DRAKE SHADDIX
The grass under his feet that was covered with frost crackled a bit as he stepped on it. Many parts in the Eastern Woods were covered with snow, but this place had much lighter snow fall. It was something that pleased Drake, since he like his dragon pokemon didn't like the snow. The only bad part was he wasn't paying to much attention to the area around him, his mind was still stuck on Zoey. His little sister was out here somewhere out on her own. Though she had her pokemon, they could only keep her safe so much. Besides he wasn't enough sure if she had more pokemon on her team, she could still have her first three.

An Ariados could be seen climbing up a tree rather quickly not far off. It seemed the ice hadn't affected the bug for one reason or another.....A Pineco could also be seen shivering a little a ways off. What appeared to be a Karrablast was scurrying around frantically.

DRAKE SHADDIX
Since his was so caught up in his own thoughts he didn't notice the two pokemon on the ground. He knew this might not be the best place to get caught up in his thoughts, but he was worried about Zoey. Sigh why did he have to leave his mother and sister behind? He bit his lip, that was the past and all he could do now was trying and find his sister. As he kept going he didn't notice that Ariados climbing up the tree, and when he looked up finally able to drag his thoughts away he found himself almost face to face with it. He jumped a bit as he quickly took a step back to allow the pokemon to have its space.

The Ariados twitched and then continued up the tree as though not terribly fazed with the human, at the least. Farther off, a Tyrogue could be seen appearing to do a few sit ups while hanging upside down on a branch. Upon catching sight of the human, he quickly released his legs, flipped, and made to stand defensively.

Glad that the spider didn't turn on him, he sighed out wards a bit. He saw a pokemon handing upside down but didn't know what it was until it came down. Seeing the Tyrogue he smiled a bit. "Wow I bet I just came close to being bit in the face didn't I?" The pokemon seemed a little defensive but only that and didn't seem to be showing any signs of aggression.

"Rogue?" The Tyrogue stopped a moment realizing that he wasn't directly being challenged and looked off towards where the massive bug had been. After a few seconds, he seemed to laugh a little and nodded his head slowly.

DRAKE SHADDIX
Ah so it seemed this pokemon was indeed friendly. He had run into people that had come here, only to say most of the pokemon here where very aggressive. He guessed that could be true, but it really would depend on how to acted to the pokemon as well. Being more relaxed then some Drake doubted he would run into as much trouble here, but on the flip side he could be 100 percent wrong as well. He kept his smile on his face, "I guess I should learn to pay more attention. Even more in this forest, it would be easy to get lost." The last part of his sentence was just a general note as he seemed to take in how big this place was, and how deep in the forest it laid.

The Tryogue shrugged a little and sighed a 'rogue' or two before looking back. Ways in the distance, the actual tree-house of Tree-Top Town could be seen. After a few seconds more, the Tyrogue waved and then started running off somewhere. Hm...........oh well.

DRAKE SHADDIX
As the pokemon sighed and then ran off, Drake found himself alone in the forest again. Flipping his hair out of his face he decided that it would simply be best to keep going. The small branches cracking under his feet, as he went on his way. He liked this place it was peaceful here, and was far away from a lot of people. Though he enjoyed being around a lot of people, it didn't hurt to get away from that from time to time.

Higher up on a tree branch, a Riolu appeared to be resting rather quietly. Not far off, a Croagunk was digging in the snow for one reason or another. She seemed rather determined to get at whatever she was digging for and didn't even notice the human.

DRAKE SHADDIX
As he was walking he would look up at the trees from time to time. Well when he looked up this time he saw something small and blue up there. It was laying on a tree branch higher up above the ground. Releasing Tallera, he watched as the dragon blinked at being called out. "Wanna give me a lift?" He pointed up to the pokemon in the tree, and she gave a nod. Picking up Drake she lifted him up to the tree branch where the Riolu was.
It took Drake a few seconds to balance himself on the tree branch, hoping that the extra weight wouldn't cause it to break. Behind him Tallera was still standing, ready in case Drake slipped off the branch. Once he was able to get his grip he looked at the small pokemon, "Hi."

The small aura sensing devices on the side of the small puppy's ears seemed to rise, yet she didn't open her eyes or move her form just yet. "Hello," she answered back in rater calm collective human tongue. She'd been around pokemon and humans long enough to know quite a few languages despite her young features. "How are you today?"

He'd being lying if he said her ability didn't surprise him. Though after a few seconds he became at ease with the thought of the young looking pokemon able to speak human so well. Granted that Tallera could speak a bit of human, he had never heard a pokemon speak it as clearly as this Riolu had. "I'm doing well. How are you doing?"

"Meh... been better," the Riolu sighed outwards continuing to stare upwards. "The snow's been lighter than usual, thankfully, and overall, it's alright," she finished rather. "Impressive partner, by the way," she finished rather dryly.

DRAKE SHADDIX
Drake gave a nod when she spoke about the light winter, it was nice to have such light snow fall. Though that could always change and this place could just become a blanket of snow. "Thank you." Responding to her comment about Tallera, as the dragon pokemon blinked and tilited her head a bit. "So what are you doing up in this tree?"

"Feeling the aura in it," the Riolu answered back keeping her eyes closed and her form still. "It's different than from pokemon and humans but it's still there." She dropped off at this and seemed to meditate. Indeed, she felt more than just what could be seen of the tree and could all but trace the aura all the way underground and through the roots towards other trees. It felt like one large network of sorts, yet feeling it and actually tapping into such a thing were two different matters entirely, and the Riolu knew this all too well from the experience her small form had gone through previously.

She was feeling the aura in the tree? Okay so that wasn't something Drake fully understood, but the pokemon would know more about that. After all Riolus were best known for this kind of thing, which is why many people wanted to own one.He watched her carefully interested by what she was doing. "It must be something wonderful to be able to feel the aura of others. I can't even imagine what that must feel like."

"It's frightening at times," the Riolu answered back sighing outwards and keeping her eyes closed. "For what some do to the energy of others..." She shook her head a little and finally opened her eyes before sitting up to address the man fully now. Her arms settled over her crossed legs now, and she sat very much like a human would in some senses. "I've seen odd things..." she said shaking her head a bit more.

DRAKE SHADDIX
Blinking when she spoke about it being frightening at times, he didn't blame her. He couldn't sense aura and frankly had no desire to. "It does sound like it could be scary at times." He paused for a few seconds, "Do you want to tell me about the odd things you see? If it bothers you it might help to tell someone else." He kept his voice soft so it didn't sound like he was pressuring her to tell him.

"I don't tend to see them often................I've only seen it once...... but it's aura like no other.... I can't even find a color for it... more of just a feeling...." she shook her head a little. "It terrified me at first..." she shook her head a little and then seemed to sigh and doubt that she actually knew how to describe it adequately. After a moment, she simply remained silent.
