Much better. Content that they should be safer now, Kali ordered again, "Psycho Shock." Such a convenient move, special in nature but exploiting the physical defenses.. or in this case, near-lack-thereof, having taken on Helen's earlier~

The Attack hit hard on the partial fighting type, and his lowered defense didn't help either. In that second, he couldn't even attack for the paralysis held him still there. He was barely holding onto the last bit of stamina, yet only barely.

Well, if it wasn't broken, why fix it? "Psycho Shock," she ordered yet again. The Abra nodded and complied, concentrating to release the burst of mental energy yet again.

That was all the Heracross could take, and in that moment, he fainted right then and there slumping somewhat into a mass of blue with his eyes closed and his entire body oddly deflated despite the fact that he was a walking exoskeleton.

Sighing in relief, Kali recalled Helen to free her from her entrapment, then found an empty Great Ball to toss at the Heracross. She certainly was finding a number of rarities to distract her, wasn't she? Heh.. Murphy's Law indeed.

The pokeball hit the fainted Heracross and inevitably pulled him inwards. Dinging without even one roll of motion, the ball was silent after that.

A Burmy wearing a Plant Cloak could be seen hanging from a tree with her eyes closed, and the Beedrill buzzing from earlier grew louder for a few minutes before dissipating. Not far off, a Pineco appeared to be having an intense discussion with a Venonat who only seemed to nod back at whatever was being said.

Silly bagworm.. No distractions. More bees.. No distractions. Pi-.. Oh shit there it was~! With a friend, it seemed. Hmm.. She didn't really need a Venonat, but... Hm, well that idea didn't sound bad. Digging out yet another ball, she released her dearest Rattata. "Wanna go see what they're talking about?" she asked, nodding toward the duo.

Nibbler shrugged and began to trot toward them. He thought on just how to enter the conversation, but couldn't really think of an intro that wouldn't seem too interrupting. Eh, he'd just get closer and hear the subject first, assuming they didn't greet him themselves before he could think of something.

<And so then the giant Beedrill used a Twin Needle, but /I/ used Payback just after it and knocked it out!>The Pineco seemed to laugh to himself at this. The Venonat seemed to nod again at this. <But then suddenly a-> the Pineco stopped as he caught sight of the Ratatta. <Sup man?> the Pineco asked in greeting. The Venonat turned and seemed to smile a bit. <Hello~> she stated.

<Hi there~> He answered the female first with a light smile, then looked to the Pineco. <Not much. So it sounds like your a pretty fair fighter, then, eh?> he asked with half a grin. This could prove an interesting conversation indeed then.

[Jay]

The Pineco smirked a bit at the fighter comment. <You bet> he answered back with a nod. The Venonat nodded at this as well with a light smile.

Nibbler returned the smirk with one of his own, rather smug, as he sat down. <Oh?> He could take both of these little bugs if it came to it.. Hehe. <So. What's the strongest foe you've ever taken down?>

<Three Scyther at once> the Pineco answered back seeming to puff up a bit as he said this. The Venonat slightly sweat dropped at the comment before laughing lightly. So it was going to end up a boasting competition was it?

[Admiral Striker General]

Nibbler didn't blink, nor drop his smug expression for a moment. He'd heard stories of Pineco and similar Pokemon. His eyes diverted to the Venonat just a moment, her expression strengthening his hypothesis. <Oh really?> he asked, tone curious enough, but none too impressed. After a moment, he added, <Without Selfdestruct or Explosion?>

<Using those means losing> the Pineco asserted back. <So nope> was the finally answer. The Venonat was somewhat surprised that the Ratatta hadn't asserted something he had beaten that was more powerful but figured he would later. Silly boys went through her mind in that moment.

<Mm?> he raised an eyebrow now. <And how long did it take you?> Nibbler didn't really need to boast; he knew he was amazing. If he was going to say anything, then, he was going to make certain it sounded epic enough beforehand.

The Pineco blinked before puffing up a bit. <Not even half an hour> he answered back with ease. The Venonat continued to watch the exchange between the two constantly shifting her form each time to watch the speaker.
