Shrugging, Kali figured she may as well. What point had there been in coming to a tower if she was only going to explore the bottom floor? ...That, and she was already ridiculously high in the air in a sense; why not take it further? Nyyrr, she really needed to learn how to do all those nifty sciency things so she could stay with Leon instead of doing the manual labor out here...
After some moments, Kali slowly smirked as she began to climb the stairs. It actually was pretty amusing to think of the grown man sitting at home while he sent his young women out to hunt. She felt like a lione--.... Damn Luxray.. Sighing, Kali shook her head. She wondered just what he'd think of one, anyway.. It'd be interesting at the least, and either way power supplies were good.. Maybe she'd head to find one of those when she was done here..

The second floor was much like the first, yet one didn't have a chance to look around the surroundings because suddenly a large Garchomp was charging straight for Kali. If one had a chance to react or even see, the eye caught something a tad different in coloring on said creature. Was he... why yes he was a Shiny too!

HOLYFUCKINGSHIT- was about the only thought in the girl's mind, but it wasn't so much the extreme rarity or strength or sparkling nature of the beast so much as there's a fucking land-shark trying to eat me that got her attention at just this moment. Stumbling back, Kali suddenly fell down something like five or ten stairs before catching herself and scrambling to get a PokeBall from her bag. Tossing it up the stairs to the other floor frantically, she listened for it to hit, then called, "Ice Beam!" even as she began to scramble back up to the floor, finding one leg quite in pain each time she put weight on it.
Upstairs, the teal turtle blinked as he was suddenly released into the strange place, and almost considered looking around to figure out where he was. Upon seeing the massive dragon, however, he panicked a bit and let out the attack as much out of instinct as following orders.

Unable to stop, the Garchomp was hit dead on by the Ice Beam, yet he almost didn't seem fazed by it as he opened his maw to issue a Double Chop at the pokemon that had just appeared.

Kali winced more than the turtle did as she reached the top of the stairs just in time to witness the attack. Leaning against a wall for support, she called out, "Blizzard, Leo!" Pained a bit from the move- admittedly, most weren't this effective on him, even if this wasn't just extremely painful either- the Purotoga did seem a bit more confident now that he'd had a moment to get his bearings, and quickly called forth the powerful ice storm against the land dragon.

Dodging the Blizzard but being forced to back up because of it, the Garchomp shook his head, formed a Dragon Claw and charged straight towards the Purotoga with said dragon attack. He was a rather vicious creature and wasn't going down without a heavy fight.

"Blizzard!" Kali repeated with more strain to her voice. Leonardo could not hope to dodge the blow at his speed, and took it head-on. He and his trainer were both just grateful for his god-send defense. As it was, the dragon's god-like physical strength was extremely taxing; Kali couldn't imagine if she'd brought Sia or the like. Once he got a chance, Leo set his sights and tried again to hit the dragon with the Blizzard.

The Garchomp was bashed by the Blizzard this time and was forced back. Retreating a bit with a frozen shoulder, the pokemon hissed, bashed the ice off of his own shoulder and onto the wall and formed yet another Double Chop before launching himself forwards again. He refused to show it in the least, but the Blizzard had done a fair amount of damage to the hard headed land shark.

(The move is called Double Chop. x3)
Again the Purotoga took the harsh attack, panting now. That was starting to really hurt! "Shell Break," Kali ordered now with a grimace. This was becoming risky as it was; may as well make it all or nothing. She had also just noticed the glinting scales of the Garchomp, what with the color being so very similar. She'd spaz about her luck later, though; for now, this was a very dangerous creature, however rare. "Then Ice Beam again."
Leonardo thought she must be crazy, but did as ordered, allowing a layer off his shell to crack and fall away, leaving in its wake a tender replacement, but dropping a large weight off his back, literally. With this, his defenses were cut by 50%, but he was twice as fast (not that it mattered much given his starting speed) and twice as strong. Though a bit nervous, he released the Ice Beam as ordered.

The Garchomp was hit directly by the Ice Beam and was sent skidding backwards finding a good side of his appendages were frozen. Irritated by this, he began to smash them against the walls to break the ice off of his arm and his leg in effect also hurting himself in the process. He didn't care. All that mattered was attack attack attack. Forming a Dragon claw that was substantially weaker than before due to the ice maneuvers that had left his muscles rigid and in weak condition, the Garchomp charged forwards once more. [ you couldn't have told me that in chat? meh guess it was habit from typing chomp lol.]

Seeing how reckless the dragon was becoming, Kali smirked. She wondered... "Shell Break and Rain Dance." Leo gulped, but did as he was told. His defenses were now half their normal state, and his speed and offenses three times theirs. Still, this didn't make him much over half the Garchomp's normal speed.... until-
Upon calling down the rain, Leo found himself suddenly fast enough to glide right out of the way of the frostbitten dragon. Wha-wha-...? HUH? He was... so fast?? Kali smirked: six times his normal speed if she was counting right~ "Now just stay out of his way."

The Garchomp's attack missed, and all he could do was stare in aggravation before unleashing an Earthquake and causing the entire tower to shake. The calls of fearful pokemon could be heard on the upper levels, yet the Garchomp refused to stop the attack.

FUUUUUUCK- Clinging to the wall to try to steady herself, Kali quickly sent out Kjaerlighet, the dragon-fly appearing in a burst of sparkles- before trying to recall Leo. "Kjaer Dragonbreath!" she called frantically even as she recalled the fainting Purotoga. She hadn't considered the plausibility of dodging a collapsing buiding, dammit. Kjaerlighet screeched as she realized what was going on and quickly let out the stream of blue-green flame.

The Garchomp was hit directly by the Dragonbreath, and he was forced to stop the Earthquake. The tower shook for a few more seconds before managing to somehow settle itself again. It was then that all the damage from before seemed to smash down on the Garchomp, and he looked terribly in pain for a good half a second before shaking his head violently and hissing back. Forming a Dragon Claw, the Garchomp charged with the last of his strength.

"Dragon Claw," Kali ordered in return, panting in relief at the tower stopping. Kjaer grimaced but nodded, rushing in to meet his attack with the same of her own, colliding head-on, taking significant damage on her end.

That was it and the Garchomp could take no more. He had used the last of his strength, and the Flygon had successfully destroyed the last of his stamina. Falling on his back on the ground now, the Garchomp faded into unconsciousness.

Before even trying the Garchomp, Kali recalled Kjaerlighet. "Now hopefully no more battle for you." She sighed; she didn't know what she'd do if she got stuck out here waiting for Kjaer to recover. She only knew she wasn't about to test that damned bridge. Really, why wasn't there more than... that out here? She should have Leon talk to Adrian about that... Once her ride home was secure, Kali tossed a Great Ball at the Garchomp.

The Greatball hit the Garchomp and consumed him before falling to the ground and twitching for a few seconds before dinging capture.
Name: Species: Garchomp Gender: Male Ability: Sand Veil Personality: Prideful, caustic, and just plain mean, this Garchomp loves to throw his weight around and prove that he is top dog. He won't hesitate to do anything to win whether does damage to himself or his teammates.
After that, it was eerily quiet in the tower.

The silence suited Kali fine, and once the ball had been sent to storage, she collapsed against the wall. Taking Leo's ball back out, she released the disoriented turtle and found a Revive in her bag, slipping the small crystal into his mouth and forcing it down. In a few moments, he seemed to spring back to life, if a little weary. "It's okay boy," she said in a tired tone, then recalled the turtle again.
Once that was done, she tried to stand again, wincing each time she tried to shift her weight to her left leg just as she'd done on the stairs. She'd banged herself up a fair bit in the fall otherwise, but that seemed to be the worst; she collapsed against the wall again, then shifted and just lay down on the stone floor, staring at the ceiling. She was still making good time. The heat was incredible without the sun actually on her, the shaded stone fairly cool in contrast, and the room currently quiet. Yes.. She'd just.. rest here a bit, until she felt better or something came to her.

There was silence for a while, and nothing seemed to move in the area. However, a gentle hopping noise started to sound as a small bird pokemon made his way down the stairs from a higher level. A Natu stopped at the bottom of the stairs and turned to stare for a moment.
