Kali carefully walked along the glass shores of the island, each step she took slow and calculated. She'd been needing to come here for a long time anyway, really; there were an abundance of Electric Pokemon if tales rang true, and she'd been needing to collect more to help power the lab. Aside from that, she honestly had just been intrigued by the fantastic idea of an island made of glass, and the curious, whimsical child in her too fascinated to not come see it for herself eventually.
What she found, of course, both far exceeded and fell largely short of her expectations. On other parts, such as where her Wailmer had come ashore, there was still some actual sand (or perhaps some newly washed ashore rather than still), simply saturated with glass beads and crystals and shards; it was a marvelous sight to behold, though she'd regretted the decision to wear flip-flops upon seeing it.
Now, however, she'd found a place much safer for her feet. The glass here was solid, not even brittle but thick and strong. A good powerful blow could still shatter it in spots at a time, she imagined, but it seemed more than safe to walk on... for the most part. The only problem she was having?
Kali lost her balance and fell not for the first time, catching herself on the hard surface and sighing heavily as she struggled to get back up. This wet smooth surface was like walking on ice!

Not far off, an Elekid was walking on the glassy shore as though it were no problem at all. In his arms appeared to be a large mixture of both glass particles and rocks, and he seemed to know where he was taking said mixture.

Kali was not particularly interested in the Elekid; if she wanted one, she'd breed Stormy and get a better one with higher odds of those beautiful sparkles she so loved. The concoction did interest her a bit, however, and seeing nothing else in the immediate area, she decided she may as well tail the little Pokemon from a distance. If she saw something better on the way she'd stop for it, and if not she should at least get to see what it might be doing with actual rocks. ...Assuming she could keep up, of course.

The Elekid continued up the beach not even noticing the girl following. Up ahead, the Elekid stopped and seemed to set the mixture down in front of a Magby who stared at it for a good few seconds before nodding, breathing inwards, and spewing some small flames at the mound starting to melt it down then and there.

Mm? Well, she'd still prefer something stronger, and she was technically here for Electric-types, but the Magby was a little more interesting.. She didn't really want to deal with its friend, though, and stopped a bit aways to crouch down, waiting and watching. She'd still like much if something better would come along, but if it didn't she'd wait for the Elekid to leave again before going for the little Fire-type.

(I'm gonna join, hope ya don't mind)
JASMINE ROSE
Wings beat smoothly as the dragon soared in the sky, moving his wings so he came down lower. The shiny Flygon soon landed on a solid piece of glass, letting his owner get off his back. Jasmine had somewhat followed Kali here, and had half come on her own. She had wanted to see this place, and see if the rumors were true. What she hadn't know was that Kali was coming here to. She took a glance at her dragon, and sighed to herself. She looked around, seeing all the glass how some was broken up, and how others were together. Looking around she saw Kali following a pokemon, and gave a nod to her dragon as he took off back into the sky, and she was left to find her way around the glass. She decided to take the same path that Kali had, following the girl, but she was still behind her. She was watching her footing more, then she was trying to catch up with the other girl.

A few Wingull circled overhead rather lazily. The Magby seemed to finish with his fire and stepped back rather pleased to see a full glass mound before him. The Elekid clapped and smiled rather happily before starting off again as though going to collect more rock and sand. The Magby sighed outwards before hearing something and tensing. Looking around, he noticed not Kali but a Vulpix, another of his friends, bringing what appeared to be yet another mount of sand and rock to him. What in the world were they making?

('x3; As long as you keep Nightmare as your first priority, given this was made about 80% as a way to kill time waiting on you for that.)
Kali intended to head in now, but her curiosity had been piqued. She debated which Pokemon would be more appropriate, but each seemed to have pretty equal drawbacks. Pup and Stormy were enormous compared to the little things, but Nibbler would probably seem very foreign and potentially spook them for that. Deciding friendliest would probably be best, she settled for the largest and released Pup, still watching from her hiding place. "Go see what they're doing," she whispered to the six-and-a-half-foot puppy.
Glancing over at the other Fire-types, Pup smiled brightly and wagged his tail before bouncing over casually, rather excited at the potential playmates. <Hiya!> he called happily. <Whatcha doin' there?> Neither the girl nor her Arcanine seemed to notice Jasmine approaching from behind.

(No prob, and when I go to bed, you and jay can just keep posting in this thread if you want, and I'll catch up when I get back on in the morning)
JASMINE ROSE
Watching her footing, she finally made it down the hill, hitting solid glass. She sighed to herself and looked at Kali, before she walked over. She crouched down next to the young adult, and looked at the three pokemon in front of her now. "What do you think their doing?" She kept her voice as a whisper, as he looked up again to see Perseus still flying around in the sky. The sun caught his wings making then glow in the light. He wouldn't come down unless she motioned for him to come in. Right now Jasmine didn't want him down seeing as he might scare the smaller pokemon, and she didn't want that.

Both the Magby and the Vulpix jumped at the voice but then turned to see a fire dog. Both seemed to relax at this as they recognized fire kin. Both looked at each other and then back at the Arcanine before smiling. <We're going to make a glass castle~!> the Vulpix laughed a bit to herself. The Magby nodded and then looked towards the mound again.

Kali quickly turned at the voice and jumped to see someone she knew. "Jasmine what the HELL are--" she hissed, cutting off and sighing in irritation. What, was she here to try to outdo her or something? Just, just--.... Ugh, nevermind. "I was trying to see if you'll be quiet," she whispered harshly back.
Meanwhile, Pup gasped with delight, almost jumping in excitement. <That sounds awesome! Can I help? Can I? Pleeaaase?>

JASMINE ROSE
Jasmine watched as Kali jumped and sighed to herself. She ignored the harsh tone in Kali's voice as she watched the pokemon. Looking out at her large fire type that seemed to act like a little kid, she smirked. She didn't ask what she was doing out here, she only stayed crouched without making a sound. If she talked she might alert the pokemon that they were there, and staying quite was fine by Jasmine. Kali wasn't the nicest person she had ever meet but then again she wasn't the worst.

The Vulpix nodded quickly and set down the stuff she had been carrying and then shook out her fur a moment before looking towards the Arcanine. <I'm sure you're big enough to carry a lot! Magby here is doing the main fire stuff at the moment! Come with me and we'll get some more!> With that, the Vulpix turned and started off to get more rock and sand. The Magby started to work his fire around the new material and was oblivious to the two humans not too far off.

<Okay! > exclaimed Pup, readily following the smaller female. Oh boy, oh boy! What fun they would have! He could carry lots, too; of that he was sure! Kali, meanwhile, facepalmed. "Useless mutt.." she mumbled under her breath. She didn't move or release any other Pokemon, however. She'd give Pup just a bit to come back and see what became of it. Until then, she just sat there, rubbing her temples with one hand and seriously considering replacing the Arcanine as part of her main battle team.

JASMINE ROSE
Jasmine kept her gaze on the three fire pokemon, watching as Pup and the Vulpix seemed to go off to gather more glass or something. While the Magby was left by the mound they had already made. Jasmine had always found it interesting how some types of pokemon became friends in the wild, and chose to work together. Well others, were would on their own, and often times start fights out of pure fun with out pokemon. As she crouched next to Kali she hadn't heard her words, mainly because she was to lost in her own thoughts for the time being.

The Vulpix led the Arcanine to some of the sand and things and began to pick it up once more. This was fun~! That was for sure. Not far off, the Elekid from before was seen carrying another mound back to the Magby. The Vulpix brought her head up and then nodded as the Elekid walked out of sight again.
The Elekid came back and set another mound of sand and things in front of the Magby who seemed to be having a rather large flame going despite his actually size in comparison. If he was getting tired, the Magby wasn't showing it. However, suddenly something caught his attention, and the Magby froze. Looking over straight towards where the humans were hiding, the Magby stared for a good moment before shrugging his shoulders and going back to his work.

Kali froze when the Magby looked their way, but relaxed much more when he ignored them. Shrugging, she shifted into a more comfortable position, assuming they may be here a while if she wanted to see what was going on. Pup meanwhile picked up all he could in his mouth, as well as let the Vulpix pile all she could on his back. His long mane and the long, coarse fur on his hips and shoulders made for decent siding to help keep things from sliding off, at least off a lot of his back, as long as he was careful. When he didn't think he could carry any more, he stood and slowly began heading back toward the Magby.

JASMINE ROSE
Keeping her gaze on the pokemon, she watched as they worked together to get what they needed. Getting board she watched as her dragon landed on the ground, and just sat there, its wings shining in the sunlight. He landed far enough from the group of pokemon so he wouldn't spook them, but close enough so he could see Jasmine.

The Vulpix led the way back, and once more all the pokemon were working. The castle was starting to take form despite its small height. However, just as they were starting to get to the second floor, an electric attack came shooting straight towards the Magby. The Elekid turned and leered towards whoever had lashed out only to see a Shinx leering back. "SHINX!" the electric cat shouted more or less scolding the others for not paying attention. The Magby stopped and realized what the Shinx was saying before turning his head and staring off towards the humans again. Was... was the Shinx saying there actually was someone over there...Well... let's have a look-see.... With that, the Magby started over with the Shinx towards the hidden humans. The Vulpix blinked and shook her head a bit starting to use her fire to work what the Magby had started.

Shit. Well, the game was up then, wasn't it? Kali could more or less tell by this point what the project was becoming, and while she wasn't eager to break the glistening creation, it wasn't like she could do anything else with it, nor like it would ever be finished now, so... Standing to reveal herself, Kali ordered, "Earthquake, Pup." It was a risk on this terrain, but worth it in her mind for all it would do to all opponents. She hadn't noticed the Flygon either, it seemed, but it wouldn't matter anyway given the dragon's ability to fly and all.
The Arcanine suddenly looked appalled, but.. But but but--!! Well it was his master and.. But he didn't want to! But he didn't want to make her sad and... Oh fine! <Sorry..> he whimpered to his new friends, leashing the powerful move.
