Moana Coave was so beautiful this evening, and Jade, dressed in her tank top, shorts, and flip flops, was here for one reason, which oddly wasn't the beauty of it all. That was nice, but something was eating at the blond woman. She had a Bulbasaur, and a Charmeleon. So, she wanted a Squirtle, just to even things out. And besides, those were freaking adorable. |

A bit a ways off into the actual water, a few Goldeen could be seen swimming about just below the surface along with a random Magikarp. Walking on the beach, a Poliwag seemed to be moving rather slowly and was constantly looking around as though he couldn't find something. Sitting on a rock, a Frillish could be seen dangling his from only partially in the actual water.

Blah; Jade shook her head as she kept going. The Goldeen and the Magikarp reminded her she had a big red demon as it was, and thus didn't need fish. The Poliwag and the Frillish just didn't interest the woman. Stifling a yawn, Jade summers continued deeper into the cove.

A Horsea squirted a Surskit out in the water, and both just broke into giggles at one another. A Corsola could be seen hopping around on the rocks just beside the water. If one continued to look at the rocks, a Clamperl could be seen hiding under one of them rather quietly for some reason.

Jade face-palmed, looking at the Pokemon. But...the Corsola was adorable...
Sighing, she called out Venus, the Bulbasaur. She looked around. <Ooooh...pretty. This is cool.> Jade pointed at the Corsola, and the Bulbasaur walked over. <Hi~> she said brightly. Jade's eyes scanned around, hoping there was a Squirtle hiding somewhere or something and she just didn't see it. >.>

The Corsola looked over at the Bulbasaur and then seemed to turn and hop towards her. <Hihi!> she more or less chimed back. <What's up?> she asked rather innocently. A Krabby scuttled around on the beach. Farther off, a Patrat could be seen digging in the sand. Back at the water, a Buizel could be seen swimming around lazily. A female Frillish could be seen watching over the Buizel for some reason.

Jade continued to look around, ignoring the others, though keeping an eye on Venus and the Corsola.
<HI! Nothin' much,> Venus answered brightly. <My trainer is looking for Pokemon. Erm...I forget what kind though. Heh.> The grass type thought a moment. <...Nope. Honestly don't know.>

Suddenly something appeared to be coming up out of the water. A solid white Wartortle finally came upwards and seemed to bask himself in the sun.  Was that... an albino Wartortle? Why... why yes it was... However, as the other pokemon in the area caught sight of the water type, they instantly began to run away. Even the Corosola suddenly seemed to tense and turned around to hide behind a rock shaking with fear. |

Venus jumped when the Wartortle surfaced. <One of those!> The Bulbasaur danced a little, then looked around. The Corsola and all the other Pokemon were gone.<Hey, like, where'd ya go?>
Jade blinked, rubbing her eyes. Hell yes. Jade smiled to herself; her luck was finally looking up. And it was albino; though she did note the other wild Pokemon fleeing when he emerged. "That...can't be a good sign. But hey! A Wartortle!"

The Cosola looked up quietly from around the rock. <He...he...he...> she stuttered before falling quiet and going back into hiding. >~< Oh why did it have to be him? Why why why why why....
The Watortle opened one eye and looked off towards where he had heard the voice. What in the world was that infernal racket during his quiet time? As his eye caught sight of Jade, the water pokemon frowned greatly, and his eye twitched ever so slightly. Pft, how dare a human come onto his turf and go around talking! Forming a Water Gun, he shot it towards Jade.

<Eh?> Then the Wartortle shot the Water Gun at Jade. Oh HELL no. Venus jumped in the way, taking the not-very effective hit for her Trainer. <What was that for?!?> she shouted, launching a Razor Leaf at the Wartortle.

Hit by the Razor Leaf, the Wartortle cringed a little and frowned. <She's on MY beach!> he barked back forming an Ice Beam and shooting it back. <And was talking SO LOUD!> he barked. The Corsola remained where she was hidden and was quietly whimpering to herself.

Venus took the Ice Beam, staggering back. <Well, like, you can't attack MY trainer!> she yelled back, shaking herself off; though the super-effective hit did its damage, no doubt about that. Two vines extended from the Bulbasaur's bulb, aiming a Vine Whip at the smart-ass Wartortle.

The Wartortle was suddenly seized and smacked by the vines. Cringing hard, he frowned greatly and formed a Waithdraw and disappeared into his shell raising his defensive power in the process. For now, he didn't come out of his shell and seemed to be in wait waiting to see what Venus did.

Venus blinked. <Hiding, really?> The bulbasaur sighed, then released a Magical Leaf at the Wartortle.
Jade meanwhile watched on, actually impressed at how Venus was battling. She was usually spacing out.

As the Magical Leaves came at him, the Wartortle suddenly started to spin from inside his shell taking a bit less damage from the attack before suddenly coming barreling towards shore at a breakneck speed using a Rapid Spin in retaliation for all the leaves. He wasn't about to give up that easily! The Corsola continued to watch and whimpered a bit more.

Venus was nailed by the rapid spin, staggering backwards. But she wasn't about to give up, either. This was for Jade, after all. The air-headed little Bulbasaur began to dance, sending a flurry of petals at the Wartortle in the process, and her Petal Dance continued on.

Though he had managed to keep up his speed even after the attack, the Wartortle only half avoided the Petal Dance and was therefore cringing in pain from the super effective move. He didn't know how many of those he could take, but quite frankly, he didn't care at this point. Forming another Rapid Spin, he shot himself at the grass type once more.

The Wartortle was hit by the Magical Leaves and cried out only to then hear Venus's comment. He had been about to attack again when it fully hit him what she had said, and because of this, he stopped and looked... well rather confused, honestly. ._. Had she... really just said that?
