[Puppet]

The Roselia lifted a petaled hand tentatively, and tapped the pokeball. It absorbed her in a beam of red, and lay in Ryder's palm without any movement.

Gender: Female
Ability: Poison Point
Personality: Graceful and curious, this Roselia has an atmosphere about her that puts even the most cautious at ease. She fears fire types profoundly, and will not get along with Ryder's Charizard.

RYDER

Sighing, she got to her feet, with Ziggy bouncing around her. She was glad that it wasn't to late in the day, and she could still look around more. Walking deeper into the park, she glanced around, as Ziggy ran in front of her. However, she had to shield her eyes from the sun, that was beating down hard on them. Still it was a nice day, with a nice breeze that had kind of a chill to it.

Pruning some of the garden flowers was a Bellossom, caretaker of the grounds. Hearing the trainer approach, she turned and waved, her grass skirt glittering emerald in the daylight. The grass type pokemon were flourishing in this weather, which was all for the best as their worst season was quickly approaching.

[Ryder]

RYDER

Looking around she soon spotted a Bellossom caring to some of the flowers. Waving back, she called Ziggy to her side. She didn't bother to go over to it though. Looking around a bit more she walked over to some trees looking them over. Seeing that some of them had claws marks in them, from when pokemon used them. Others had branches snapped, but over all they looked strong and health.

[Puppet]

In one of these trees was a nest of angry Beedrill. As Ryder stood there, three popped out of a hole in the trunk and buzzed around, their stingers glinting threateningly on their behinds. They dove in, one at a time, to take a jab at the trainer with their massive, poisonous, stinging arms.

RYDER

Ryder had recalled Ziggy seeing that her pokemon was tired, and he thought that he should rest. Standing there she hadn't known that she was under the nest of Beedrill, and only knew they were there when she heard there buzz. Turning around she saw three of them heading right at her, and quickly jumped away from where she was. Feeling the sting of a few though, she quickly opened up another pokeball. Unleashing a Houndoom, who let out a howl when he came out. "Monster, fire blast!" She watched as the fire formed in his mouth, and shot off at the Beedrill.

The fire scorched through the air, smacking the last beedrill head on. It's body charred, it tumbled out of the sky and landed on the ground with a sickeningly burnt crunch. The other two kept formation and buzzed straight at their assaulter. The first fired off rounds of pin missile, while the second swooped in below it. It's two front spikes came together to form a Twinneedle attack directed at the hellhound.

RYDER

Monster smirked when the first Beedrill went down, and turned his attention on the other two. He didn't have time to move, and was hit two both of the attacks, but held his ground. Letting out another howl, he formed a flamethrower and shot it at the other two. His pointed tail flicking as he looked at the fainted one, and then back to the two other ones that were still fighting.

One of the Beedrill dodged skillfully, managing to avoid the flamethrower just in time. The other got one of his wings scorched into oblivion, and was now finding it hard to fly. Lopsided, it fired off a sludge bomb from between it's jaws. The still healthy one swooped in, claws outstretched for an Aerial Ace.

RYDER

Monster smirked when another one of them got hurt and started to fly side ways. Shotting off another flamethrower at it, hoping to finish the job. He had manged to get out of the way of the cripled ones attack, but was hit with the Aerial Ace, he growled to himself, before he shot off another fire blast, hoping to take out this Beedrill as well.

Things suddenly got a bit out of control. The lopsided Beedrill fired off a Hyper Beam, which succeeded in breaking up the flamethrower and still having enough energy left to become an attack. With so much energy spent, the one winged bug collapsed to the earth, now grounded as it was too spent to fly. However, it was still eager to battle. The other Beedrill was hit by the flamethrower, but still managed to only get slightly singed. It used a Flash attack, sending blinding bright light through the area to dazzle it's foe. It then followed this up with Giga Impact, an all or nothing move where both pokemon would be out of comission the next turn.

RYDER

She heard a yelp as Monster was hit by both of the attacks, and fell to the ground. She saw as it was to much for him, and the Houndoom fainted. Recalling Monster back to his ball, she opened up another ball letting out her Ninetales. She saw that both pokemon were tried, and allowed her fire fox to let out a flamethrower, before she threw a ball at the Beedrill that had the lopsided wing.

The lopsided beedrill was singed into submission, fainting beside it's fellow. The other dodged again, but seeing that the battle was clearly over, it retreated back into it's nest. However, it was probably just gathering up more troops, so it might be wise to move out of the area soon.

The pokeball clicked shut without a fuss.

Ability: Swarm
Personality: Works well with others, and has a drone-like persistancy for taking orders. However, she has a hard time thinking for herself, and will often rush into situations she's not supposed to merely because someone else is. Missing her lower right wing, so permanently flies at an angle.

Looking at Artemis she didn't want to push her luck around this tree. Running away from the hive with her fox pokemon on her heels. She was soon outrun by her fleet footed pokemon as Artemis ran over the hill. Following she came to a sliding hault when she almost ran into her Ninetales. Clearly, Artemis had smelled something since her noise was to the ground, sniffing around.

An odd, wriggling growth seemed to be making it's way over the hill as well. Heading toward the Ninetails was a mass of squiggling purple tentcles, or something like it. As it neared, it could be clearly identified as a stray Tangela, not seeming to have noticed your presence yet.

RYDER

Artemis flicked one of her nine tails as she looked around the area. Seeing something moving not far off, she looked at Ryder. She was going to shot a ball of fire at the pokemon, but Ryder called her off. She looked at her owner as she made out what the pokemon was, and then shook her head. They would leave the Tangela to do as it pleased. Following Ryder as her trainer moved off away from the Tangela. The wind blowing the Ninetales fur, making her sniff the air once again enjoying the cool breeze.

Above, a Butterfree blotted out the sun as it flew. Sparkles trailed from it's magnificent wings, and the sun glinted off it's compounded eyes. It was in search of some honey, or pollen to make it's own.

RYDER

Ryder looked up when she saw the sun was blotted out, and saw a Butterfree flying. Hearing a growl from Artemis, she saw a flame shot up at the Butterfree. She sighed, Artemis was never very happy with other pokemon having a beauty that was close to her own, or even in some cases greater. Up untill now, thats why Ryder never added any grass type pokemon to her team, Artemis would tear them apart in her envy, since grass pokemon did have a certin beauty to them. Watching her fox pokemon pick a fight, it made Ryder smirk, she didn't only start fights with pokemon with beauty but with Monster as well.

[Puppet]

The Butterfree let out a terrified screech, losing height as the flame burned it's body. It's red eyes stared down at the pyre fox with mounting irritation. It's sharp jaws clicked together, and it quickly rounded to face the pokemon. Beating it's wings hard, spores flew off from it's powdery wings. The toxins quickly dispersed into the air: a mixture between Sleep Powder and Stun Spore.

RYDER

"Artemis safeguard!" She watched as Artemis gave a nodd, and quickly became surranded in a veil clock. The mix of the two status attacks hit, but they had no effect thanks to the the safeguard. Even thoug the attack had no effect on her, it did blind the Ninetales for a few seconds while she coughed on the cloud of dust. "Fire blast." She watched as Artemis pulled away a bit, and then shot the hot flames back at the bug pokemon.
