Ryder looked at Ari as he opened up a pokeball, and she wasn't that shocked. Though she was a bit shocked to see his pokemon, a Blaziken. She looked at Zane, seeing as his gaze was suck on the other fire type, and she knew that he would battle it, with or without her orders. Zane hated other fire types, and there was an even deeper hate with Blazikens, because Blazikens gave them the most trouble, and there was just something in there blood. Two powerful fire pokemon going at it, "Fine then."
Zane spread out his wings, taking himself into the air, the fire buring his mouth, as he was about to strike he heard Ryder order him to stop.
"Dragon Claw." If Zane used a fire attack, it wouldn't have that much effect on the Blaziken, other attacks would work much better. She saw his claws glow, as Zane came back down, aiming those long talons at Blaze.

dragon claw eh? he thought " ok blaze counter with TOXIC!" blaze shot the poisones gas at the Pokemon. if it hits that charizard will be poisoned it was a sure thing. Blaze was excited as well he hasn't been in a real battle since that elctrivre. Ari to was excited because this was his first trainer battle since he left home. wondering if he would win.

"Zane, smokescreen." She watched the black gas come from Zane's open mouth, as it collided with the toxic, making Ryder cover her mouth from the gas as they mixed together. It wasn't the best smelling thing, but it was able to make Blaze's attack unless on Zane. Though she knew that Zane was still hurt for before battling with the grass pokemon, and she wondered if he could win this battle. "Flamethower!" She knew it might be useless, but it would be a good way to test this Blaziken's power, and how strong he was. She watched as Zane let lose his flames, aiming for the pokemon.

Ari covered his mouth with his forearm, well played he thought. as he then saw the flamethrower come out of the ferocious Pokemon's mouth.Blaze endure the flamethrower he said and blaze did as told and waited for the Pokemon to become very close. As the charizard be came close Ari shouted now "MEGA KICK". Blaze's leg lit up white as it aimed the mega kick to the charizard's stomach. hoping it would do some damage if it hit.

Zane watched the Blaziken, but even though he was watching it, the speed at which it attacked caught him off guard. He wasn't fast enough to get out of the way, and was hit with the full attack. It grunted as it was brought to the ground, but pushed itself back up, standing now, and facing Blaze. Zane waited for Ryder's order, to see what attack was best.
"Air slash Zane!" She knew he had been hit, but he was strong, and able to get right back up. The trouble with these two pokemon was, they would fight till the death almost. Neither of them knowing when to give up, and when to stop. She heard the air cutting through air, as the wind aimed itself at Blaze, the same attack she had used on Roselia.

The Roselia was startled at being actually fought over, but none the less amused. She was even slightly flattered as she watched the barrage of attacks fly in front of her. THe fire types seemed well matched. She was simply pleased that they weren't scorching up her home too badly, and seemed to be sticking to their physical moves instead. |

air slash Ari thought damn thats super effective. this attack was pretty unavoidable. "blaze use earthquake" Blaze had a rare move set from years of training. blaze used the move earthquake at the same time he had gotten hit by the air slash. the ground began to shake it was a rare opportunity to use this attack so Ari had to take it. the the garden was shaken up but all the plants were still fine as he would have gotten in trouble if they weren't.

Ryder watched the attack hit, but she knew that it wouldn't be enough. Both of them were strong, and this battle was going to last a long time. She heard his order of earthquake, and she felt the earth moving under her feet. She watched Zane as the ground moved, and he opened his wings up, going back into the sky. "Iron tail!" She saw his tail light up, as he flew through the sky, coming back at Blaze, swinging his tail at the pokemon. She knew it was a risky move, with a good chance of Blaziken striking back with one of its attacks, but it would be worth it.

he watched the earthquake do little damage but a new chance dawned itself. as the charizard flew closer there was one move Blaze could do that might be able knock him out an ace in the hole. he Again waited for the Pokemon to get really close if he missed it charizard could quite possibly win. wait for it wait for it Now he thought "BLAZE HYPER BEAM" Ari yelled. And a golden beam shot strait out of Blaze's mouth directed at zane.

"Zane Focus blast!" She knew that hyper beam would be a powerful attack, one that would do a good amount of damage to Zane. She watched as Zane shot off the energy colliding with the hyper beam, and exploding. She saw Zane get knocked to the ground, and it took some time for him to get back to his feet. She knew he wouldn't be able to fly, but the way he was holding his wings, and how it took almost all his energy to stand and face Blaze. For most pokemon that attack would have knocked them out, but for a proud fire type, they kept going. Which wasn't good, because he could only hurt himself more.

damn he thought as Blaze got knocked down with the explosion as well as zane. by the time they had booth gotten up the recharge time after the hyper beam was gone. Blaze should be out cold right now he thought he looked at Blaze to see the fire and determination in his eye. its been awhile since i have seen that he thought to himself. this battle is ending time to act "Blaze sky uppercut go" upon saying this blaze ran up to Zane in an attempt to perform the move. Ari had noticed Blaze was a lot slower now.

Ryder watched as Blaze attacked again, and there was only one move she could think of to use, "Zane, flare blitz!" One of the most powerful fire attacks out there, but she knew it would be Zane's last attack. He was to weak, and the attack in turn hurt the pokemon using it as well. Though with Blaze so close, she hoped that it would knock out Blaze as well. She now knew there was no way she could win this battle, but instead she was going for a draw. She watched as Zane's body light with flames as he was attacked, but his aimed the fires at Blaze.

flare blitz? damn Ari thought knowing even though it was a fire move Blaze was so weak that it could do some serious damage. as the attack hit Blaze. Blaze then let out a yelp of pain as Ari's eyes widened Blaze never showed any pain not even fighting a water type this Charizard was something different. without a doubt the second strongest Pokemon he personally has seen. after Blaze's attack had connected he jumped back then just stood there staring at Zane waiting for him to fall.

Zane grunted as he kept himself on his feet, looking at Blaze, snarling to himself. He could feel the pain going through him, but he refused to fall into the pain. He was a strong leveled pokemon, but again there was that pride as a fire type. He had used one of his most powerful attacks and Blaze was still standing. He let out a roar, fire spewing from his mouth again, aiming a blast at Blaze. He knew that Ryder wasn't going to be happy, she had not called out an attack, but his anger towords the other was to much, and for his pride he attacked.
Ryder sighed watching Zane, she was going to call him back, but he still wanted to fight. He was going to have to learn the hard way, that he couldn't win all battles, that one day he had to lose.

Ari was sure this was going to be a tie but then a window had opened itself when Zane shot out the fire with out a command. "Blaze quick jump" Blaze did as was told and flew and jumped wincing in pain as the fire had barley scorched his feet. "now hyper beam!" then the golden beam shot from Blaze's mouth and darted towards Zane. although by just looking at it Ari could tell that it wasn't as powerful as last time and it had hurt Blaze to use it.

"One last time Zane, Flamethower." She watched her dragon, as he opened his mouth, and the flames shot out. Though they were weak, and when it collided with the Hyper beam, he was knocked to the ground, and she sighed. She knew that Zane wanted to win, to beat Blaze, but sometimes he had to stop. "Air slash again Zane!" She gussed this would be the finally attack, as the wind sliced through the air again. She could see it took all of Zane's strength to stand up, but the drive in his eyes was very much alive. If Blaze was left standing after this attack, it was all over, Zane couldn't take another hit. In fact it was really to much for him, he fell back to the ground, his eyes open, but he was unable to stand. Ryder could only hope that last attack hit, not for her, but for Zane, and hsi pride. She sighed as she held up her ball, recalling Zane, enough was enough. "Nice, its been sometime since Zane lost." After sometime she brought out another pokemon, "Come one Sammy."

"it's been awhile since Blaze has lost two" saying that blaze landed across from the little pokemon. Blaze stared at it for a good 5 seconds before falling backwards. he fell like a rock Ari knew it was tie as soon as he saw the hyper beam. "so technically Zane didn't lose but you have to tell him that" Ari said with a smile on his face. he then returned blaze to his poke-ball. "Riolu? ok ralts lets go" he said throwing his poke-ball and a white flash revealed a tiny ralts

Ryder smirked, "I'll make sure to tell him." So it was a tie, that was better then losing after all. She knew of all the other battles she heard that happened between a Chaizard and Blaziken normally were a tie. She looked at the Ralts, and looked at Sammy. Sammy wasn't as much of a fighter as Zane was, so she wasn't sure what was going to happen. "Shadow claw Sammy!" Watching the small pokemon rushing forword, its claws glowing black, as it aimed for the ralts.

Ari smiled "train zane for the next battle and he just might win" he said with a smile. he saw the riolu named Sammy use the shadow claw attack. shit thats super effective he thought "ralts use confusion!" Ari exclaimed hoping to confuse the little riolu. this battle was amazing he thought.

Ryder chuckled, but her mind was brought back to the battle. The next time she fought Blaze, she would make sure that Zane used more flying type attacks. Confussion, an interesting yet powerful move to fight back with." She saw Sammy stop, shaking her head as she tried to clear her thoughts. She knew the small pokemon was in pain, "Shake it off Sammy!" It took her longer to get back into a battle pose, "Payback!" Black orbs of energy formed in the air, shooting out towords the ralts, as Sammy still looked a bit dazed.
