"Joooooooel! Joel we're back!" she called looking around for the chef. Feliciano chuckled a bit to himself as he watched Rosa run up to the back door again and then suddenly disappear inside. He continued to walk still and looked sideways at Muse. "Ah I love simple but good food," he hummed back at Muse's words. "Our chef has been working for us for quite some time and knows how to make things just perfect. Ah yes which oddly reminds me..." Felis had started but stopped when they neared the door. "Ah it can wait," he finally hummed before taking it and holding it open for Muse. [/scrolly]

[KARP KARP!]

Muse nodded, smiling. "All we ever have is fancy-smancy crap. I prefer things a little simpler, like I had when I was in college." She walked through the door, looking around as she walked toward the smell of grilled cheese, tomato soup, and....was that bacon? And....CHOCOLATE.

"Welcome home!" a voice called from the kitchen. On the kitchen table was a stack of grilled sandwiches, several bowls of tomato soup, a plate of bacon, a plate piled half and half with french fries and tater tots, and fresh brownies. "I just finished lunch, and looks like you all get first pickings."

Muse studied the cook. Heh...what a goofy mustache, maybe he cooked better than he looked. Hopefully.

"Well sometimes we have that too. It just depends," he hummed gently before both of them walked into the kitchen. The kitchen table was so much more comfortable than the dining room was, especially for small gatherings, and Felis found himself slowly sitting down at the head of the table. "This looks great, Joel~" the blond grinned nodding his head. Rosa had ended up almost running into Joel when she had come into the kitchen but managed to take a few quick steps back as she gazed up at the man lightly. As her eyes turned to the kitchen table, Rosa's expression lightened, and an easy awe came to her face. "Yum!" she giggled before quickly bringing herself up to the table next to Felis out of habit. After a quick prayer, Felis started eating. [/scrolly]

Muse found a seat on the other side of Felis, grabbing a little bit of everything. She began eating, and paused at the first bite. WOW...that was delicious! She continued eating silently, focusing solely on the food before her now.

Joel watched, loving how they all enjoyed his cooking. Sure, his family had money, but it wasn't about the money. It was about doing what he loved and making people happy in the process. In fact, if Felis let him, Joel'd work for free. "So, who's your friend, Felis?" he asked, looking at Muse. Part of him thought she was pretty. The other part thought that meant trouble...

Feliciano filled his plate with just a little of everything. Rosa filled her plate with just a lot of everything. At the question, Felis looked up and smiled. "This is muse~" he explained making a gesture to her. "She's going to be Rosa's English tutor from now on," he explained in a light tone. Rosa gulped down some food and then looked back at Joel. "She's really really nice!" she explained with an easy expression on her face. "And Joel it's soooooooooooooooOooooooOoooo good!" she grinned a bit more before continuing to eat.
