It was then that Sen leaned down a bit. “We need to continue on, Ada.” He told her calmly getting a nod from Ada in return. His purple eyes then looked up at the Dratini. Slowly he pulled out a pokeball and showed it to her. “You’re welcome to come along with us. That is, if you don’t mind traveling a lot.” [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

[Jay]

The Dratini blinked a moment and turned her head to one side. What was that? A... pokeball? OOooooh. After a few seconds, she seemed to grin in understanding. Raising her tail and poking the pokeball, the Dratini disappeared inside. After a few seconds, ball rang in capture.

Gender: Female
Ability: Shed Skin
Personality: A playful and gentle child-like pokemon, this Dratini is extremely innocent and loves making friends. She's not fully aware of the world outside of her ocean home just yet but hopes to learn more as she travels. It takes quite a lot to make this Dratini angry, and even when she is angry, she is more apt to cry rather than to fight. She doesn't understand the concept of holding grudges and hate in general.


There didn't seem to be anything in the immediate area. However, suddenly a rumble of thunder in the distance allerted one to the fact that rain was coming. Suddenly the water seemed to gush forwards a bit more than normal and a Starmie seemed to beach himself on the beach then and there. Farther off behind Sen, a Sandile appeared to be coming up from the sand.

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] Sen jumped a bit at the sound of the thunder before jumping again when he spotted the Starmie. Perhaps it the water wasn’t raising and he didn’t feel kind of threatened by the thunder he’d have stuck around to catch the Starmie too. Instead he decided to make his way back onto the dryer sand, Ada following close behind him. “Ok, lets find a Surskit and get out of here.” Sen concluded to Ada quickly as he continued down the beach. He knew he would probably stop if saw something else really cool but right now he was determined. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

[Jay]

From around a rock, a Frillish could be seen floating rather quietly in his ghostly ways. Farther off, a Poliwag could be seen. If one looked carefully enough, he could see that the Poliwag was a lighter shade than most. Oh hey, a shiny. Farther off than that even, a Floatzel could be seen running straight for the water.

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] “It’s raining it’s pouring, the old snorlax is snoring.” Sen was singing to himself lightly as he walked, spotting the Frillish but not paying too much attention to it. He then spotted the Floatzel, the creature reminding him of one of Kel’s pokemon. It was rather tempting to catch and was almost ready to get Ada to chase after it when he spotted the oddly coloured Poliwag. He wasn’t very interested in a Poliwag but he could sell it for a good price. At least he believed he could. “Go say hi to that one.” Sen pointed towards the water pokemon. Ada nodded and started to make her way towards it. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

Upon seeing the giant arachnid coming towards him, the Poliwag jumped a little rather startled and looking slightly afraid for a few seconds. <H-hi?> he tried unsure of whether or not he was about to be attacked or not. He really hopped on the latter at that point..... because... well... uh... but...er....well...ehm..... His eyes darted behind himself for a few seconds before back towards the spider pokemon.

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] <Hello!> Ada replied to the Poliwag feeling rather happy after having met the Dratini. She had noticed the quickly dart of the Poliwags eyes as looked behind its self for a moment but decided not to question it. Instead she simply introduced herself, <I’m Ada, Who are you?> Sen was still walking along the shore line, heading towards the Poliwag and Ada. He’d catch up eventually he just wasn’t in much of a hurry. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

The Poliwag turned his form a little. <I uh... don't have a name... most just call me Poliwag," he answered back nodding his head a little slowly cooling his initial nervousness. <Er...uh... what's up?> he asked after another moment.

Then he spotted you and thought you looked nice so we figured we’d say hi.> Ada replied trying her best to be friendly like Plum. She wasn’t nrealy as good at it and it was a noticeable that it was forced. At least she tried. <What were you doing?> She then asked, <I noticed you looking behind yourself. Perhaps a friend?> Sen had finally caught up to Ada and stopped just behind her before looking down at the Poliwag. “Yo” He grinned, giving the water type a wave. He hadn’t understood anything Ada had just been saying. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

The Poliwag seemed to nod a bit. <Actually uhm....> the Poliwag finally moved revealing an egg from behind him. <Momma said it was baby brother....> he said eying the egg a moment and then looking back to the sea. <She said I have to watch him till he hatches....> the small water pokemon nodded. In truth, he wasn't sure on the gender yet and neither was the mother for that matter, but they assumed 'he' for now at least ._. .

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] Ada and Sen both blinked upon seeing the small pokemon egg behind the Poliwag. Neither had ever seen an actual pokemon egg before. They had both heard of them though. It kind of made Sen wonder if Ada or Plum could ever lay an egg. Now that would be interesting to see. <When is he going to hatch?” Ada asked suddenly thinking that it must be soon if the mother stuck this Poliwag with it, <And where is your mother?> Hopefully there would be no angry mom coming after them for talking to this Poliwag and getting so close to the egg. <Momma said it was supposed hatch today or tomorrow .x. > the shiny Poliwag answered back nodding a bit. <And oh! She went to find food yep....> he answered nodding his head again and then looking around half expecting to see his mother coming walking over out of somewhere. However, for now at least, there was no one else there aside from the Lady Sea who claimed all things.

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] After the Poliwag explained to Ada when the egg was suppose to hatch and when it’s mother would be back, Ada looked up at Sen. She was checking to see if he was in one of those, mean, lets steal the pokemon and item, kind of moods or not. From the dumb founded look upon his face, she guessed he wasn’t in a stealing food. So, looking back at the water pokemon she offered, “We can wait with you till your mother returns.” She sounded a bit too cheerful but if this Poliwag was an odd colour there was a chance it’s mother would be too. Perhaps then Sen could get and sell all three. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

The Poliwag seemed to brighten up at this idea and seemed to smile. <Really? You wouldn't minw waiting with me?> he asked already hopping up and down and looking back at the egg again before looking fully forwards once more. Finally sitting down on the sand, the Poliwag sighed a tad and looked from the sand to the sea and from the sea to the sand for a second or two. Very far off down the beach, an older looking Poliwag could be seen walking down the beach with something rather well balanced on her head. She wasn't the shiny color of the younger Poliwag, but maybe she was the mother that he had talked about?

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] <Yup!> Ada claimed as she sat down beside the water type. <We wouldn’t mind at all.> Sen still had no idea what was going on. At least the rain had stopped but the weather still wasn’t the best. It seemed the rain had been replaced by a thick fog. If it kept up he would never find his little spider pokemon anywhere. “There’s another one.” Sen said suddenly, pointing in the distance. It was hard to see it but it was there, carrying something atop of its head. <

[Jay]

The Poliwag turned and seemed to jump up and down. <MOM!> he called suppressing the urge to instantly run over because he was supposed to be watching the egg, after all. The older Poliwag continued to walk slowly but made her way over easy enough. <I'm back~> she smiled lightly as she walked still closer before finally coming to stop near the shiny and the egg. She smiled a moment. However, when her eyes looked at the human and his spider pokemon, she seemed to pale if just a little .<Who are you?> she asked after a moment.

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] <I’m Ada> the spider claimed when the mother Poliwag asked who they were, <We’ve been keeping him company.> she explained in an attempt to make sure she didn’t worry the Poliwag. Sen gave small wave, still having no clue what they were saying. Three pokemon…. Well two and one egg. Yet none were the pokemon he wanted. Yet there he was, hoping Ada would find a way to convince the shiny poliwag to come with them. Perhaps they could get the egg too. But it would be hard if this new Poliwag was the mother. Eh, if it took too long he’d just take them by force. He was good at being heartless when he wanted too. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

[Jay]

The mother Poliwag seemed to relax a little and nodded her head a bit. <Ah, thank you then> she answered back a bit more gently than her previous tone had been. <Momma! Is the egg going to hatch soon?> the Poliowag asked hopping up and down a bit as he waited for the answer. The mother nodded her head a bit as she looked at the egg and finally set the food that she had been carrying down. <Hopefully soon> she mused back.

Farther off, a Horsea could be seen swimming in the tide that kept coming in and going out. A Staryu even farther off seemed to have beached itself on the sand looking rather pitiful at the moment.

[scrolly:h(230),w(390),sy,as(padding:4px;margin-top:10px;margin-left:10px;)] <You’ve got your hands pretty full.> Ada commented to the mother Poliwag as she watched her set down the food, <And your going to have even more work cut out for you when he hatches.> She pointed to the egg behind her before looking back at the mother, <It must be tuff.> Sen had stopped paying attention to the two pokemon and the egg as he looked out over the water and beach. He spotted the Staryu first, but it wasn’t a Surskit, so his eyes drifted to the water. That’s when he spotted the Horsea swimming in the water but, it still wasn’t a Surskit. [/scrolly] [bg=4f2a66]

The mother Poliwag seemed to sigh a little and nodded her head. <Quite a lot of work...> she agreed frowning a moment before finally trying to smile at least. The child Poliwag looked confused for a moment. More work? D: But... he didn't want his mom to be over worked! .x.' mmm....

Farther off out to sea, a Tentacool could be seen. If one looked closely enough, one could see that the sea pokemon's coloring was off. It had green instead of red and a light lavender instead of blue. Oh hello shiny. It seemed Sen was attracting them, neh? Swimming by it, a Goldeen could be seen just below the water's surface. Father down the beach, a Ducklett could be seen walking rather sleepily.
