"I have come only to retrieve that Pokeball; I will leave you alone if you give it back to me so that I may return it to that annoying human on the surface who believes I am hers to give orders to." Pharaoh was all business, but he would likely admit that the other Sandile was.. lovely, to say the least. She had those dark, shiny eyes like most of their species, but hers were somehow.. prettier.

The Sandile seemed to mumble a little unsure of herself even as Pharaoh made it clear that he wasn't there to see her. <I...I...I just...I...I mean... sure... for you...> she answered back after a few seconds more of mumbling and fretting. Oh she should have at least done her nails this morning and maybe tried some prepping up! Ack why had she forgotten? ;-;'

He coughed, blushing slightly, as he took the ball away from her. "T-thank you. I shall be going now." he said with a dip of his head in farewell. With that, the Sandile turned back and dug to the surface, popping out on the correct side of the fence where Riku stood waiting and spat the ball out onto the sand at her feet.
"Thank you, Pharaoh!" she purred, picking up the Pokemon to hug him. He struggled for a moment, then relaxed and just stared into the distance with an annoyed expression until she put him down. The Sandile stood on his hind legs and brushed himself off with a snort, as if he could just push the hug away.
Riku picked up the Pokeball and pocketed it before some other misfortune befell her new Klingklang, then stared thoughtfully at the tunnel her Pokemon had made. "Hey, Pharaoh.. do you think you could widen that tunnel all the way through to the other side of the fence..?"
The crocodile tilted his head and stared at his hole. Yes, he believed that could work.. He moved back to the tunnel and began to dig around the hole he'd already made, slowly going below ground and widening the tunnels. He wondered if he'd see the lady Sandile again, but blushed and kept working.

The poor Sandile sighed and nodded a bit before watched Pharaoh disappear and mentally face/sand-ing repeatedly. Sighing to herself, she made to dig into the ground more and disappeared from the tunnel into yet another one still feeling rather sad.
Meanwhile, as Pharaoh dug, it seemed that there were no other pokemon in the area at the moment. It was odd... as if someone had cleared what might have been there, truthfully.

The Sandile continued to dig, and Riku sent out another Pokemon to help. The Hippowdon she had caught earlier appeared.
"Sahara, could you help Pharaoh dig this hole..?" Riku hoped that the bigger, bulkier Pokemon might make a larger tunnel, one that she could fit through easily. The hippopotamus nodded and turned to the hole, stared at it momentarily, then suddenly began to gouge out great scoops of sand and dirt with her generous front.. paws?

Ah yes the ground finally gave way, and the tunnel finished out rather nicely. However, not far off from the newly upturned hole within the lab grounds, a Cacturne stood resembling more of a large cactus than anything else. He didn't move at all when it seemed pokemon were entering the premiss.

"There, now I can get in~" purred Riku, climbing down into the hole and clambering back out on the other side with Sahara's help. Standing on the side of the hole and brushing herself off, the trainer looked back towards the lab.
"I bet there's more Pokemon in there, but.. I wonder how they got in and.. oh my, there could be people in there, couldn't there?"
She returned Sahara, then was about to return Pharaoh when she noticed the 'cactus'. "Oh, hello, what's this?" she said aloud, approaching the 'cactus'. It did look pretty suspicious.. it almost looked like a scarecrow with a face and hat. She examined it closely.

As the woman drew closer, the Cacturne didn't move at all but simply stared. He was used to seeing humans now that they came to the lab more frequently, yet this one certainly didn't appear like the normal ones he saw. It was because of this that the Cacturne was even more on guard than he normally was. However, he wasn't about to attack or move for that matter if there was no exact reason to. Even with the woman this close, she hadn't hit him or anything, so it was possible she would just move on like that white haired man had when he had been examined earlier in the week.

Riku stared at the face of the cactus, finally realizing what it was.
"You're a Cacturne, aren't you?" she asked aloud, tilting her head and smiling at the Pokemon. She hoped it was so she wouldn't feel like a complete idiot for talking to a cactus, but if it wasn't a Cacturne, nobody had heard her speak to it anyway, so she supposed it didn't matter.

Ah damn. So apparently the woman had recognized what he was. The Cacturne mentally sweat dropped debating whether or not to answer back or not. After a few seconds, he made a quiet 'turn' sound and quietly nodded his head. He could never be sure what had possessed him to do this, but what was done was done.
