to have my pokemon checked out please and some of them need to be healed." She asked the Nurse in a cute, innocent, little girl tone that only the absolute heartless could refuse. Turning back to Nami she smiled. "Do you need any pokemon to have a checkup?" She asked her.

[Jay]

Nami nodded slowly when Tierra spoke and then took out five pokeballs before looking at Ken who shrugged. Returning him as well, Nami set all the balls on the counter. The Nurse Joy smiled pleasantly and nodded before taking them and then putting them on a tray that a Chansey was holding. "If you don't mind waiting, we'll check them up and be done soon," the nurse stated. Nami looked towards the younger girl and then looked forwards again. "Alright," she answered back.

Smiling at Nami as she sat down, Tierra looked up at Nami again. She looked quite pretty but what was this strange feeling she had? Oh well she just probably needed to eat something. "So Nami, we need to figure out how we will find this treasure!" Tierra stated firmly.

Nami blinked at Tierra's words and then nodded. "So do you know what the treasure looks like?" she asked moving to sit down in one of the waiting room chairs that the pokemon center offered to short stop trainers.
