Alaric too soaked up the scenery to an extent, the thickening stars and the relaxing sound of waves, but his primary focus remained on her. In fact this was to a point he didn't even notice Honey had gotten annoyed with them and found a nearby rock to curl up by alone, though she kept an eye on him to quickly follow if they started to get too far away. Of course, her definition of just what was "too far" was pretty sketchy, given she could keep an eye on him from miles away or through solid objects if she wanted, if with greater effort; she just needed to be sure to be close enough to act if something happened.

"It is," he purred in reply. "It's just too bad its beauty is so inconsistent- varying over time of day or turning harsh in a storm.." He smiled softly at her and reached to tuck a lock of curls behind her ear. "Unlike your beauty- constant as the air we breathe~"

Erin turned red again and laughed lightly as she rubbed the back of her head methodically. "Your words are very kind...." she finally said with a light smile. "Although I am a mess right now..." she sighed outwards making yet another half attempt to soothe her hair.

As one looked out at the water, there appeared to be movement for half a second that instantly stopped once that second was over. However, it started up again, and if one continued to stare, he could see a few Surskit skimming on the water and running about in a light friendly way.
