Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love
Naturally, the city was just...Too much for Aidan and Maple, but they were here, exploring this region that was so unlike Hoenn. Though they were exploring, they were truly ready to go, but there was a problem....Sour Patch. She was everywhere! She LOVED the activity! All the street lights, cars, people. It was perfect for her, being so full of energy. <OH MY GOD I WANNA LIVE HERE!> she shouted. "Come on, Sour Patch. We really need to go..." Aidan said to her, wherever she was within the crowd of people on the sidewalk. She didn't hear them, though. It would be a while before they got her attention.

Skittering around on the busy street of the city was a small Herdier. His nose was pressed against the ground as he moved sniffing it vigorously. It appeared he was looking for scraps of food that the busy people may have dropped. Sitting on the curve not too far away from the Herdier was a Lillipup. She was simply sitting there watching the Herdier and wagging her tail.
A bit further down the street was a small Pichu playing with an even smaller red ball she had found. She was bouncing it off a wall between two stalls.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love While Aidan saw nothing but crowds of humans, Sour Patch was low enough to at least see the Pichu bouncing a ball. <Oh cool a Pichu!> she shouted. She let her eight legs guide her as she ran between every leg in her way while avoiding being squished. She was finally beside the Pichu, watching the ball bounce back and forth. <HI I'M SOUR PATCH!> she announced with much unnecessary energy.

The Pichu caught the ball one last time when the other pokemon came up to her and announced her name. 'I'm Pichu. Wanna play with me?' The Pichu replied as she held up the ball she had been playing with. This Pichu was a rather happy pokemon and was full of a lot of energy. She didn't even pay attention to all the humans walking around on the streets.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love It was so nice that Pichu didn't freak out about Sour Patch's' hyperness. It was in her blood. She couldn't help it. She shook with anticipation. <I'd love to play! Toss it to me!!!> she said, backing away and raising two of her legs to catch the ball, exposing her furry yellow belly. Oh, this was such a perfect place!

Pichu smiled when Sour Patch agreed to play. She hit the ball off one of her tiny feet but half way through hitting the ball she tripped. Instead of going towards to Sour Patch the ball went straight onto the street amongest all the people.
'Ops.' The Pichu said as she watched the ball go missing inside the mass amount of feet, 'Let's go find it!' Before waiting to see if Sour Patch would want to find the ball the Pichu was running onto the street. She was rather good at dodging the people as her tiny head looked around for the ball. Every time she spotted it someone would kick it making her lose sight of it again.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love Sour Patch watched as the ball disappeared into the crowd. She sighed. It looked like they had to go look for it. She pitter pattered after Pichu, following her closely. Where could it have gone to?
Meanwhile, Maple and Aidan were walking through the crowd of people, hoping to find Patch somewhere...Hopefully she was safe. "H...Hey..." Aidan spoke softly, seeing a ball slowly being kicked by strangers in their direction. Who around here would have a ball? <Maybe Sour Patch was playing with it. I'll get it.> said the bulbasaur. He shot a vine out from under his bulb, weaving it through everyone's leg. When it was close enough, he wrapped it around the ball and lifted it up, high above the crowd. Now, they only had to wait for Sour Patch to show up. "Good idea!"
Having no luck so far, Sour Patch felt a touch of sadness. She really wanted to play with Pichu....But then she saw it, waving around high in the air! <I FOUND IT! FOLLOW ME!> she called out to the Pichu, running through people's busy legs once again. However, there was hardly a light at the end of this tunnel.
She came to an irritated Maple and Aidan. They looked down at the little spider. "And why did you run off like that?> her green haird trainer asked. <I-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i....." she studdered, unable to really find the words. Did she truly worry her trainer?

Pichu was so confused. The last person to kick the ball must have made it go really far away because she couldn't find it at all now. She hadn't even noticed the Bulbasaur use it's vine whip to grab onto the ball. The small Pichu let out a sad sigh as she continued to look around for it.
Her ears perked up when Sour Patch claimed she had found the ball. Quickly the Pichu turned and ran after the other pokemon. She stopped seeing the Bulbasaur and human.
'Heeeeey you have my ball![/b]' The Pichu called out to the plant pokemon as she lifted her arms in the air. She wasn't paying any attention to Sour Patch getting into trouble for apparently running off. Though it had crossed the Pichu's mind that Sour Patch must be a pokemon that belonged to this human. Pichu had never had a human trainer before. She had always been too busy playing around the city.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love Maple politely lowered the ball and let go of it in front of the Pichu, unwrapping his long vine and retracting it back under his bulb. Aidan looked at the Pichu curiously. "Was Sour Patch bothering you at all?" he asked. Patch would have answered, if Aidan hadn't been a bit upset with her.

The Pichu happily took the ball from Maple when it was handed to her. She had a rather large smile on her face to have the ball back. Though the smile faded when Aidan spoke to her. She seemed a bit shy actually talking to a human.
She shook her head quickly and replied, "Pi Pichu chu" It said which meant 'No, we were playing with the ball.[/b]' The Pichu held the red ball up so Aidan could see it.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love Aidan's eyes softened a little. At least Pichu was nice and hadn't meant to harm Patch. That was what truly worried him. If anything happened to her, he wouldn't know what to do. He knelt down to Sour Patch and petter her to reassure her....Before picking her up and holding her close to him so she wouldn't get away. He then focused back on Pichu. "I'm glad you two weren't in any danger. Would you like to join us, since you two have become friends? You can even keep your ball." the trainer offered, to which Patch hoped Pichu would respond positively to.

Pichu happily took the ball back with a rather big smile. She wasn't paying any attention to the human as she began to bounce the ball a bit on the ground. It wasn't until Aidan asked her if she wanted to join them that she looked up again. "Pi?" It asked a little confused. It then set a hand under it's chin and thought about the question for a moment. She had never thought about hanging around a human before. Maybe it would be fun. Finally the Pichu nodded happily.

The Pokeball wiggled for a moment before coming to a stop.
Name: Species: Pichu Gender: Female Ability: Static: Has a 30% chance of paralyzing attacking Pokémon on contact. Personality: This little Pichu has a very cheerful and energetic personality. She has a love for balls and carries around one small red ball with her everywhere. She is very easily distracted by almost anything and has a bit of a problem with ignoring things told to her.
Down the ally way was a small Shinx picking through a garbage bag in one of the ally ways. Not too far away from the Shinx was a Meditite sitting quietly on a set of steps. It looked like it was meditating but really it was attempting to soak up some sun. Even further down that alleyway was an Espeon. She was searching around for something though it was hard to say what. She seemed to be a bit jumpy as her hair stood up every time a sound was made.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love Aidan had a new partner! It had been so long before anyone joined his little family. Naota was the very last....But now, Aidan was tired...This city was so draining. The party life, the buildings...It wasn't for him. He walked up to a building through the crowd and collapsed on it's staircase along with Maple. He gently set Sour Patch who simply ran in circles around him, knowing better than to leave this time.
<You should play your Ocarina..Something beautiful would be nice in this hectic mess.> Maple suggested tiredly. It was a good idea. Aidan was a little too tired to really acknowledge it, but it was. He yawned as he pulled out his Ocarina from his bag. With a quick deep breath, he began to play a sweet and mellow tune to himself. His eyes were closed, so he didn't notice a few people stopping to listen to his song.

Shinx's ears popped up when it heard the sound of the music. For a moment it stood there and looked around trying to figure out where it was coming from. Finally it decided to make it way down the ally and towards the boy who was playing an Ocarina. It such a pretty sound. Slowly the Shinx sat down and listed.
Neither the Meditite or Espeon seemed to really notice the sound. Meditite still looked half asleep while the Easpeon was still searching the alleyway frantically for something.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love It was a little while until Aidan noticed that a Shinx quietly joined to listen. When he did see the electric cat, he smiled. "Well, hi there. You're a Shinx, right? You're so adorab-" but his compliment was interrupted when a hooded man ran past him with his arm stretched out, taking the boy's Ocarina. No! That was a very sentimental item of his! He gasped as it was taken, but moved to run for it instinctively. Maple and Sour Patch quickly followed.
"GIVE ME BACK MY OCARINAAAA!" Aidan shouted, causing the crowd to clear to provide more space for the chase. Whoever he was, he was too fast, even for Sour Patch, but they kept running. Would anyone help him retrieve his instrument?

Shinx was nodding it's head when the man suddenly ran past taking Aidan's ocarina. At first the Spinx sat there trying to figure out if he should help the human or not. Eventually it decided to chase after them and try and get the Ocarina back.
While the chase was going on, Easpeon walked out from the alleyway. It hadn't been paying attention to anything going on around it. Next thing it knew the hooded man ran right towards her and tripped over her body. The moment the hooded man was on the ground the Spinx jumped at him and grabbed the ocarina. It then proudly walked over to Aidan and set it down on the ground in front of him.
Easpon on the other hand looked very angry. Her fur was standing on end and she was she was growling at everyone near by.

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love It seemed as though the chase wouldn't end, or it would end when Aidan's legs just couldn't carry him and longer. Maple was already experiencing that feeling, his legs being so short. But then a Pokemon stepped out from the alley, accidentally tripping the robber. Aidan gasped and ran toward the Espeon, gently petting her coat, trying to smooth it over. <Not that you meant to help, but thank you. Are you okay?> Aidan seemed to ignore that she was angry.
Then the Shinx appeared with the Ocarina. With a grin, he took the instrument. "Thank you so much! I'd be lost without this!" And then Aidan had a small idea....This man had no respect for human life, right? People like that needed to be taught some sort of lesson. Shinx, Espeon? Do you guys want to show him what people like him deserve?" he asked, his tone dropping as he grew more serious than usual.

Was... was... was that disgusting human touching him? How dare he touch such delicate fur!
Espeon's fur rose up on his back even more and bared his teeth at Aidan before attempting to bite the trainer. Miss or not, after the attempt to bite, the Espeon turned to head back down the alleyway. However he did not get far when Aidan suggested a battle with the thief. Was this human serious? Espeon could care less about some thief or showing him what he 'deserved.' He was quick to tell this to Aidan as well. Espeon had now turned around again and began spitting out every insult he think of at Aidan. This Espeon seemed to be a rather moody pokemon.
Shinx on the other hand was ready to battle. She had never been in pokemon battle with a human before but she was ready to give it her best. This thief had ruined a very good song.
"Yah have a death wish man?" The thief stood up whipping his sleeve across his nose as his dark eyes sharply fell on Aidan, "Ain't no way you can beat me with that shrimp and don't sound like that Espeon wants to help yah." He burst out laughing a bit before grabbing a pokeball from his belt, "Come on Sharpedo let's teach this kid street smarts."

Aidan Forest Earth.Life.Love That Espeon sure was a rude one. What did he have against humans? <You're missing out on a good fight, though...> Maple told the Espeon. It was true. Aidan didn't seem like it, but he was an extremely skilled battler, and the thief would see why. The thief sent out a Sharpedo. Well, that would just make things easy. Didn't he know anything about type advantage? Aidan narrowed his eyes and took a stance to concentrate his focus.
"Okay, Shinx. Work with me, but feel free to be creative. Let's go with Charge and then Discharge!" Aidan suggested, more than he instructed, considering the Shinx really wasn't his to command.
