When everyday's the weekend;[open/mod]

Joey half smiled at Essy for being so kind. He was fer sure glad that none of his bad habits rubbed off onto her. Essy smiled at the little Igglybuff kindly, letting it show its gratitude. She gave it a nod goodbye, and returned back to Joey, "Draa." She said happily, giving him a confirmation that the pokemon was the least bit dangerous. Joey gave a brief nod, and they continued on their way.

[Jay]

Suddenly the sound of running could be heard. The three Girafarig from before had turned around again and had started back towards the other side of the zoo once again running at a very high speed straight towards Joey and Essy.

Their attention snapped to the Girafarig. Joey took a step back, but they were running too fast for them to get out of the way safely. Joey then stood up straight, staying his ground. Essy then followed Joeys suit and she moved in front of him, awaiting direction. "Twister, Essy." Joey said. Essy gave a brief nod, and followed through with what her trainer told her, and attacked with twister.

[Jay]

The Girafarig were twisted around and confused by the Twister that they had been hit all at once with, and two of them ran off in different directions while the third stood there rather dumbfounded at exactly what had happened. "Rig?" he asked blinking and turning his head to one side and then the other.

The Girafarig didn't attack, which Essy was a little relieved. She wasn't sure she could take on three of them at once. But there still left one, and it was just dumbfounded. Essy flew to where it was, not too close but not too far away. "Dratini!" She said with slight annoyance in her tone. She bobbed and weaved, trying to tell the confused pokemon to watch where it was going, and to be more careful. Joey tilted his head and watched Essy, not really knowing what she was saying. He just stood there looking stupid.

[Jay]

"Rig rig Girafarig," the Girafarig answered back shaking his head a bit more or less saying that he was just running with the other two. "Rig?" he finally asked wondering why she was pretty much scolding him for something he was doing out of nature.

Essy sighed, "Dratinii dra!" She said a little less harshly. She was telling it that someone could get hurt with the way they were just running without thinking. She tilted her head at him, and merely looked over at Joey, "Draa." she said, telling the Girafarig that she was protecting him and making sure that he didn't get hurt.

[Jay]

"Rig Rig!" the Girafarig answered back nodding a bit before moving forwards slowly to see the Dratini closer up. "Rig Gir," he said aloud asking why she would protect a human. It was a confusing concept for the Girafarig who more or less kept to himself when it came to defending unless it was one of the other two Girafarig in trouble.

Essy was surprised as the Girafarig questioned why she protected Joey. "Dri dri!" she explained. She told it that he was like her family, and that no matter what she protected them. She then pointed out how it was like how Girafarig and the other Girafarigs. If it cared about them, then he would do something about it.

[Jay]

"Rig!" the Girafarig nodded back understanding now what the Dratini was saying "Rig rig rig?" he asked after another moment wondering where his other two friends had gone. Looking around, the Girafarig paced a fraction in worry. "Rig rig rig Giraf...arig...." he continued on now in an odd state of worry that didn't seem to soothe itself.

Essy gave the pokemon a smile, and was about to return to Joey, but then caught notice to the worry of the Girafarig. She took a look at their surroundings, wondering where they could have gone. She turned back to the lone Girafarig. "Dratini?" She said gently. She asked the Girafarig if would need help in finding its lost comrades. She didn't want to leave it alone if there was danger around, and those other two were like its family, and she wanted families to be together.

[Jay]

"Gir...." the Girafarig answered back more or less asking if the Dratini had seen which way the two other Girafarig had gone. Looking around again, he couldn't find them and was becoming even more worried than usual. He started pacing a fraction and looking around worriedly.

Essy blinked. She was sure that they ran separate directions. "Drii." She said, her tone slightly saddened. She told the Girafarig that she saw them running opposite directions. She felt a pang of guilt, using that twister on them and separating them. And if the Girafarig wanted her to or not, she would help find them no matter what.

[Jay]

The Girafarig's ears went down as he looked around again trying to find where his friends had gone. Feeling a fraction saddened, he turned in every direction before suddenly sensing a psychic energy not far off. Believing it to be his friend, the Girafarig smiled a fraction and starting off towards the psychic pulsations.

Essy tilted her head at the Girafarig. She wasn't sure if it was really his friend, and she really did want to help him. So she found herself following it. She paused, and then looked at Joey and smiled and motioned for him to follow. Joey who honestly didn't know what the crap was going on looked at Essy like she was crazy, but then just shrugged it off. Really, what other shenanigans can they really get themselves into now? So he followed behind his Dratini, keeping quiet and out of the way, trying to sober up.

[Jay]

The Girafarig ran lightly in the direction of the psychic energy but stopped suddenly short as he caught sight of what was producing it. A Meditite was meditating with a calm mind in the shrubbery and looking rather peaceful when it all came down to it.

Essy almost bumped into the Girafarig when it stopped so suddenly. She looked at the Meditite, and gave the Girafarig a sad smile, "Drii.." she said, telling it that they could try somewhere else if it wanted to. Joey stopped too, and just stayed quiet, he was sure Essy knew what she was doing.

The Girafarig looked down mildly depressed at not finding one of the two others, yet after a moment, he forced his head up again and sighed forcing a half smile. "Rig rig," he said aloud stating that he was not about to give up any time soon. After a moment, he closed his eyes and tried to find some sort of psychic power other than the Meditate who was still oblivious to the fact that others were there due to her state of Calm Mind.
