Looks ok, a bit more personality couldn't hurt. Do you think you could flesh it up a little and emphasize on some points?

The landlords in this part of the city are willing to give you a great price on some real estate. This will be your own home to do with whatever you want whether it be setting up shop in it or just living, just make sure to pay your rent or the landlord will find you. What were you expecting, a Grand Reopening Event? Just be happy you can buy things.
Here in the Commercial District, one can find a vast array of shops selling just about anything and everything. Many Pokemon and usable items are also available to buy with the money you've earned by contests or posting. For your convenience, all of Era's goods for sale will be listed in this one topic. Era's official "PokeMart" can be found at the bottom of this post, and all member-owned shops in replies after. (Note: More frivolous things like restaurants or clothing shops are just free to play as you will and don't actually affect your RP money.)When buying anything, please make a NEW THREAD. (Read: do NOT reply to this thread requesting to buy.) Shopping can be done in or out of character, but the following form MUST be included in your post. (Example info has been included in [brackets].) Name of character: Name of Shop: [ShopName (Player)] Buying: [Rattata, Potion x2] Total cost of item(s):
Repeat for each separate character buying. Also repeat at least shop name on down for each separate shop from which you wish to buy. Note that you do not need to include the member name if buying from the main shop. If haggling with another member, you may want to inform him or her you are doing so via PM or the chatbox (if online at the same time). If no haggling is involved, a mod can take care of any transactions. If you wish to set up a shop, simply reply to this post with the following form. (To reiterate, reply to set up a shop. Make a new topic to buy from any shop.) Shop Name
ITEMS:
Item: Price: Willing to Haggle?:
POKEMON:
Name: Species: Gender: Ability: Personality:
Price: Willing to Haggle?:
Please make sure your shop name is unique. It doesn't have to be fancy (for example, "Bob's Shop" or "The Shopping Place" both work fine), though it can be if you prefer. Just ensure it is the only shop by that name. Repeat each lower field for all items and Pokemon you have to sell, of course. If you do not have one or the other, simply delete that part of the form. If you are willing to haggle on all or none of a large group of items or Pokemon, you can state it just the once collectively if you prefer. If your shop at any point is sold out, simply leave the shop title in place and replace the rest with "SOLD OUT" or "OUT OF STOCK", or something more original with the same message if you prefer. In short, just let us know, but leave your shop there for when you have more later. ^^ Remember, you can only sell items one of your characters actually has, and once it's sold the character will no longer have it. Please just use one shop for all of your characters collectively for simplicity's sake. If neither the buyer nor seller is a mod, please inform one so that he or she can ensure all money is properly updated and inventories/parties have been edited appropriately.
GRAND ERAN EMPORIUM ("Main" also accepted in buying form.)

Create a thread with "insert character name here's pokemon" as the title. This will be where you will keep track of your character's pokemon. You are in charge of this and can edit it whenever you need to. You are given a lot of leeway here so don't take advantage of it by cheating. This thread will contain both the party pokemon and pc pokemon.
Each Pokemon's statistics should look like this:
*picture or sprite of the pokemon* Name: Species: Gender: (If "Genderless" in games, pick one anyway! Excludes only Ditto and Unown.) Ability: Personality:
And remember to update it for every pokemon caught.
