Sen grinned again as the Surskit spoke. He had no idea what he has said but he figured it was a question. His eyes then fell on the Marill as it same up to the Surskit. Ok, now he was certain he had come on too strong, but he couldn’t help it. He truly had been looking forward to meeting a Surskit today. “I’m sorry if I frightened you both,” He apologized, before looking back at the bug, “I just got a little excited. So, are you two friends?” Hey might as well try a conversation, right?
Mel was hit by the Water Pump attack, taking a pretty harsh blow as he found himself falling from the sky. He landed in the shallow waters before standing himself up, his eyes darting to the Squirtle before he suddenly… closed his eyes? The bird had used Rest, putting himself to sleep and healing himself completely. While he slept, he began to Snore, the loud sound echoing across the waters.

At the question, the Marill and the Surskit looked at one another and looked back before grinning and nodding. "Surs" "Rill" they answered back grinning at Sen now. He didn't seem so scary if he just wanted to talk o3o. However, it was then that the sensitive ears of the Marill picked up on the snoring and cringed covering her ears. The Surskit suddenly looked concerned and poked and prodded his friend.
Meanwhile, the Snore hit the Squirtle but not too badly, indeed. Shaking it off, he formed another Hydro Pump.

Sen looked up as well when he heard the snore attack. His eyes drifted over to Mel who appeared to be asleep while the water pokemon was… still attacking. Most likely the attack had come from Mel. “Mel’s a little aggressive.” Sen explained before looking back down at the two pokemon, “But it looks like the Squirtle is at least enjoying the challenge. Do you guys ever battle? I’m not really that great at it.” It was true after all. He never really had too much of a reason to have full out battles. Most of the time he used his pokemon’s abilities for other reasons.
Meanwhile the sleeping pokemon once again used a sleeping ability, though this time it wasn’t snore. Instead he began to use Sleep Talk. In the next moment, a Swift attack was formed and the small sharp stars were sent swirling towards the Squirtle.
((xD I just rolled a dice to pick a move out of the ones that he had already used before))

The Marill seemed to nod a little in understanding. "Rillll," she answered back. She enjoyed watching battles but not really participating in them. The Surskit, meanwhile, seemed to grin a bit to himself at the thoughts of battle. They were always pretty interesting.. if a tad unnerving at first, go figure.
Meanwhile, the Swift hit the squirtle and caused him to cringe a little. Withdrawing into his shell, he waited a moment as his defenses were upped before using a Rapid Spin attack. It seemed he still wasn't going to give this up just yet, neh.
