"It would be really fun to see things together, mm?" Kali giggled a bit. "Like a double-date, mm~?" After a moment, her smile fell. "But of course... Those wings can't carry you over oceans, can they? So..." She perked up a bit more as she brought out two balls- one Ultra and one Great, absolutely because that's what she happened to grab and not because she was color-coordinating them again. The fact that the Ultra was held to the Shiny and the Great to her mate was also purely coincidence. "You two could explore the beautiful desert where we live, and then when we head overseas we could all go together. The shiny Altaria's eyes lit up once again at the thought of going on a double-date with humans and crooned something to her mate until Kali said something about not being able to fly over the ocean. For a brief moment the shiny Altaria looked absolutely crest fallen...she...couldn't go then...could she? This however was short lived as Kali pulled out an ultra ball and held it in front of her o3o wait this meant that they could go after all~ ^//^ Looking at her mate, she crooned softly to him and seemed to get a nod of approval of sorts before finally chirping in delight and kissing her mate on the cheek. Nodding at Kali, the shiny pressed the button on the Ultra ball and disappeared, shortly afterwards the male Altaria did the same with the Great ball as soon as he was certain that his love was safe.

Ability: Cloud Nine
Personality: This Altaria loves to explore any chance she gets and is very outgoing. She has a caring disposition and doesn't care for fighting, rather she has deemed herself the peacemaker of any and all arguments. A hopeless romantic at heart, this Altaria loves it when her mate serenades her or simply being around him really. When she's around him she loves to please him and asks him first before making any major decisions on her own. She seems to be rather concerned of Yue and Kali's relationship at times and tries to help them get along better (because everyone should get along all the time right?). She is rather musical and loves to dance and sing whenever she gets the chance, especially if it's with her mate.

Ability: Cloud Nine
Personality: Unlike his mate, this Altaria is rather laid back and would rather stay at home most of the time, though he is rather easily coaxed into exploring, especially if it's with her. He is very anti-confrontational and does his best to stay away from fights and even helps to try and solve the problem with diplomacy if at all possible. He loves to read anything he can possibly find and unbeknownst to most (other than his mate of course) can actually speak fluent human, though most of the time he chooses to hide this fact because for some reason his voice attracts other females like bees to honey. This so called 'magic voice' of his is why his mate constantly asks him to sing to her, and also why he whispers in her ear most of the time instead of speaking out loud. Though he doesn't care for fighting, he wouldn't think twice about diving headlong into battle if it was to help his mate. He is very protective of his mate and will be at her side in an instant if he knew there was something amiss.

"And that's how it's done~" she announced, with a sweeping gesture at the word 'that', then winked at him. Well... Now for the Pawniard and Audino. ...Hm. Storm's Cross Chop or Sia's Brick Break could easily shatter either, but why put in the time to battle if they didn't make her? Watching the Pawniard's efforts, Kali finally smiled. "Ooh~!" she exclaimed in delight. "You look sooo strong~!" She nearly sang the words, clearly at the verge of swooning. Of course, she only hoped she was guessing the gender correctly here and the Pawniard wasn't going to be more disturbed than flattered. Or perhaps just a really anti-human thing, but it didn't seem to pay them much mind when they left it alone, so that shouldn't be an issue.[/scrolly]	[atrb=style,border:0 black none;]

He had to give her props for it, really. As she had turned and said a few words, he found himself simply smirking a little and nodding his head a bit rather slowly. "I see," he answered back with rather slowly. As Kali went on to the Pawniard and the Audino, he found himself walking slowly over towards the Audino and simply ended up leaning on the wall. "Watching?" he asked rather quietly but lightly to the Audino. [/scrolly]

The Pawniard was so busy concentrating on his imaginary foe and using various sword techniques; first Boretti's Defense, then Thibault to counter his opponents Capa Ferro, that he very nearly jumped when Kali praised his strength at swordplay. Halting his assault on his imaginary opponent, the Pawniard looked more pleased then anything else...well...at least someone recognized his strength. Bowing to Kali, the Pawniard smiled, "My thanks to you senorita~," he replied in a gracious voice that held a slight spanish accent, "But mi corazon belongs to another..." he continued, glancing over at the Audino as he spoke before once again returning to his swordplay with more vigor than before, clearly showing off his strength and tactics.

The Audino had decided to let the Pawniard 'duel' a little longer and then finally give the poor guy a break. He was really sweet but- just then Yue caught her attention as he leaned against the wall close to her and found herself scooting away ever so slightly, somehow greatly unnerved by him until she heard him speak. It seemed that he just wanted to know what she was doing ^_^ ok then, she could play with the Pawniard some more after all~. Nodding at the man, she smiled before turning away from Yue as if somehow suddenly too shy to speak, or even dare look at the man. Perhaps then the Pawniard would try to win her heart some other way now~ not that the swordplay wasn't impressive enough...<3 it was just more fun this way~.

She'd just gotten rejected hard by a Pokemon who wasn't sure what language he spoke. But... damn if he wasn't just insanely adorable. x3 It might stick as more romantic in her mind, but somehow being less than two feet tall made her want nothing more than to pick up the sharp bladed little guy and pinch his metal cheeks. Even the 'oh hey he can talk' factor didn't stand out so much as how ridiculously cute a mini-romantic-Spaniard was. Suppressing her giggle even as she fought down her mild embarrassment, Kali tried to figure out how to go about this now. Finally, she smirked, turning a way a bit and glancing at him sideways. "I see," she hummed. "Well that's all right, same here.. But I do wonder, if that's the case, are you really expecting to impress her by fighting the air?" She giggled then, clearly finding it cute but also coming off a bit condescending. "Tell you what.." she purred. "Why don't I give you an opponent to spar with?" The Pawniard stopped in mid-swing at Kali's words and seemed a bit flustered at what she was saying. It was true...he wasn't getting anywhere with just showing off to the Audino...a sparring partner would be ideal after all. Turning towards Kali once more he placed one arm over his heart and bowed once again,"Gracias senorita~. Indeed I would be honored to accept this proposal if it will help me win over mi corazon."he replied in a gracious, gentle voice.

Bringing out a PokeBall, she leashed her own little slasher. "Say hello, Siavush~" The Weavile materialized with a smirk only to be suddenly called over to his trainer. Curious, he obliged. "Now Sia.. Go easy on the little guy, okay? We're not battling, just sparring. All right?" The Weavile stared for several moments before giving a look akin to 'you're kidding, right?' Kali coaxed him on, though, and he took his place across from the Pawniard. "Now.. Let's start with a Night Slash," she ordered. A nice move, but extremely ineffective, good for show but not too much damage. ....Yeah, fuck that. Not one for games, Siavush rolled his eyes before putting on an unnerving mix of a glare and smirk, leaping straight at the Pawniard with a full-strength Brick Break. Kali deadpanned, sweatdropping profusely. "....For the record, I've mentioned before I didn't catch him.." she muttered in reminder to Yue. Of course.. She did hope that after nearly a year together he'd be a little more obedient anyway, but.... Eh. At hearing Kali's orders, Yue looked sideways and watched Sia before sweat dropping greatly at his obvious choice in a different attack move. Somewhere in the back of his mind, Yue found thoughts already working their way around the idea of killing that defiance through proper shadowing. However, for now he'd simply keep quiet on the matter and retain his smile. "Right...." was all Yue finally answered back with before looking at the Audino again. [/scrolly]

The Audino got tired of trying to get a rise out of Yue because it obviously wasn't working....(honestly was the man dense or something) when she saw the Pawniard bow to a Weavile. Wait... was he going to spar...o3o this could be interesting~. The Audino forgot her intent to play cat and mouse with the Pawniard some more and watched what looked about to be a promising sparring match when the Weavile immediately used a powerful move turning the Audino's interest into a look of horror. But...D8 she didn't want him to get hurt...what was the Weavile doing?!

The Pawniard bowed to Siavush and got into a ready position when the Weavile charged at him with a powerful Brick Break attack. Seeing no other help for it, the Pawniard locked both his arms together and took the hit as best he could...and nearly buckled under the force of the blow. Though not as graceful a fight as he had intended, this Weavile was a challenge. Grimacing slightly, the Pawniard seemed to recover and looked back up at Siavush, a wry smile on his face before he used Revenge; the Pawniard would win his corazon if it was the last thing he did.

Stumbling back at the force of the hit, some little part in the back of his mind screamed 'the HELL was that!?', but after a small flinch at the immediate blow, he only replaced his smirk. Kali flinched a bit herself, actually surprised he took it so well. Heh.. Sia was just lucky they hadn't found a Bisharp. ...Actually, recalling the last time he was actually cut, she suddenly debated the intelligence in sending him out against a creature made of blades. ...Ah well. "He's gonna keep hitting that hard if you keep going," she warned. "Let's make sure the hits count from now on; Swords Dance." ...Not happening. The way the Weavile saw it, his hits were sufficient enough for an opponent of this nature, and again he rushed in with a simple Brick Break.[/scrolly]	[atrb=style,border:0 black none;]

Such defiance, hmph. Looking sideways at the Audino for a few seconds, Yue debated whether or not to actively comment on it or not. Eh.... not yet. [/scrolly]

The Audino continued to watch the battle and uttered a cry of dismay when the Weavile used Brick Break again. No! D8 she didn't want him hurt anymore T_T...using Heal Pulse on the Pawniard, the Audino hoped that at least he wouldn't hurt as much now.

The Pawniard saw the Brick Break coming and once again didn't avoid it, not that he would've had the chance to with the Weavile's speed in consideration. His knees almost buckled underneath him with the force of the blow and the Pawniard would have probably been close to collapsing if the Heal Pulse hadn't taken effect. Smiling as he felt the restoring effects of the move, the Pawniard unleashed another Revenge on the Weavile before standing in a ready position.
"Gracias senorita."he replied to the Audino, still never taking his eyes off of the Weavile.

He's usually quite well-behaved anymore, but he can't resist such a strong type advantage, you see.." Drawing in a small breath and sighing lightly, Kali then smiled at the Pawniard. Hur... Yue Leon Joy... that was both hysterical and horrible, somehow. "Do you normally nurse pokemon?" Yue asked towards the Audino at that moment. Of course he assumed yes, given the species was generally of the time, but maybe he could work this a bit. [/scrolly]

The Audino relaxed visibly when the Weavile was recalled and sighed in relief. Good...the Pawniard wouldn't get hurt anymore. Hearing Yue speak asking if she normally nursed Pokemon, her eyes grew wide and she turned away, truly blushing this time. Well she...didn't usually but...the Pawniard was kind and....>/////<

The Pawniard lowered his arms when the Weavile was recalled and stood there for a time, breathing heavily with exertion for a time until he caught his breath and bowed to Kali with a sword/arm over his heart.
"Indeed I have. Gracias senorita," he replied sincerely before turning to the Audino, "Mi corozon, you have my thanks...I could not have done so well without your assistance."

The Audino blushed and even darker shade than before, turning her face almost scarlet red. Trying to hide the impact his words had on her, she turned her face away until she recovered at least somewhat before looking at the Pawniard with a sheepish shy smile on her face.
<"I....you...you're welcome...">she said in a quiet voice, ignoring Yue completely now. It seemed the Pawniard was the only one she had eyes for.

Kali began sifting through her thoughts seeking any way to turn this into a persuasion, but... For once, she really couldn't come up with much- nothing satisfactory to her standards, anyway. The girl wasn't about to make an offer to a Pokemon if she thought she might get turned down; aside from her easily-bruised ego, it often made it that much harder to get them in the end if she didn't have responses prepared in advance. Really... She didn't need an Audino with their small army of Chansey relatives, and Pawniard weren't the rarest thing ever and were unevolved... even as hopelessly adorable as this one's Spaniard act was. ..Eh. Well he could mention something on training alone and how there were plenty of pokemon to train with at the lab, though from the reactions, it seemed that the Pawniard was simply doing everything in an attempt to get the Audino to notice. He already had an Audino... and... didn't Ven have a Pawniard or Bisharp? Hur....... After a few seconds, he looked back at Kali and shrugged his shoulders. [/scrolly]

The Pawniard turned to Kali and bowed before holding a hand/sword out to the Audino, "Si senorita, we would be honored to show you the way." he replied before looking at the Audino.

The Audino blushed considerably and walked over to the Pawniard, taking his 'arm' rather carefully as it was offered to her. The Audino was curious why the couple wanted to climb the stairs in the first place but heh, she had her own prince charming so it really didn't matter now did it~.
