Up For Some More Fun? (Fish/Open)

Nami yawned a little rather sleepily but still in a good mood. Yesterday had been fun, and she had once again come back to Forest Castle with a bit more money than before. The day previously, she had made sure to battle a few extra people and get some money. Her plushies from yesterday had been left back in the apartment that she had rented in Evergreen City. She had thought of one in the capital but had figured that Evergreen was not only closer to Forest Castle but also the Capital wasn't the safest place for her, given that her mother might notice her there....

Walking now with a Piplup in her arms, Nami began to look around for that friend of hers that she had met yesterday as well. She'd learned a bit about him, and he seemed nice enough... with odd stealing tenancies and the like, but eh....From what he had said yesterday, she'd made an impact on him, and hopefully he wouldn't again. Anyways, she's said she'd meet up with him today, so now she was looking around, heh....

[KARP KARP!]

Ty walked around, his Pokemon all in their Pokeballs. He'd barely slept last night, but he couldn't. For once, he was actually...excited about something.

His blue eyes scanned the crowd, finally seeing her. Ty's pace quickened to catch up.

"Well hey," he said brightly, coming up behind her.

[Jay]

Eh that voi-... Nami turned a moment and then half grinned as she caught sight of Ty. "Hey," she answered back with an easy smile on her face. "Ready for some more fun?" she asked. Poppy, who was actually asleep at that moment, seemed to slowly open one eye and look towards Ty before blinking and then opening both eyes. "Piplup!" the small blue penguin pokemon stated aloud more or less a greeting of sorts. Nami grinned a bit at Pippy's words before looking again at Ty. "I brought some more money this time, and we can go on a lot of rides and stuff," she grinned a bit. "And I heard that they finally opened the haunted house and the DDR pads," she broke into a laugh at the thought of it.

[KARP KARP!]

"Yep. I don't have much money, myself. Sold some old useless trinkets--at a fair price--but didn't bring in much. And I'm holding to my promise."

Smiling at Pippy, Ty pulled out Maka's Pokeball and let him out, holding him in his arms. The little Darumaka's face lit up at the sight of Pippy. <Hi!>

Ty's words made Nami smile a bit rather glad to see that he hadn't stolen anything. "That's good," she answered back nodding her head lightly. "Alrighty... you choose first. Where should we go?" the brown haired woman asked with an easy grin. Pippy's eyes lit up as she caught wight of Maka, and the small Piplup waved her arms back. <Mornin'!> she chimed.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty laughed slightly, then grew silent. The former thief was lost in thought, then finally came up with his idea. "I'm thinking a haunted house sounds fun." As an afterthought, he muttered, "As long as there're no ghosts..."

Nami grinned rather large at the idea of walking in the haunted house, and with that, she started to walk off towards it. Upon finally coming to the house, Nami found herself staring at one of the workers who said something to the effect of no pokemon with you while ya go in. The brown haired woman sighed, shrugged her shoulders, and returned Pippy after a moment resolving to let the Piplup out after she got out. Deciding to pay for them both, Nami grinned a little and then looked back at Ty before smirking. "Ya scared?" she asked.

[KARP KARP!]

Returning Maka, Ty looked back at Nami. "Scared? Me? Nah."

Not much scared Ty, in all honestly. However, ghosts fell under 'not much.' But he'd keep it cool, he hoped.

The brown haired woman smirked a little to herself and then nodded before walking in. "We'll see," she answered back laughing lightly. As they entered, Nami instantly felt something in her job. It was far darker in the house. Breathing inwards, Nami continued and walked forwards looking around and seeing the outlines of things. "As long as there's no..." Nami didn't have a chance to finish her sentence when her eye caught sight of a giant spider creature that took up much of the wall not far off. A scream hit the air before Nami even realized that she had done it, and she felt herself backing up rather quickly. "Uhm... maybe we should er...." she started but was unable to finish her sentence.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty blinked; Nami was scared too, it seemed. "It's fine," he comforted. "I doubt you'll get your money back, so it'd be best to go through it. Besides, I ain't leavin' you. I gotcha."

He offered a hand to comfort her. "Promise. I'm here for ya." As long as there are no ghosts...

Nami breathed inwards before finally cooling a little and took the hand rather tentatively for a few seconds before continuing to walk. Even as they began to pass the giant spider, the brown haired woman cringed. She hated bugs beyond what she would admit to, even. After walking passed it, Nami's eyes caught sight of what appeared to be a large white mass suddenly running at them. A ghost? .__.;?;?;

[KARP KARP!]

Ty pulled her closer to avoid the bug, and they were past it. So, naturally, he increased the distance back to arm-length. "See? I told you it was going to be fi--EEP!" Ty's sentence was cut short by a very un-manly squeal when he saw the ghost.

In fact, the poor guy practically leaped into Nami's arms. ....Crap...well this is embarrassing...

Nami blinked rather surprised to see Ty's reaction to the sheet. That was kind of.. an interesting squeal...er... However, when he practically leaped into her arms, Nami fidgeted a good deal nearly falling over in the process. Man she really needed to get some more upper body strength, damn it. After a few seconds, she looked and watched as the sheet-ghost moved on and then poked Ty a few times. "Heh... scared yet?" she asked after a few seconds before relaxing a little. "It'll be alright, ya dork," she grinned a bit more prodding Ty in the forehead. Now who was the scared one?

[KARP KARP!]

Ty's face turned about every shade of red possible. "Uhm...uh...Sorry...about that..." He looked away. "Erm...I...I don't like ghosts. >.>" Clearing his throat, he returned to a comfortable distance from her as they continued on, though he still held onto her hand.

"So....uh...for the record, that's the only thing I really have a problem with..."

Nami smirked a little. "Recorded," she answered back before looking around a bit. Starting to walk once more, Nami breathed inwards. Was it just her or was it getting colder? This coming form the girl that preferred to be hot rather than cold but yah... "Is it just me or.... is it getting chilly?" Nami started, yet a screaming sound coming from somewhere behind her made Nami's form go rigid for a few seconds. Aiya! >___<;;; Breathe... breathe.. relax.. it's supposed to be fun right? Ya ok. Chill. Good. Suddenly looking sideways, Nami caught sight of what appeared to be... bodies o__O;;;; no... that was... but...but.....ep....

[KARP KARP!]

"...It's not just you."

Ty shivered, tensing at the scream as well. But unlike with the 'ghost,' Ty managed to mask his fear this time. Looking around at what seemed to be....bodies...Ty cast a glance at Nami.

"You okay?" he asked, then comforted her. "Nothing to worry about , now; we'll be fine."

Possibly in a stick of self-pride, Nami nodded her head a little more or less forcing herself to be calm and controlled. "Right," she answered back with an almost confident smirk. As they continued to walk around, Nami's eye caught sight of yet another person running straight at them with a sheet pretending to be a ghost. Followed by that, a skeleton man seemed to charge as well.

[KARP KARP!]

Ty blinked at the ghost and the skeleton. This time, he didn't move. He was not going to make a fool of himself again. Instead, he sort of sidestepped--towards Nami because they were still holding hands for some reason--and stuck his foot out in the path of the rushing men.

Nami blinked a moment watching the ghost trip on the foot and bit her lip trying desperately not to laugh. Her face turned a tad red, though thankfully it was dark, and finally she managed to kill the laughter. The skeleton seemed to stop a moment and then backtracked probably not wanting to get tripped like the ghost had, and sometime between that moment and the moment previous the ghost had moved away. Nami breathed in and then released the breath before starting to walk again finally starting to see the exit. However, just before the exit, the room suddenly light up, and what appeared to be a large table with human body parts on it could be seen. Nami's eye twitched as her stomach fidgeted. At the long end of the table, a pale man whose fangs could easily be seen even from where Nami was standing, seemed to be ginning at the two of them. Vampires. Lovely.

[KARP KARP!]

Ugh. Body parts.

Any humor he'd felt from tripping the ghost was now gone as they reached the last leg of the haunted house. Vampires...Oh well, at least it wasn't zombies....

Slowly, Ty walked with Nami. The boy's icy blue eyes watched the vampire very closely, suspecting he would try something as they neared.
