Ami turned red. And a sudden rather interesting sound of a body hitting the floor echoed out into the library. In a good half second after Kali had asked, Yue Leon Alias had passed out. "I... did not see that coming," Nathan stated. Whether he had meant Kali's asking or Yue's reaction would be lost to the world save for himself and possibly Amina. [/scrolly]

It was rather doubtful she even heard Nathan as she rushed back and essentially threw herself to her knees to make sure he was all right/still breathing/not bleeding. While the latter two confirmations did calm her slightly, she was still nothing short of frantic. Teary-eyed and terrified, she whimpered, "Oh my god, I'm sorry. Please wake up? What do I do? In another moment, Ami was already rushing and keeled down towards Kali. 'Breathe.. breathe it will be ok' she stated looking at Kali before looking back at Nathan. By that time, the red haired man had snapped to from whatever trance had been thrown on him and then seemed to move down. "Relax... relax... he just passed out..." Nathan stated before looking towards Ami. "The best thing to do now is to get him comfortable and maybe get some water..." A sudden light enveloped Amina, and in another second she was gone only to reappear again with what appeared to be ten water bottles. Ok, overkill much, but the rush of Kali's feelings on Amina's mind was not something easily negate-able to begin with nor was it something she particularly wanted to at that moment. Nathan breathed in and breathed out again before slowly pushing Yue's form a bit to get him to lay flat. [/scrolly]

Was he this distraught the time she'd passed out? Probably not.. In fact she was certain he didn't react like this whatever he may have felt. Even this thought wasn't enough to stop the borderline-hyperventilating she was only just managing to hold back. A sudden thought hit as she watched down over him, and a wave of sheer and utter horror filled the girl, suddenly shaking from self-induced cold. For a few moments she sat frozen in silence before finally near-whispering, "What... kind of wife am I going to be... if I react this poorly every time something goes wrong....?" She... really was a child.. She would have been completely lost without Nathan and Ami's help. She didn't deserve this....[/scrolly]	[atrb=style,border:0 black none;]

Ami.. can you-... Nathan started, yet the Gardevoir looked right at him in that moment and simply nodded her head. 'Kali step back a moment with me, please....' Ami stated quietly only to the girl at that moment. The emotions rushing off of her and the words that both Ami and Nathan had heard were not good... and the Gardevoir was trying then and there to figure a way to reassure her. Reaching for Kali's shoulder with one hand and taking her hand in another, Ami made to try and get Kali to stand on her own. After finally getting her to stand, Ami slowly led her off a bit. 'Kali, take a deep breathe and relax.... ok?' she more or less requested rather gently. 'You will /not/ be a bad wife just because you didn't know how to handle one instance... marriage is a growing process. It's not simply some happy ending like the fairy tales say... It's...well.... you learn and grow as you go through it....' she smiled a little at the girl and brought a hand up and set it on the side of Kali's face. 'Don't be so hard on yourself.' [/scrolly]

At the words 'fairy tales', she couldn't help but give a short, pitiful laugh. She'd always loved fairy tales... but... heh, yeah.. When Ami had finish, Kali simply buried her face against her shoulder and clung tight, crying softly. I... know this is going to sound silly, she directed the thought toward the Gardevoir. I know we only met once but... I have missed you so much Ami... As the other.... woman... heh... As she'd offered her this advice and comfort, Kali had again been reminded of the odd 'sisterly' feeling she'd often associated with Ami since that time, and inevitably placing that word on in brought her thoughts to Vengeance. For one brief moment a darkness crossed her, but she quickly pushed it aside with a mental 'pff'. If Ven was any sister worth considering she'd have offered advice or support or... heh.. Now that she really thought about it... Ami really was older than her... by at least six years or so if not a good deal more... and... Kali smiled oddly, though she really wanted to cry more. ... Upon hearing Kali's thought words, Ami didn't answer back just yet but continued her low hum and simply held the girl. Though she wasn't one to actively try and listen in on other's thoughts and realizations (seeing as she assumed them to be private except in the case of Nathan), Ami was aware of Kali's thoughts. Ah... Ven being... Vengeance... the one Nathan had talked about as he was going through documents and records and the like and the one that they inevitably directed towards the shadow pokemon lab. For a moment, Ami was mentally sighing to herself but didn't seem to move from the hug that she had on Kali. At Kali's thoughts traveled around the idea of Amina herself being a mom, the Gardevoir chuckled a little. 'I'm thirty-four' she answered back. 'In human time, anyways.' Though then again, Amina herself wasn't even relatively sure anymore about pokemon time... She was still around other pokemon, but she felt just.. more human than anything, when it came down to it. 'I guess I could almost be your mom' she giggled a little more. Yue was slowly coming to again though the back of his mind was extremely blurry at that moment in time. Therefore, he simply lay still and continued to wait it off. Nathan, who was still sitting, simply semeed to continue waiting as well. [/scrolly]

'That... was NOT meant for...' Before she could really find full voicing for her frustration, however, she noticed the faux-albino fidget slightly, and quickly her thoughts returned completely to him. Pushing away from Ami and again hovering over him, she asked, "Love are you all right..?" Slowly walking back over towards Nathan, Ami moved a bit behind him before sitting down slowly. You alright? Nathan's thoughts moved to the Gardevoir who simply nodded her head back rather slowly in an answer. Yue opened his single eye and looked sideways at Kali. ".....I'll be fine..." he answered back after another moment before slowly sitting up a bit and leaning forwards. A relatively weak half laugh escaped him. In the back of his own mind, Yue wasn't even fully sure as to why he had passed out.... well... ok... he knew that Kali's question to Ami had done it but... why he had reacted so was just... -.\;;;;; [/scrolly]

"I'm sorry..." she sighed. She really hated being like this but... well... What he thought was certainly a lot more important than what they though. "I... take it you'd rather she weren't there..?" It was understandable enough. Ami was a wonderful... person... eh. Neither one said anything aloud, and it didn't appear from expression that they were saying any thoughts either. After a few seconds, Yue looked back at Kali and then found himself looking down again. The only thing that came to mind was some sort of apology for whatever reason, yet even that didn't really...... After a few seconds, he sighed and finally managed to smile. "Maybe in a year, something'll change...." he finally answered back. Amina said nothing but closed her eyes and breathed inwards quietly. Nathan slowly half smiled more to himself than to anyone there. [/scrolly]

"I understand." Forcing a weak smile with him, she turned to Ami and said aloud, "Well it's something to think about anyway... It's going to be a year anyway." ... Suddenly suppressing a caustic laugh, she thought toward Ami, Because apparently Nathan can marry his Pokemon but Leon can't marry a minor. Ah, she knew he- they both really- needed plenty of time to make sure they were ready for this, and realistically as impulsive as she was, when she stopped to really consider the longterm she knew she didn't want to rush into anything so heavy anyway. Still... it was amusing. The next thought brought a laugh she couldn't suppress as she turned back to Leon. "Come to think of it, who would be your best man?" She could imagine the first man to jump to his mind when thinking of anyone he'd want around, but she highly doubted they were going to track down Ein if he'd even have the courage to ask something like that of the man he called Master. "I'd doubt Kaito, considering." It would just be a little awkward. Smirking then, she teased, "And if you even joke Hatter I swear we're breaking up right now." If the tone didn't make the joke clear enough, the laugh to follow should. ...Seriously though. After a few seconds, he found himself looking upwards in silence as he thought about it. He could ask Ein... if he could find Ein... but... then if he didn't... Well who else did he actually know? Nathan... but..... <.\' Nathan was caught between trying to look at Kali, Yue, and Ami all at once but didn't say anything. The red haired man simply let his eyes roam and his thoughts question. Now that was a question he couldn't already answer just by thinking on how Yue'd think of things, heh.... He could see quite a few options being stated... hmmm... Amina looked towards Kali and seemed to smile a bit having already assessed the thoughts of those around her and pretty much already figuring it out. "No clue," Yue answered back. Nathan smirked. Yue mentally fidgeted but finally sighed a little and turned his head to one side. What was he supposed to say to something like that? Eh, oh well.... May as well have the made of honor I want, then, she almost-teased Ami. Sighing, she continued aloud, "We... have a lot to plan..." She grinned softly. "Even if we do have a full-...." Suddenly Kali blinked and her face fell flat. "...We have a problem." She turned to Leon, then, seeming rather serious about it. "We're getting married right around my birthday... And we met around yours... And our first date and then actually getting together both fell not far from Christmas..." And they were getting married just as soon as she was 18; she wasn't going to wait a day longer than he forced her. "No matter what anniversary we chose to celebrate, one or both of us would be getting gypped out of presents somewhere." And she was so serious. She'd seen in happen to kids she'd known: no one liked to be the kid with a Christmas birthday; you got presents once a year and even if it was more than your friends it wasn't as much as if you had two days far apart. Finally, she did let out a very small laugh, apparently not quite as serious as she'd seemed but not unconcerned.[/scrolly]	[atrb=style,border:0 black none;]

"Well we could postpone the wedding for a month and then have it there," he stated his voice almost being serious with a very fine hint of teasing. After a few moments here, she moved back up to nibble at his neck just a little before recalling Nathan and Ami were watching... and then realizing she didn't care at all.
