payback had hit ralts doing some serious damage crap he thought that must have hurt badly. "ok ralts use thunderbolt" Ari exclaimed hoping it would do some decent damage. ralts then lit up yellow as he sent a bolt shooting straight towards sammy.

Sammy cringed in pain as the bolts hit her, and she tucked her body into a ball. She had always told herself that with enough training, pain would be noting. After the bolt was done, she got back to her feet. Waiting for Ryder's orders, and took the time to get her strength back as well.
Ryder watched Sammy coil her body, and after sometime get back to her feet. "Shadow claw again." Her pokemon's claws glowed back, as the masked fighter rushed forword again, with surprise speeding for something so small.

not enough huh? Ari9 thought to himself, this battle was exciting for Ari. "ok Ralts use psychic" Ari commanded. knowing it was much stronger then confusion. then Ralts eyes began to glow with a blue tinge. i have to get stronger Ari thought as he hoped to win the battle.

Ryder cringed at the attack, "Protect Sammy!" She watched as the blue shield came up, and watched as the attack simply ran into it. Sighing, she knew that if Sammy had gotten hit with something like that, it would be all over. "Quick attack!" She watched the little pokemon rush forword, with speed and agility. "Turn it into slam!" She hoped that quick attack would give them the speed to get to the ralts, and watched as Sammy flung herself at Ralts, hoping to hit.

damn a rilou can use protect? he thought as he watched the pokemon avoid the attack. one good attack and its over he thought. Ari then was in panic as he heard Ryder exclaim the combo attack. ok wait battle is equivalent to timing. wait for it wait for it as the rilou was really close to ralts Ari exclaimed "hypnosis!". as ralts got hit with the attack he winced in pain then used hypnosis. if the attack hit riolu would then be asleep then one more attack would end it.

Ryder looked at Sammy, but when Ari shouted out his attack, her eyes got wide. She knew that Sammy was to close to get out of the way in time, and watched as the attack hit. Sammy was knocked out, and didn't look like she would be coming around any time soon. So, that would mean she was down to her last pokemon, Ziggy, she didn't think he would have any trouble taking down a Ralts, but it also depended on what other pokemon he had in his team. It might be weak to an electric attack, or electric attacks, might not have any affect on it at all.

Ari looked at ralts who seemed tired. what the trainers last pokemon would be but he knew that ralts couldn't go on much longer. as long as it wasn't dragon then he would be alright. for bagon could hold his own against most pokemon. although the anticipation of the pokemon was killing him.

Ryder opened up her last pokeball, and out poped a Shinx, that landed on the ground. "Crunch Ziggy!" Another dark type move, she was thankful to have two pokemon that could learn ghost and dark type moves. The little pokemon rushed forword, his eyes glowing. Leaping at the Ralts to use its crunch attack in it. Ziggy was a bit headstrong, using all his strength behind his attacks, and not really thinking things over. Though he was stronger then Sammy, because he wanted to battle more then she did.

Ari looked at the pokemon he was relived it wasn't dragon. then he heard the command crunch "crap Ralts dodge". it was to late the attack had connected and knocked ralts out. Ari smiled "you did good" he said as he returned the little pokemon. "ok up to you bagon FIRE BLAST" Ari exclaimed throwing the poke-ball into the air. unleashing bagon and a fireblast directed at the tiny pokemon.

Ziggy growled when he saw the other pokemon come out of his ball, and saw that it was bigger then him. Gathering his energy, he stayed still, and let out a lightning bolt, aiming it at the fire blast. It collided, causing dust to cover the field, and thinking quick it used its double team, making more copies of itself to incircle the Bagon.
Ryder smirked as she looked at Ziggy, with her and Ziggy there was really no need for spoken commands, he knew how to win, most of the time. The only time Ryder really called out an attack, was when she thought that Ziggy had no idea on what to do. But Ziggy was born for battle, he always pushed himself, and she wouldn't be shocked if he turned into a Luxio soon.

a pokemon fighting without commands? he thought to himself, ridiculous then noticed bagon getting confused in the many shinx's. "how about a counter" he said with a smile "bagon double team". bagon did as commanded and there were many bagons on the field. lets see what happens next he thought curiously.

Ryder smiled, Ziggy was doing good, but when Bagon used double team as well, she knew he might need some help. "Discharge, hit them all." She saw the build up in Ziggy, as he pulled back his clones, and gathered his energy. Letting out a cry, the pokemon let out the discharge, hitting the clones, and making them go away. She hoped that the attack would hit the real one, and that Bagon's strike back, didn't knock Ziggy out. She had grown fond of the small lion pokemon, and there bond had come quickly, which is why he fought without her orders as well.

crap thought Ari as the discharge hit bagon. bagon stumbled then Ari exclaimed "Bagon Fire blast". having high hopes that it would hit the little pokemon. Ari knew this girl had way stronger pokemon then him. charizard was weakened before fighting Blaze and they tied. Ari knew he had to be strong if he was going to let him join the rebellion. i can do this thought Ari as bagon spit out a huge Flame.

The fire blast was powerful, hitting Ziggy but the lion pokemon would not give up. "Ziggy use Thunder." She saw the little pokemon gathered its energy, as he it moved closer to the other pokemon, its eyes glowing, as it let lose its powerful electric attack. Ryder was hoping that that attack would be enough to beat out the Bagon, that the Bagon was as high of a level as the other pokemon on his team were. Though if the dragon type made it through the attack, Ziggy would keep fighting.

Ari was excited because the attack had hit and shocked to see the pokemon still standing. An what seemed like an instant a thunder strike came out of nowhere and hit bagon. time seemed to slow as Ari stared at bagon falling to the floor bagon was out cold. "bagon return" Ari said sadly . "looks like i lose" Ari said as he began to walk away. "if we ever meet in the future prepare to lose" he said confidently.

Ryder watched as the Bagon fell, and looked at Ziggy who came running back to her. Jumping into her arms, he gave a small cry, and flicked his star shaped tail. Watching the trainer leave, she looked back at the grass pokemon, and set Ziggy down on the ground, "Well what do you think, do you want to come with us?" She watched as Ziggy jumped out of her arms, and turned his own gaze on the grass pokemon as well.

The little Roselia had watched the long battle rage, her attention completely enraptured. It would have been the perfect time to have escaped the whole situation anyway, but she was too focused to noticed. Her mind flashed back t the ferocious charizard that had started the whole thing in the first place, ruining her beautiful day. But the other trainer had already left, and now she was just left with no protection and a trainer who had proven that she knew how to work her pokemon hard. Swallowing hesitantly, the roselia nodded her flowered head, if only because she didn't want to have to face the consequences of saying no.

Watching the wild pokemon Ryder sighed, as Ziggy flicked an ear. She sat down on the ground, coming to level with the Roselia, and petted Ziggy behind the ears. The grass type seemed nervous to her, but she wasn't sure. It nodded, but Ryder didn't take out a ball yet, "You don't have to come with me just cause I won the fight, you can go, and I won't stop you." She really didn't want to take this pokemon by force, and she guessed it was because it was a grass type. Though she was never a fan of grass types, they always seemed weaker to her, though that was just what she thought.

The pokemon put a rose to her lips in consideration, staring up at the sunny day with thought. Her life did seem rather meaningless, here in the park. Nothing happened except for a few trainer passing through. She had always wondered what it would be like, just to pass through the park instead of actually live there. She couldn't say she wasn't nervous at the prospect of a whole new world to explore, but then again, she wouldn't be alone. Curiosity overwon her, and she nodded again with more finality.

Feeling better about the answer she got back, Ryder reached into her pocket and pulled out a pokeball. "Simply touch it, and the ball will do the rest." Holding it out to the grass pokemon she waited, feeling Ziggy jump off her lap, and onto the ground. She was glad to see that he didn't seem to hurt after the fight, and was enjoying the sun that beat down on them.
