Sen’s eyes continued to scan the area as Ada talked to the two Poliwags. He had spotted most of the pokemon out there but his attention fell upon the Tentacool. It was… not the same colour as the last one he found. He really wanted it now too.
<If you would like, all of you could come with us!> Ada suggested sounding rather cheerful, <Sen can make sure you get lots of food. He can help take care of you all, and even make sure no one ever gets sick. What do you say?> Ada knew Sen probably wouldn’t be interested in a normal Poliwag but he had no choice. It was all or none.
“I want to meet that Tentacool.” Sen mumbled to himself but also wasn’t sure if he leave Ada and the Poliwags just yet.

The Poliwag looked at his mother, yet the mother was staring at Ada. That... sounded wonderful, really, but something in her wondered what sort of catch there was to this.... It seemed honest enough, right? Ok... she'd set some ground rules then. <We'll come as long as you promise not to separate us> she finally stated aloud looking calm now. The smaller Poliwag seemed to understand his mothers words and nodded his form before looking then at the egg and then back at Ada.
The Tentacool continued to float in the sea and almost seemed to go further out to sea.

<Not to…> Ada thought it over for a moment before looking up at Sen. She had no idea how to explain it to him in ways he would understand but she could try. <They would like to come with us so long as we don’t separate them.> She explained, using her pointy hands to try and explain it. Sen simply looked down at her and replied with an “Ok.” He had no idea what she was trying to say but he knew it had to have something to do with them going with him. Right now he really wanted to catch that Tentacool before it got away.
So with that, he pulled out two pokeballs and set them down for the Mother and her child to choose if they wanted to come or not. He knew if they did, Ada would bring along the egg. With that he was off down the beach, flailing his arms and calling out the Tenacool‘s name.
<I’ll make sure he never seperates you three> Ada reassured them with her spidery smile.

The mother seemed to hesitate a moment before making a motion to the child first. The younger Poliwag pressed the pokeball and disappeared inside.
Name:
Species: Shiny Poliwag
Gender: Male
Ability: Water Absorb
Personality: A generally quiet and timid young pokemon, this Poliwag is rather protective of his mother and his soon to be sibling. He can be a tad of a crybaby at times but does his best to try and stay strong in most instances. He likes the smell of sea water and will often wander off if he happens to smell it.
The mother then pressed the ball herself and disappeared inside.

Ability: Damp
Personality: A proud mother with a rather stern heart, this Poliwag is generally protective of her family first and her trainer after. She's gentle towards most younglings but is also willing to stand up for others in any instances
The egg, in turn, would be taken, it seemed.

Date to Hatch: 6/6/2011
Farther off to sea, the Tentacool was still moving rather slowly. Suddenly a Seaking came up beside it slowly. A few Wingull flew overhead slowly.

Sen ran a little ways into the water before freezing in his spot. He wanted the Tentacool but not badly enough to try swimming. Heck, he didn’t even know how to swim and just the idea of being in such deep water scared the shit out of him. Now what could he do? Was it even worth it? His mind scrambled to think if any of his pokemon could go out there to get it… maybe his Skarmory. Yah, it could fly! ((Didn’t have the Vaporion or Luxray at the time this thread fist started x3))
Without any more hesitations, Sen pulled a pokeball off his belt and tossed it up into the air. With the flash of red light the large metal bird appeared and looked around. It seemed he was ready to battle, which he always appeared to be. Sen didn’t really want to battle the Tentacool but… well he had to stop it somehow. “Go bring me that Tentacool” Sen asked, pointing out to the sea. Mal, the Skarmory, let out a loud cry and flew towards the water type. His large metal claws were open in an attempt to snatch it up so he could bring it over to Sen. Not quite what Sen had in mind but it work... hopefully.

The Tentacool was suddenly very quickly rushed straight out of the air by the large bird pokemon, and in another moment, his eyes looked downwards. OH GOD D8 HE WAS ABOUT TO BE EATEN! Flailing his tentacles around, he tried a Constrict around the bird's legs not wanting to be dropped at that point either. The Seaking looked up out of the water a moment and sweat dropped greatly but continued swimming. Seeing this, the Tentacool swore something extremely profane in poke-speak and shook his head irritated at the Seaking.

The Skarmory let out a rather offal cry when felt the Tentacool wrap around his feet with the constrict. He began flailing about in the air angrily in attempt to make the Tentacool let go as he made his way back to Sen. Sen could only sweat drop seeing the display in the air. All he had wanted was for Mal to bring the Tentacool closer, not to scar the shit out of it.
“Mal, stop flailing about and get down here.” Sen finally called out the bird. At first it looked as if he wasn’t going to listen but after a while he finally landed a few feet away from where Sen was standing in the water. His large beak then came down as he attempted peck at the Tentacool causing Sen to yell out, “No don’t”

Upon being pecked, the Tentacool cried out. ;-; Oh man... he really was about to be eaten. Blast yee fate! How cruel and spiteful it was. However, for whatever reason, he didn't retaliate against the bird and was possibly even accepting his fate. ._. Odd....
Farther off, a rather calm looking Squirtle appeared to be watching this entire transaction with little to no interest. He was, in fact, too busy sunbathing to really care. A Lombre was digging in the sand a few yards from the Squirtle. Far above, a Pelipper flew overhead slowly. Following the 'leader' a group of Wingull flew by as well.

Sen let out a yelp when the steal bird was about to peck the Teentacool once more and this time he jumped into the way of the attack. He flinched a little when the hard beak hit his back but the smile on Sen’s face didn’t fade. Instead he looked down at the Teentacool, “It’ll be alright. I got you.” Sen tried to reassure the Tentacool. His hands reached out to untangle the Tentacool while at the same time he was trying his best not to get stung. At the same time Mel was still struggling a bit to get the Tentacool off. It was hard to say for sure if it had been Sen, Mel or if the Tentacool just simply let go eventually but the moment that Mel was free he was off into the air again. It left Sen’s full attention on the Tentacool as the bird flew off into the air. “You ok?” He asked.
It was surely a mistake of Sen’s to leave the bird to it’s own devices. The Skarmory instantly let out a loud cry and flew up to the Pelipper and Wingull’s for the simple fun in scaring them before doing a nose dive down to the Squirtle. It seemed he was now in a grab and fetch mood as his large clawed feet reached out just like they had done to grab the Tentacool, this time aiming to pick up the Squirtle.

;-; The Tentacool was now all but clinging to Sen in his gelatinous ways but hadn't stung the man just yet. Instead, it was more like he was simply clinging to Sen now. After a few seconds, he slowly nodded at the man's words.
The Pelipper cried out upon being nearly struck by the stupid metal bird and shook violently before continuing to fly. He wasn't in the mood to deal with those kinds of birds, and he had a flock to take care of. The Squirtle, meanwhile, caught sight of the Skarmory and seemed to smirk. Forming a Strength, he pumped his arm and then made to punch the bird as hard as he could in the legs in order to keep form getting scooped up.

“That must have been scary,” Sen claimed as he looked down at the clingy Tentacool, “But look how brave you were clinging on so strongly.” Hey, if he boost the little guys spirit maybe he could convince the thing to come with him. It was worth a try, right?
Mel let out a horrible cry when his claws were punched away, causing him to draw away quickly before taking a moment to straighten out his flying again. Angered that the Squirtle attacked him and eager to start a battle, the Skarmory took to the skies again getting ready to drop back down with a Fly attack.

The Tentacool seemed to cool -lol pun- at this statement and then slowly nodded feeling a tad bit better now that he was at least not eighty feet up in the air. However, he was starting to feel a tad dry from being out of the water .x. Well... no matter for now... it wasn't till he was completely dried out that it'd really suck....
The Fly attack hit the Squirtle, and the small turtle pokemon cringed a little. However, he wasn't about to give up that easily. Forming an Aqua Jet, the Squirtle launched himself with water straight at the Skarmory in retaliation.

“I like you” Sen stated with a grin as he knelt down to set the water type back into the water. Once he was up right again he pulled a pokeball from inside his pocket and held it out for the Teentacool to see. “Would you like to come with me? I can protect you from predators like that Skarmory.” He suggested though conveniently forgot to mention that the Skarmory had been his own pokemon.
Mel was pushed back by the water attack of the Squirtle but he didn’t take long to form a slash attack, using his sharp wings and the flow of the wind to create the sharp attack. It actually appeared like the steel type was enjoying himself at least. He loved battles.

The Tetacool blinked a moment at the proposition of going with the human. After a few seconds, he shrugged. Why not? Pressing the pokeball and disappearing inside, the Tetacool didn't fight it, and the ball rang in capture.

Species: Shiny Tentacool
Gender: Male
Ability: Clear Body
Personality: This Tentacool is a rather calm pokemon under normal circumstances. However, when pressed up against some sort of foe or attacked without warning, he can be a tad skittish. That being said, he doesn't really like to battle but will do so reluctantly under orders to. He can be quite witty at times and seems to know how to talk in English, though he is very reluctant to.
The Squirtle was hit and cringed a bit more. However, his pride wasn't about to let him go down that easy. Forming a Rapid Spin, he charged to hit the Skarmory again.

Sen smiled as he held the Pokeball before it finally vanished from his hand. Once it was gone, he looked up only to deadpan when spotted Mel in a fight with the Squirtle. Honestly, he couldn’t look away from the bird pokemon even for a moment without it getting into some sort of trouble.
The Skarmory let out a rather ego filled laugh when his attack hit the other pokemon. A laugh that was soon cut off by an “Ouff” like sound when Mel was hit by the Rapid spin. It’s what he got for letting his ego get a hold of him. Shacking the attack off, Mel dived down again using an Air Slash attack.

Hit by the Air Slash, the Squirtle flinched hard and grimaced unable to make a move due to his Flinching. Well that sucked. Far off in the water, a Marill had surfaced and now seemed to be talking to a Surskit who had quickly run over to meet his friend. The water spider and the water mouse continued to talk rather oblivious to the fact that there was a battle going on. Deeper below the two, a Seaking was swimming around looking for something. A West sea Shellos had suddenly emerged out of the water farther off.

Sen stood there for a little while watching as the battle between his pokemon and the Squirtle raged on. That was until his ears picked up the sound the two pokemon chattering. He turned his head to see what it was and when he spotted the Surskit a huge smile raced onto his face. Quickly he turned, forgetting his fear of the water for the time being and racing towards the two water types, “Hey!!” Sen called out, waving his hands in the air, “I’ve been looking for you!” Ada, who had been quiet since Sen caught the poliwags just simply watched with amusement. She was half wondering if Sen was going to end up scaring them away before he could catch one.
See the Squirtle flinch, Mel grinned before diving down with another Air Slash attack. He would show this water pokemon just who the strongest battler was! He could take on anyone anywhere. Even those pesky fire types.

Both the Suskit and the Marill jumped at the man's voice and looked over. The Marill backed up into deeper water rather quickly followed by the water spider. Both were a tad afraid, yet neither had run off just yet. The Squirtle suddenly used Dive under the water and avoided the attack before coming up again with the finished Dive attack.

Sen blinked at the sight of the two pokemon backing away from him, realizing that he was coming on too strong. So, coming to halt, he bent over for a moment to catch his breath before looking back up at the two. “I’m sorry, didn’t mean to frighten you, I just… I absolutely adore Surskit’s. And to boot, you’re even more spectacular up close.” Sen claimed with a goofy smile. It was all true after all. A Surskit was the only reason he had come all the way out here.
Mel screeched in anger when the Squritle disappeared under water. His head swayed back and forth as he searched for the pokemon when suddenly he felt a blow from under him causing him to let out another screech. Shacking his head angrily he flung his wings open, forming stars in the sky that shot towards the water type. He was using a Swift attack.

At Sen's words, the two pokemon seemed to relax a little and looked at him carefully. After a moment, the Suskit stepped forwards and turned his head to one side. "Surs?" he asked wondering why anyone would adore one pokemon over another. That didn't seam nice D: The Marill just looked worried before finally swimming forwards and up next to the Surskit.
The Squirtle was hit by the Swift attack and cringed hard at the star attack before forming a Hydro Pump, he shot it at the bird pokemon as fast as he could.
