Heat of the Moment (Mod)

[KARP KARP!]

Ty found himself back in the Fire Pits; he loved it here so much last time, he thought he'd see what would happen if he went again. As always, Blazer walked by his side. Only this time, Adrian was on his other side.

So there they were, the three of them, walking through what may as well have been Ty's second home.

[Jay]

Not far off, what appeared to be a Numel was moving a boulder with his head and seemed adamant about getting the rock to somewhere wherever that may be. Farther off, a Darumaka was watching this with little to no interest. Suddenly a roar could be heard overhead as a solid white Charizard came flying over.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty smiled, seeing the Darumaka; it reminded him of Maka, and then he got an idea. Nami loved Maka, from what he remembered. Maybe next time he saw her, he could give her one of her own. Then...the Charizard flew over.

"Holy--" he exclaimed. "Blazer, you try to recruit that Darumaka, Adrian, you're coming with me."

<Why can't I go with Ty...? He's my best friend...>
<You heard 'im. Later, Stud,> Adrian teased, producing a growl from Blazer as they went their separate ways.

Blazer nudged the Darumaka lightly. <Hey, uhm...> The Arcanine started. Meanwhile Ty and Adrian ran in the direction the Charizard was flying. Why didn't Ty have any flying types already?

[Jay]

The Darumaka looked at Blazer and turned her head to one side. <Eh?> she asked in an innocent voice as she turned her head to one side. It seemed that she had found something more interesting than what she had been focusing on previously and was now redirecting her attention to it.

The albino Charizard continued to fly overhead until finally coming to a large mountain-like wall of rock and flying in a hole in it. Hmmmm where was it going?

[KARP KARP!]

<Hi.> he answered, looking at the little fire type. <I'm here with my trainer, and he wanted me to see if you'd come with us?> he asked, trying to cut to the chase because he wanted to help with the Charizard. ;-;

Ty looked up as the Charizard flew into a cave, waaay up there. Calling back Adrian, Ty sent out Inferno. Hanging on to the Typhlosion, Ty and Inferno climbed up the wall, slowly making their way up to the cave.

Finally, the pair was getting close to the opening. Hopefully it wouldn't attack them or anything before they got up there. ._.

[Jay]

Wut. The Darumaka blinked slowly. Why would someone be so open about something like that >>;? After a few seconds, she turned her head to one side. <But what's in it for me?> she asked not really sassingly but more curious than anything else. It didn't seem really fair to just try and say 'come with me' without any sort of showing that she could even be cared for by someone she hadn't even met >>'.

Farther down into the cave, the white Charizard could be seen curling herself up slowly and leaning on one of the large rocks in the inlet. Upon seeing a boy and a Typhlosion enter, she raised her eyebrow. <Sup?> she asked rather easily turning her head to one side and waiting for the answer.

[KARP KARP!]

<Oops. Sorry. I'm a little anxious,> he replied. <Well, there's traveling, and food, he loves fire-types especially. Oh! He's got a male Darumaka?> God Blazer sure hoped this worked. He really wanted to go see that Charizard; it was white and everything.

<Nothin',> The Typhlosion said plainly; not being rude, he just didn't talk that much. <My Trainer here was looking for Pokemon, and we couldn't help but find ourselves attracted to your color.>

[Jay]

Eh? A male? Another one meant.... well a friend, at least. Turning her head to one side, the female Darumaka seemed to think on this. Well, if the boy liked fire types... that made sense as to why he would want her to come....Hm... well .x. <Ok?> she finally asked.

.....Goddamnit. The Charizard's eyelid twitched rather violently for a few seconds, yet she did her best to keep her cool. What the hell was wrong with everyone? Why was it that they all wanted her not because of her personality but her body. Fucking hell! Excuse her ---... French? No. Not that. Excuse her Human speak! Yes that was it! Rolling her eyes, she said nothing for a few seconds. <Your ''trainer' and every other human and pokemon that have come into the Fie Pits> she answered back as her voice dripped with irritation.

[KARP KARP!]

Blazer knelt down, so she could hop on his back. <Climb on; I can take you to him.>

<It just so happens the boy has wanted a Charizard,> Inferno explained as calmly as he could. <You're beautiful, but your attitude isn't right now. Has anyone else climbed a mountain for you? We would have regardless of your color, just so you know...> The Typhlosion snorted; maybe this wasn't the best choice of Pokemon for Ty...even if both seemed like they could be a little hot-headed sometimes, heh...

[Jay]

The Darumaka climbed carefully onto Blazer as best she could and then clung to the fur of the fire dog hoping not to fall off or something of that nature.

It was in that moment that the Charizard seemed to blush hard in violent irritation and exhaustion from it all. <Have YOU ever been chased down so many times YOU can't remember just because some ten year old wants to zip you into a pokeball because you're a different color? I've been chased down so many times since I was a CHARMANDER.... It... ;-; It's not fun... everyone's so mean....> she resisted the urge to whimper the last part.

[KARP KARP!]

When she was on and secure, Blazer trotted in the direction Ty ran, then reached the mountain. The Arcanine just stared at it. Well...crap.

<Ty's not like that. I hated humans, too. At first. And Ty isn't ten. I was raising a baby Houndour whose parents had been captured when he found me. Not only did he give us both a good home, he's helped raise and take care of the pup. He really cares. He doesn't just want you for your color. I'll go even farther and say I didn't come up here just because you're beautiful.> He sort of brushed that thought aside; having slipped on that one. <I'm not going to challenge you or anything, and he won't either. He'd rather not battle for capture if he can help it.>

[Jay]

The Darumaka looked up and sweat dropped. <How do we get up there?> was the question that came from her mouth.

The Charizard was quiet a moment and seemed to turn her head to one side. Was this... true... hm... After a few seconds, she slowly sighed outwards before looking towards Ty. "He says you're a good human, but tell me about yourself..." she stated aloud in a perfect human tongue. Oh ._. that was odd.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty's jaw dropped when the Charizard spoke in perfect English. "Well...I love traveling, Pokemon, and exploring. I don't like taking Pokemon against their will; I let my team take care of--"

"ARRRRRRRRRRCANINE!" The cry broke through the air. <Ty! Where are you? She wants to meet you and Maka!>

Inferno peeked out of the cave. <We're up here with the Charizard!>

<Oh...I can wait~>

[Jay]

The Darumaka sweat dropped and seemed to simply wait. Ok ._. sure.

The Charizard was quiet but seemed to slowly turn her head to one side. "What are your goals, your dreams?" she asked waiting patiently for the answer.

[KARP KARP!]

The Typhlosion got an idea, and left the cave, climbing down the mountain to the Arcanine and Darumaka. <I can take her up, if she wants.>

Meanwhile, Ty answered honestly. "My dad was a thief; and I used to be one. My goal is to raise Pokemon, like I always have, but to make an honest living. No more lying, cheating, and stealing. I'm not comfortable as a thief because, that's not who I am..."

[Jay]

The small fire type hesitated a moment but then nodded and made to try and climb on the Typhlosion's back instead. It'd be alright, right? Hopefully .x.

The Charizard seemed to turn her head to one side. "Why did you stop?" she asked in an honest fashion that one of intrigue generally does.

[KARP KARP!]

The Typhlosion began climbing up the mountain, Darumaka in tow.

Ty sighed. "Because I found out how bad it hurts people. I saw what it does. I had to have a friend knock some sense into me, but I realized that it's not the life for me." It was then that he thought of Nami, and it made him smile. She really was Ty's best friend.

[Jay]

The Darumaka held on as tight as she could until they finally got to the top. Slowly lowering herself down after that, the small fire type sighed out and looked around before looking in the cave area and hesitating a moment. <This is the Lady Charizard's house....> she hummed quietly.

The Charizard seemed to bring a claw to her chin and thought about this. Ah, that made sense, indeed. "I see..." she stated after a moment. "I... will come with you, to keep an eye on you," she laughed a little as though the last part were more of her own humor than not.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty pulled out a Pokeball, gently tossing it at the Charizard with a nod and a smile. Meanwhile, he saw the Darumaka, and called out Maka.

The little Fire-Type ran to the female. <Hi!>

The Charizard literally snagged the ball with her hand. She was far too much a lady to go that way. Instead, she simply held the ball and then pressed it with her claw before slowly disappearing inside. The ball rang in capture after another moment.

Personality: A proud creature not only for her coloring and her general brute strength but also for her drive in being able to take things, this Charizard is a regal creature not in the sense that she believes she is higher than most but that she sees herself as the role model towards others and therefore tries her best to be as perfect as she can. That being said, she is rather sharp towards those that seek to harm or lower other's status and is intolerant of those that seem to not realize how much they can hurt others. She is gentle and encouraging towards children and small pokemon often wishing them nothing but the best for their futures. She can speak several human languages including English but rarely does so unless there is a direct reason that she is addressing someone. She believes herself to be the analyst of the heart and takes care to note other's feelings on matters in order to determine if she is willing to entrust herself to said person. hat being said, she dislikes general social ignorance and finds that it is better to know and be hard than to be blissfully ignorant and soft. The only exception to this is, of course, while one is young.


The female fire type seemed to smile and waved. <Hi! Nice to meet you~> she smiled perking up a bit.
